The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The view from the room is gorgeous. The rooms, the swimming pool are clean, the towels are changed several times a week. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The Mata Family apartment is an insider's tip for family holidays. Clean and adequate facilities, in the meantime a pool for the kids are just perfect. The beach and the supermarket are a stone's throw from here. The kidness of the host (Martina) has to be mentioned. Because of here it feelt like "family" holidays. We definitly will come back to Molunat. Thank you!

This lovely family complex situated in a quiet village suited our family trip. We like laid back and quiet areas. The apartment was clean and modern. Martina and her lovely family made us feel welcome and relaxed at their property. Pool is fantastic for young family, our children loved it and it was a fantastic view to the sea and beach in front. Convenient having a supermarket underneath. You will have a lovely stay here if you choose.

Apsolutno sve savrseno. Izuzetno cist apartman, wifi signal odlican, moderno opremljen i posjeduje sve potrebno za kuhanje. veliki plus za mikrovalnu i Netflix na Tv-u. Terasa prostrana i ugodna za sjediti, pogled prekrasan. Blizina marketa, restorana,plaze. Domacini ljubazni i susretljivi, parking obezbjedjen, bazen takodje savrseno cist. Bez ijedne zamjerke… idealan smjestaj za porodice…

Village is awesome, tranquil and autentico. apartment is excellent, you feel like in 5 stars. Owners are super friendly and helpful. Owner baked a cake for wife’s birthday! Definitely come back!

The best location in Molunast, super view, helpful Owners, silent and calm location good for rest. WIFI is good having in mind that mobile range there is limited.

One-way road with lights to enter Molunat is not great sometimes You have to wait few minutes to go and often You can face the car driving the other way. Kitchen appliances were too old - should be replaced immediately with new ones. Air condition was not effective for the apartment - especially for bedroom. If You want to travel a lot You should choose sth closer to Dubrovnik, but Molunat is good if You want to rest from other people:)

The location is incredible, with an excellent view of the Adriatic and direct access to a trail that leads out to even more breathtaking views overlooking the cliffs. A serene respite from the crowds in Dubrovnik. Most of all, however, our hosts were what made this vacation such a pleasant and memorable one. They went above and beyond to accommodate us in ways that exceed all of our expectations.

Very comfortable, newly furbished one bedroom apartment with big balcony, equipped with everything you might need, even some spices, olive oil etc.. Bed is very comfortable for the couple. We loved sitting on the balcony which had great wooden furniture and sunbed. Nice view overlooking the bay. Calm and peaceful place, perfect for the "reset". The pool is clean and big enough. There is very nice and spacious "summer" kitchen availabe for barbecue. Private parking on site. The hosts Martina and Matija are very worm, kind and frendly. We will be back 😊

We had a wonderful time in Molunat last week, the apartment was well positioned in the middle of the village close to the only store and the only caffe bar . Inside everything was new and clean and we had a parking lot close by inside the property so we didn’t have to carry the luggage on stairs. The pool was appreciated by our kids. Although in the middle off everything in Molunat it is quiet, especially during the night so we could keep the window open and nobody would ruin our sleep. The host was great, very friendly and helpful We want to go back next year in the same place.

The location above the grocery store and next to the bay is great. The host is supper friendly and helpful.

Small for 6 persons

This is truly the perfect booking! Located near the Montenegro/Croatia border in a little cove that offers watersports for all ages, we fell in love with Mata! On the ground floor of the apartments is a little, but well-stocked, market and 5 minutes walk away, two restaurants. The room just fits a family of four, but four adults would feel crowded and might better enjoy two side-by-side rooms. The owners are very friendly- and present, which I greatly enjoy as it shows care and commitment to their guests. What I particularly liked, and unfortunately didn't use, was the dining "cabana" and summer kitchen outside the rooms where guests could partner to host a large dinner party. It fosters a sense of community and for our next visit (we all agreed we'd love to return) we would love to host a guest dinner party!! With the owners invited!

If I were to offer a recommendation...it would be to offer some sort of screens on the patios..for the sun and between rooms. It creates a feeling of privacy and shields the windows allowing the draperies to be opened.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we loved it. The room was impeccably clean and modern, the view from the terrasse is gorgeous, the pool was great (especially for our little boy) and hosts were so kind and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and more! Do not hesitate a second longer, book this place, you won’t regret it.

Molunat for start is a great place to have a peaceful vacation, crystal clear water and pristine nature. It is not commercialized and its perfect. Amenities are all great, you have everything you might need (we are a family with small kids), everything is clean and hosts are super friendly and helpful. Great view from terrace/balcony is something we enjoyed. Etc.

The rooms are modern and clean with nice view from the balcony. Kitchen was well equipped. There's a barbecue in the common terrace available for all the guests. The owners were very kind and helpful. Easy check in and check out.

The apartaments are located on the roof of the only supermarket in the town. This means loud deliveries every day from morning hours, so sleeping with the balcony open wasn't pleasant. Also the object didn't have a private beach access while most other hotels have that. Other than that we were pleased with what was offered.

The hosts are extremely helpful and kind. Apartment was very clean. Sea is realy close, just a few steps from apartment. Nice pool is a huge advantage too. For me 10/10 🙂
