Accommodations were exactly what were we wanted. 3 bedrooms, spacious, close and convenient to stores and Truist Park! I would definitely recommend!

This location was just as advertised and I have never checked into a cleaner rental! Great space and convenient to downtown Georgia and Atlanta Braves games! Pool is gorgeous. Thank you for sharing this space - when we return to Atlanta, we will definitely use this rental again!

The place was so clean and well maintained. The pool and gym were beyond expectations and used daily. Only complaint was the wifi at pool and gym had a very poor connection. Would definite stay here again if in Atlanta.

Condo had everything you could need and was very spacious and clean We were visiting family and did not have time to enjoy the amenities, but the pool looked awesome. We brought our dog and she also settled in quickly. Management contacted us to make sure we were able to get in ok, which was a first for me. I appreciated the call. We will definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay. Property was great! Clean and comfortable. Just like it was described. Had some time to sit poolside and enjoy the sun even though the pool was a bit chilly.

Four adults visiting our Atlanta family spread across northern 285 and up to Paulding county. Location was perfect, unit was spacious to the point where we hosted, and the complex has great amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Our group of 5 loved our stay here during Thanksgiving weekend. I was pleasantly surprised at how well-equipped the kitchen was for cooking and leftovers. They also provided some pantry items and toiletries. One hiccup was that cable was not provided as indicated in the listing. The property manager was quick to respond but couldn’t do anything. Note that the tv is a smart tv, so you can use your own log-in for streaming services. Overall we loved our stay and would return.

This spacious apartment was very pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a problem with our gate code when arrived on a Sunday evening after hours but some one arrived to help us within 10 minutes! Good service.

The condo was very nice. Clean and spacious.
Location was perfect to get to the Cobb Galaria.
Only problem was with the front door on our last day but the hosts were very quick to get the issue fixed and with communication.

Really enjoyed my stay in this unit. It smelled amazing, was very clean and had thoughtful amenities(qtips, cotton balls, dryer sheets, etc). The gated complex was very secure and serene; ample parking. I had a slight issue checking in at the gate but the owner was very responsive and helped me out. Kitchen had utensils and cookware for basic cooking. The beds were comfortable and the master was spacious. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

This apartment was in a very nice complex. It is toward the back surrounded by trees. Very private. There were a few essentials in the pantry and even some creamer in the fridge, which I really appreciated since I’m the only one in my family who doesn’t drink black coffee. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The staff in the office was super friendly.
This was one of the better VRBO’s I’ve stayed in, and we use them a lot.
The only suggestion I would have for this condo would be to fix the washing machine so that it’s not so loud. It worked great, but it was super loud, so you couldn’t do laundry at night.

This place was great! My family came to see the Braves play and it was pretty close to the ball park. The community was gated and quiet. The apartment was really clean and lovely. They were having some renovations while we stayed but even with the painters working outside it was great.

The place wave great. Easy check in. The only down side I would say is if you get there late at night the building numbers are very hard to see. The listing was also on the first floor but did in fact have a flight of stairs you had to go down. Other than that we had a lovely stay. All the room in the world and everything was exactly like the pictures. We will definitely stay here again! Quick access to the Braves games and no traffic. Thanks again for sharing your lovely home.

We were in town for a few days for the Lady Gaga concert at Truist Park. Condo was 10 mins away from venue. Upon arrival, the place was clean and much bigger than we anticipated! The available amenities made it even better, being able to wash our clothes and dishes before leaving. We absolutely loved our stay here! Host was also available and responded in a timely fashion once we arrived. I definitely recommend this property if you're looking for a spacious short-term rental.

Loved our stay
We were in GA for baseball tournament. Beautiful property and great location. Close to highways and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Felt safe at property and surrounding area. Quiet, never heard anything from the neighbors. Everything you could need, they already had it for you, just bring your food and luggage. Definitely rent again, highly recommend.

All amenities were present and the apartment was very clean. The property is within a gated community, so very secure. The location was ideal for our various game days. The unit itself has different furniture than what is shown in these photos but is well kept.

Spring Break/Campus Visit
Stayed in this unit while on Spring Break with my daughters. Beautiful, clean, luxurious, spacious, quiet, well-equipped apartment. It was the perfect home-base for our daily adventures. Location was super convenient and just a short ride downtown to all activities, including our official campus visit to Georgia Tech. Communication w/ owner was excellent and the property was super clean and even better in person. Complimentary coffee was appreciated and a nice touch. Kitchen cookware & utensils were plentiful. No major issues — although we had trouble with the gate code upon arrival and the Sling TV didn’t work. The only thing I would change is to add TVs in the bedrooms and cable. Highly recommend this apartment. Will def stay in again if my daughter enrolls at GaTech. Thanks for a wonderful week.

Excellent location, clean and lots of room
My family and I were amazed by this property. It was super clean and had all the room we needed for our family of four. The location was perfect for us. We were able to catch a Braves game and spent several days in downtown Atlanta, which was a short drive. If we ever find ourselves back in the Atlanta area we will for sure check this place out for availability.

Awesome unit!
Spacious, well stocked, comfy beds, immaculate grounds, great location for a Braves game. It's larger than the photos look. 4 adults and 2 children stayed and had more than enough room. Our 2 chihuahuas were also very comfy. Great family trip.

Stay at this property
It was clean, comfortable within great distance of almost everything. Communication with property owner was exceptional everything was awesome just the miscommunication of where the pool card was located for use of the pool. In my instructions it stated it would be on the kitchen counter but it was not was in a totally different place so I took a star away as I did not get to use the pool which was my main attraction. Overall the apartment was great.
