For our stay the living room photo was not up to date. There is a sofa, recliner, outdoor wicker chair and a small low swivel chair in the living room. There is NOT a loveseat. The couch is not the one pictured but definitely needs replacing, it is worn and very uncomfortable. The recliner wasn’t much better. The valances shown in the photos are not there. The remaining photos were exact with the exception of no curtain on the master window. The living room balcony curtain is dirty due to not having a handle to open and close. The master and upstairs beds were comfortable. We did not use the downstairs guest bedroom, we closed that door due to a musky smell possibly from the older bedding. It had an old basement scent that may not bother some people. There is an owners closet upstairs that should have been locked according to management. It was open and there was easily a 4 foot by 5 foot pile of dirty linens rolled and piled up in the floor. It was literally a episode of hoarders, I was worried something was under it all the first night we arrived. The unit was clean on the surface but could definitely use a deep clean and someone to take the time to go through and get rid of excess items in the kitchen and all closets. Definitely needs the owner’s attention more so than a cleaner. There are a lot of old dirty rugs, old comforters and pictures in every closet that need to be tossed along with really worn and dirty kitchen items. There is a smell of garlic we could never locate. Luckily the weather allowed us to flip off the AC and open doors. The carpeting on the stairs is matted and dirty. With all that said the unit was overall okay. The owners are definitely making updates that are nice. The walls are freshly painted, wood floors are nice and the kitchen and master bath updates are as shown in the photos. The location was great, pool and common areas were always clean. Check in and out easy and during early May we had no issue with parking. Easy walk to the beach with great views from the decks.

The accommodations are clean and well equipped and offer a beautiful ocean view! We see many of the same people each year, so it's like getting together with friends.

We had a wonderful stay. Minor maintenance issue occurred but it was quickly resolved. Loved the location of Anchorage in regards to beach access. The unit was nice and clean. Will stay at Anchorage again.

Brought two shop stools that we had until the end of our stay. No suitable replacements ever brought. Upstairs balcony had one plastic lawn chair for seating. This is a unit that sleeps 8. While there another part of the building had to have the balcony reenforced as it appeared to be threatening collapse. Those units lost use of their balcony for a few days. Ours should have had sufficient quality chairs for the price l paid. Main sliding door was very hard to move. Master bath shower had zero water pressure. That means all six of us had one operating shower to use. I worked very hard to pay for a vacation for my family on me. I paid a premium price to have ocean front balconies that were a disappointment. Can’t think of any reason l would want to stay in an Anchorage property again.

The condition and improvements by the owners to their respective condos is critical to maintain loyal clients. Anchorage II C02 is in fair condition but needs some improvements. 1. Dining table should accommodate up to eight people but a minimum of 6. 2. The downstairs porch needs new tall chairs. 3. The upstairs porch needs tall chairs and a table. 4. The washer and drier need to be replaced. They are both incredible loud. 5. Bugs, bugs, bugs, I realize we can't get rid of them but are we doing everything we can to keep them out, if not killing them?

Our unit had two balconies and the views were stunning. Everything you need is there for you use- Pool are was great too.We used the pool more than the ocean to to the Rip Tide Warnings, but we did go to the beach and used the beach chairs and umbrella that was provided.I would definitely stay at the Anchorage II again.

The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only problem we had was with parking. Evidently, they were sealing the other parking lot for the complex and parking spots were limited in our small lot. We came home from dinner one night and had to circle several times, waiting for someone to leave. Also, you need to be aware that this particular condo is not convenient to the elevator...there are 6 short fights of stairs.

The oceanfront location is great and we enjoy watching the dolphins and the pelican "trains" from the balcony. Recent upgrades to the unit made our annual stay even more enjoyable. The storage locker for the unit was very smelly/moldy and beach chairs were less than desirable. The two downstairs king beds were very comfortable; yet, we would not rent this property again because of the twin beds in the loft not being comfortable for adults. The kitchen was nicely furnished with beautiful appliances, and everything else in the condo was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I would not recommend this property due to the discomfort of the twin beds which was the one make-me/break-me issue.
