My daughter and I had a lovely stay. The beds were so comfortable and temperature control in the room was good. The old gardens are beautiful and bring relaxation. The pool area is lovely and there are lots of sunbeds. Still can be challenging in peak. Water aerobics in the mornings was fun. My daughter got sick and the onsite Clinic was very good. Plenty of dining options on-site yet close when you wish to explore outside hotel.
No real complaints. We did special bbq night with performance. It wasn't that well organised given it must be a weekly event. Presenter for show reading off phone and you couldn't hear what she said. No explanation on arrival how buffet works.

Check in dauerte lang, da Zimmer noch nicht fertig, dafür gab es aber einen kostenlosen late checkout.
Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden. Allein hat sich die Suche nach dem Zimmer aufgrund der Größe der Anlage etwas schwierig gestaltet. Man muss das System von einem zum anderen Gebäude erst erkunden und es kann dann sein, dass man im Kreis läuft. Treppen hoch oder runter , da die Gebäude nicht direkt miteinander verbunden sind. Aber das würde ich nicht als negativ bewerten.

Meal in pizzeria was not good - chicken Milanese was dry and veg was tasteless. Only 6 tortelini made that dish just a starter size - very disappointing

The staff were excellent they were very attentive and very polite especially the restaurant manager Simi she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Loved our stay a bit windy on the beach but very pleasant. The Pizzaria has the best pizza in Sanur.
The balcony in the Deluxe Room was very small and there was no where to put our luggage so we had to put them on the couch so there was no room to sit anywhere.

Beautiful grounds, great location, lovely pools and good buffet breakfast with excellent staff in restaurants. Overall a lovely place to stay in Sanur.
It felt that they needed better management of room bookings and housekeeping. On the floor staff very nice but there didn’t seem much coordination. Disappointed they were not able to give an adjoining room for our booking for 3 suites despite booking nearly year ahead..(we were told they could do this “if available). The hotel seems to determine your rooms on your day of arrival to maximise their occupancy rather than allocate rooms as per special requests at the time of booking. One of our group was delayed 24 hours and despite paying for the room that night ( as per cancellation policy) we couldn’t collect the key for that room until the next day and we’re still charged for breakfast for that morning for the delayed guests.

The landscape and territory of this hotel is outstanding and nothing like we've ever seen before. The food quality is also amazing and there was a wide variety of food offered for the breakfast buffet and the happy hour snacks in the Regency Club. We were also surprised by how good the privileges of the Regency Club were, as we were able to have breakfast there (instead of the main restaurant) which was much more quiet and secluded, and they also offered free snacks and alcoholic drinks daily during the happy hour. We got massages at the spa and had a wonderful time - the spa itself is quite spacious and the rooms feel very serene. The hotel also has several pools of different depths which allows everyone to pick where they go, and there are a lot of lounge chairs available so there is always room available, at any point throughout the day. The hotel is also located in a touristy area with tonnes of good restaurants and souvenir shops a walking distance away.
One aspect that could be improved is the sound proofing of the rooms as we were able to hear quite a bit of noise from the outside yard and the neighboring rooms.

The suite we stayed in was excellent, so much room to relax and enjoy. The amenities are great, as is the pool area, grounds and access to the beach. We dined at Omang Omang and the food was superb, highly recommend it. Staff as incredibly friendly and helpful, the largest request is quickly taken care of with a smile, I’m confident to say it’s the best service I have experienced in all my years of travelling. The grounds are huge and worth exploring if you want some private time.
Nothing, but I would say if you have any issues walking, request a room close to reception as it is a long walk from the furthest rooms.

First class resort - and once we found the Adults Only pool it was complete heaven. Breakfasts are excellent, fantastic gym and regular yoga/pilates classes. Spa is dreamy.
Yoga classes were a bit pricey compared with other resorts I have stayed at. Happy to pay but 250,000 is a bit steep. I was often the only person in the class which was great for me but I think the price puts people off. 150,000 is reasonable.

Everything! The breakfast was 10/10. It’s atmosphere is very relaxing. The lobby area is very scenic. It felt like you are inside a tranquil Forrest. I suggest book the room with the bigger balcony and view. Their balcony is gorgeous and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and attentive! The location is amazing and their beach as well. They even have a a couple of pools and a jacuzzi.
Only one minor thing, the AC had a machine sound but you quickly get used to it. And if the room was a bit more renovated would be better. THAT SAID, it’s still a good room and maybe they wanted the theme to be bamboos. Serves its purpose well. And their bathrooms are cute.

We loved our stay the location is perfect and the major stress was whether to lounge by the pool or beach, both were great and had many enjoyable dips in the sea.
We had a club room and had breakfast there each morning. The food was excellent, loved the granola and different yoghurts and the staff were outstanding I can mention Pande, Nico, Dinka and Ricky I’m sure there were others who deserve a mention so a gig thanks to all.

On arrival reception asked if I was happy for room in Bogainvilia complex - when I asked how far he said 100 metres from lobby. It turned out to be the furtherest complex from pools, restaurants, etc and as I have heart, lung and a bad knee I found the walking to facilities taxing. I would have preferred an honest answer so I could have chosen a closer room. Our only criticism

リラクゼーション/マッサージの棟が見つからなかった。
朝食のビュッフェが混んでいて、着席まで待たされた。

Great location right on beachfront. Room was clean, service from staff was good.
We were located in block 3 which seemed a long way from the main hotel. Building renovation work in the hotel was going on by the main pool, so it wasn't relaxing to be there as sound of loud drilling. I realise this can't be helped always but we weren't warned or compensated.

Breakfast selection was good, besides how busy it would get.Not enough barista's employed, so coffee orders were forgotten or took over half an hour to make most mornings.
The paper thin walls, we could hear everything going on next door and above us. I would definetly request a top floor if I stayed again.

They went out of the way to provide me with vegetarian Indian cuisine though taste wasn’t exceptional but the effort put in by them was remarkable.
We were a big group of 14 adults and 2 infants even after requesting them 45 days in advance they didn’t arrange the rooms together also I provided them with all the details regarding rooms allocation upfront still they mixed up the rooms. Main issue that I faced was there was a guest staying next to my parents room for first three night the guest came in the muddle night and kept banging the door for no reason and threatened us to call the police. Duty manager and security personnel were right there still she kept doing it in front of them and no action was taken against her. Manager accepted that we were not at fault still he didn’t took any action against her. It was very shocking to see that none of the concerned person from the staff was serious enough to hear my case they just kept saying that they are trying to talk to the lady and listen to her side and provided no resolution never in my life I have seen such incompetent staff. Never staying here again or
