Perfect family accomodation in Sanur. Great holiday vibe, beautiful pools, fun slide for kids, kids activities, pool bar, friendly staff, good variety of food and drinks. Walking distance from back gate (which closes 9pm) to main street is a 10 min walk many restaurants, shops, beauty salon, massages etc. Can walk to beach also. Shuttle bus available to supermarket, beach etc. Very friendly staff.

Ruime kamers welke onderhouden worden en goed schoon zijn. Twee ruime zwembaden en 1 voor de kinderen. Inclusief glijbaan en groot buiten/binnen speelgedeelte voor (jonge) kinderen. Het is allemaal niet nieuw meer maar wel prima toeven. Personeel vriendelijk, vooral bij ontbijt heel vriendelijk.
Badkamer is in verhouding met oppervlakte kamer uit portie. Schoonmaak en onderhoud rond zwembaden kan beter. Afval van bestelde lunches stond bijvoorbeeld hele middagen langs het zwembad.

The breakfast was great, with a good selection. The pools and activities for kids were awesome. The location was fine in terms of close to good restaurants like naughty nuri's etc.
The room location itself, an apartment was right by the lifts so not much natural light as the windows looked into the foyer of the elevators, not out onto any view, so it was pretty dark inside.

We had the 3 bedroom suite and it was amazing!! So much space and the set up was so welcoming... the table was set for dinner when we walked in, the beds and bathrooms all made up beautifully.
We loved having a couch to relax on and somewhere the kids could all escape to fire some chill time. The pool area was nice and the kids had a great time in the kids pool.
The gate to the back street (main area) closes at 9pm. This was crappy as we live to walk as much as we can and explore the area. It's cheap enough to use a grab but the costs definitely do add up if you're doing this lots.
The price of food in the hotel is expensive. The spa prices were decent but they only had a minimum of 1.5hrs and that's too long for us to sneak away for to be pampered or massaged.

The rooms were clean and well equipped, but felt a little sterile. Not very cosy.

We enjoyed the slide, the game room, and basketball court in and out of the pool.
Our work went all the way to 5 pm. By the time we RUSHED back to the Hotel the Slide and outdoor basketball court was always closing by 6:00pm. This is hard for working trips. And there isn't a reason given for why it couldn't be kept open until 7 or 8pm.

The kids pool area was great, rooms were lovely and spacious with plenty of storage. Breakfast was your standard buffet. Housekeeping was great, our room was always reset beautifully while we were out, however we did think it was a bit crap we had to do our own dishes.
The location is terrible for families. The ‘short’ walk out the back gate to Main Street is not so short for little children in the heat. For a family focused hotel the amount of times we had to lift our children and pram up stairs was a bit ridiculous. It is not very accessible at all. There are stairs in and out of the rooms, in and out of the back gate, in and out of the family pool area and in and out of the ground floor to access the lifts to rooms. We were also disappointed that the ‘kids club’ is actually just a play area that children need to supervised in at all times. A car home was a necessity at night time as neither entrance to the hotel is safe or available to walk to at night. We will stay somewhere alot more central next time.

Great kids club and pool area. Apartments were large.
The staff absolutely harass you constantly, coming across like you are trying to get out of paying for any food or drinks. Few examples; Our party recorded in the buffet book the number of adults that would be having the seafood buffet, despite this we were approached 3-4 more times by staff to ask again if we had paid for buffet and signed. We were then chased out of the hotel being accused of not signing for four beers for our party, so we signed and then they charged our friends for the same four beers. When you order a drink or food; you order have the items bought to you and are then approached/ interrupted again to sign. We were told that happy hour included all cocktails on the menu, only to then be told it included a selected 6. When checking out I was standing with my suitcases and was quickly approached and asked three times if I had checked out, paid and what my room number was. Our room had termites which put dust all over the floor constantly, the tv and phones didn’t work the first night we stayed. It’s a great resort for kids but this visit I was really turned off, the constant feeling of being harassed and interrogated put a downer on our holiday!

The size of the rooms were huge! Best we have had on our month in Bali. Breakfast a really good selection sometimes pretty busy kids had to wait for popular things like waffles but really like the egg station where you ordered what you wanted to be cooked fresh.

The back gate closes at 6pm to go out and access beach and eating places. They say it's a security thing but there is a security person on it 9-6pm so would be so easy to extend 2-3 more hours til 8-9pm so you could go out as we had to gojek back as yo far to walk to front gate with kids at night the roads weren't safe to walk.

Everything was clean, the suite was very spacious. The pools and kids club were good and the receptionists were nice and helpful.
The aircon worked well but had the damp smell and the windows could not open. It was also close the big road and sometimes noisy from the traffic. Beach was not very close but there was a free shuttle 4 times a day.

2nd stay here this month. We had an issue with a/cond and a noisy bed. Management supplied a replacement room without hesitation. Really good customer service. The property is great for families, providing a safe environment for kids to have some independence and enjoy the facilities. Highly recommend this place.
Kids meal of chicken nuggets and chips, came with 3 smallish nuggets and 19 small chips at a price of AUD9.00 so quite expensive.
Restaurant, whilst servicable, is in general, the weak point of the place.

The facilities were great - excellent pool area, kids's club and restaurants. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and location was close to many things.
The prices. The room prices were high and the food/drink prices at the restaurant were high for what you got. We paid for a buffet dinner one night and were shocked at the total cost (especially considering we didn't eat much or enjoy the food).

the location and the people who stayed there. if your not a WHITE 30 plus overweight woman with a miserable husband and kids in floaties with braided hair you will not fit in. I do not recommend for coloured or single tourists sad but true!

The pool with slide is good for children.The 3 bedrooms are very spacious to stay 6 people. 2 pools are good.
There was a smoking area in the hall near the lift so I have to smell the smoke I don't like. I was shocked. And when I sleep, there was so many noise like a barking dog, motorbike noise, crying baby near the room. I can hear some noise from upstairs when children was walking or running. When I got inside room for the first time there was moldy smell but after some days it was ok. Bad drainage in the bathrooms.The kitchen facilities is not enough to cook. There was only 2 pot without lids and pan which was scratched a lot. Also not enough bowls. The breakfast is not various but taste is good. I hope there is many choices.

The location was terrible, on the busy road.
The kids club was a joke! Kids entertainers were not interested at all.
No entertainment program for new year at all!
Overpriced massively!
The room was big but very run down. The hotel needs complete renovation!
AC units were leaking in the room so the floor got wet and very slippery. Our kids kept falling and hurting themselves.
The room wasn’t cleaned properly.
