We had a bad issue with our original property rental company, won’t say who, but contacted paradise beach rentals to find us another place to stay and they came through for us! We were able to enjoy the second half of our vacation stay. Thank you Paradise Beach for coming through for us!

This is our 3rd stay at this property. It’s a great location right on the bay with a dock so we can have our boat right there. It is a short walk across the road to go to the gulf side and an even shorter walk to Paradise for a Bushwacker! The balcony is great for watching the sunset every night!! The outdoor furniture has been updated and is quite nice. It would be nice to have a couple of ceiling fans outside on the balcony though. The house is spacious ! We had 7 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for all. We love that there is a bathroom in each bedroom! We will definitely stay there again!

My family (8) lived in this rental for a week and had a wonderful time. Time in the water, gulf and sound, was exactly what was expected. The porch of this house overlooking the sound was where we spent most of our time and it was always hard to transition to another location. This is our favorite house.

Perfect set up for a family of 10 members. Very nice location and very clean. The only complaint would be that we only were given 2 dishwasher tablets , and only 2 trash bags for 4 nights (and 10 people!). Everything was comfortable, and we loved all the bathrooms! We enjoyed being on the Bayside, but could just walk across the street to the beach side. Beach was not crowded and super clean. Also, be sure to try the McQuire roll at the Crab Restaurant. So good! Also, loved visiting the Blue Angel Museum and the historic district in Pensacola.

First time staying on the sound side & it didn’t disappoint! Kids enjoyed the water, guys enjoyed fishing off dock, easy to load up and go to gulf side. The house was perfect...every room having their in bathroom is the best!! Management is always friendly, professional & easy to work with - already booked with Paradise for next year!

This home is perfect for a family beach vacation. It is centrally located to restaurant’s on Pensacola Beach on the sound side. The Gulf side is walking distance from the house. The house is also located next to a public basketball court which gives the kids the ability to burn off some energy.

Great house for entertaining. The soundside access with the dock was great. Beautiful sunsets from the back with our own private beach. Fishing and Kayaking from the back and grilled out below. Brought the gold cart....was great...will staycation here again!

The property was perfect for our stay. Every bedroom had a connected bathroom. A short walk to the beach, food, convenience store, and much more. We fished from the dock. The neighbors were super friendly. The living space was large. The parking spaces were ample. The beds were comfortable. The best thing about this property, to me, is that it is not over decorated or filled with accent furniture. So many beach homes are decorated and furnished like a showroom. This property was minimally decorated with appropriate furnishings for 8-10 adults to be very comfortable. It was also easy to clean up and pack up when time to leave.We really enjoyed our stay. We hope to visit again!

We used house for a place to call "home" for our event staff. We needed quick, simple and convenient. Everything from getting keys and check out was simple. Perfect location and large parking area. Each room is very private and perfect for what we needed it for relaxing prior to race day.

This was a great place to stay. Owner of the house was so nice; always willing to meet and available if I had any questions. I needed a beach home, because my family was coming down for my graduation. They loved the home and the experience. Home was very clean and spacious. Great location and views
Great house and location, but not even bare minimum necessities were provided for our weekend. For the high price, some hand soap, spare toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, and dish soap should have been available. Be prepared to bring everything, as you must travel across the bay to visit a store. Traffic was backed up for hours on Sunday evening, so plan accordingly .We travel and rent apartments and houses quite often and this was the least supplied vacation home I have rented.
