Bed bugs!

The decor was very nice, breakfast was great and the family room was well set out.

Unfortunately, we got very badly bitten by bed bugs! This was a very unwelcome ending to our holiday and surprising considering the hotel is not on the lower end of the price scale. This was made known to hotel staff but no idea if any action was taken. We also found that the hotel staff didn't go out of their way to be helpful. We were told we couldn't order lunch today as they had a group booking. Can't eat or drink by the pool etc. All in all, we wouldn't stay here again. We have stayed at much cheaper hotels in Sanur that were better value and cleaner!

Lovely, would stay again.

Clean and comfortable. Kids loved the gorgeous pool. Nice location. Generous breakfast included.

We booked for 5, but 3 in the extra large double was still a little squeeze. Next time I would ask for an extra bed.

サヌールの真ん中にあり、バーやレストランのほかショッピングセンターが近くにあるのがとても便利。毎回出張で利用しているだけなのが残念。

せっかくバリにいるので、もう少し美味しいコーヒーを飲みたい。

Overall , 101 Oasis is a place I would revisit and recommend as it is value for money.

Good size room with the pool at the door. There was a great variety of food choices for breakfast

The bed. These are a personal choice though. For me, the pillows and matteress was a little too hard. Also, the ratten shutters needed fixing so they could close properly. I would prefer to be closer to the beach also.

La piscine et son parcours spa est incroyablement agreable, prenez la chambre au rez de piscine. Le petit dejeuner est un buffet a volonté avec beaucoup de choix. Le personnel au petit soin, les chambres sont très propres.

A perfect and decent hotel in center of Sanur

A perfect and decent hotel in center of Sanur with fairly good pricing. Location is perfect for the beach walk with equally long distance to the two roads heading down to the beach. A lot of restaurants around and other hotels for cocktails or even more restaurants.

The weather was very hot during my stay and the room was very humid after a day out when the air conditioning has been off for a few hours. This hotel is like 10-15 years old now and it is visible in the room on interior and furnitures. Not bad though, but reflects the price a bit.

Im Zimmer war alles feucht, die Matratze, die Bettwäsche. Ständig hatte man das Gefühl es wäre alles nass. Es war immer extrem laut, man hatte in keinem Moment des Aufenthalts seine Ruhe. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenen Zugang zur Lagune und vor unseren Liegen spielten ständig Kinder und die Eltern waren auch extrem laut. Es hieß eigentlich, dass in der Kategorie keine Kinder erlaubt sind, unsere Nachbarn jedoch hatten Kinder im Zimmer. D

fantastic family trip in top family room with beach nearby

We were upgraded from a duplex to a family room which was fantastic. Indeed within the family room there was a table and a small room with 2 single beds where kids could sleep with a door which is more friendly as parents and felt less risky than the stairs in the duplex room. Buffet breakfast was fantastic as usual. Extremely friendly staff all along. Great to have a reserved area at the beach for the 1o1 hotel. We like this hotel so much it was the 3rd time we went for the week-end!

Good place to stay for a couple of nights as part of a holiday travelling to other places in Bali

This was a great location for walking everywhere in Sanur. We loved the set up on the beach with deck chairs and umbrellas to use when we liked.

The pool situation was interesting in that the pool rooms had no privacy from all the swimmers.

Great location. Staff were amazing and the pool great as well. The food decently priced but the $10 breakfast buffet was the real highlight!

Had pool room ppl from above could see u swim, had to remind staff for fresh towels, never replaced clean cups, phone never worked until I said, never had safety lock on door ( had NO intention of fixing it ) Breakfast was Just hve stayed at many place and this would be worse . Great hotel with good facilities. Room was clean and great aircon. The breakfast each morning was really good also. Staff friendly and helpful (calling taxis etc). Great location, heaps of restaurants nearby and a large grocery store next door!

being next to the pool was great though it was shaded a lot so was cool. which was still awesome on those hot days. we also enjoyed being close to everything around Sanur.

I think the hotel itself is just recovering from covid still and working through its kinks. we really did not like the food at the hotel.

Great accommodation, terrible food

The room was clean and good size. I love that it opened directly onto the pool and it had a large desk for working.

The breakfast buffet was terrible. My partner and I asked for oat milk latte and we got regular milk cappuccino without the chocolate. The breakfast didn't accommodate for dietary requirements and we ended up having to so somewhere else. Whilst the accommodation was great I won't be getting the breakfast package again.
