Literal heaven on Earth.

Literally heaven on earth. Facilities were great, comfortable room, beautiful pool with swim up bar. The staff were lovely and attentive. The resort also has a shuttle bus to the local super market which was close to shops and restaurants, very handy. The Alantara also had live entertainment every other night. Restaurant was tasty, and had great variety.

That we had to leave.

Exceptional service, room and amenities at the Alantara Hotel

The pool is absolutely beautiful, with lovely landscaped gardens surrounding and a swim up bar. Always ample clean towels and we could secure a lounge at some stage during the day. The hotel was nice and quiet, with relaxing music playing at a sensible volume during the day. Attention to detail (for example, bag stands for when you are eating at the restaurant) really made an impression. The spa was amazing - highly recommend the King and Queen treatments if you are travelling as a couple. Comfy beds. The best thing about the Alantara was the staff - everybody was so helpful and happy. We really felt welcome and cared for.

The location isn't fantastic, but there's a free shuttle service and taxis are very cheap from the hotel to Sanur. There is a convenience store only a few minutes walk away. The location helps to keep the hotel nice and quiet compared to the hustle and bustle of Sanur.

10/10 perfect family friendly resort in Sanur

The Staff are amazing and friendly. No task to big, made the trip for us. Nice and hidden away, like a little private oasis.

No 2 for 1 happy hour for cocktails. Food in restaurant a bit more expensive compared to restaurants down the road. More floating beds would be good. 2 is a boy short. 3 or 4 would be ideal.

A great place to relax

I loved the pool setting & relaxing by pool. also the swim up bar. the room was very comfortable and at breakfast there was a huge variety of food. I am a coeliac & gluten bread was available also.most

The hot food at breakfast needs to be kept hot during the breakfast time. during our weeks stay most of the food was luke warm at best .Most mornings we were eating breakfast around 8am. Our last breakfast on 6/1/2024.everything was cold which was not enticing at all. The only things hot were the potatoes ( afresh batch had just been put out ), the egg station & the noodle station.

Sehr aufmerksames, freundliches Personal, guter Service, sehr leckeres, großes Frühstücksbuffet mit indonesischen und europäischen Speisen, schöner großer Pool, guter Wellnessbereich mit tollen Massagen. 24h Rezeption, sodass unser early Check out problemlos möglich war. Es gibt einen shuttle ins Zentrum sowie die Möglichkeit, gegen Bezahlung den hoteleigenen Fahrdienst zum Flughafen zu nutzen.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with staff to match

The grounds and pool were stunning, the rooms beautiful and comfortable with large beds. The balconies were large with table and chairs and day bed. Must shout of Pendi for his unbelievable service and friendly personality, he is a true gem!

The location was a bit out of the way and always required a Grab to go anywhere. Although the hotel does offer a shuttle bus service.

Definitely stay again

A very welcoming, quiet hotel in a back street where you can truly relax. The staff are so warm, friendly and helpful (especially Pandi and the breakfast staff). We had an Alantara Suite and it was gorgeous. The outdoor shower was amazing........so amazing we never used the indoor shower! The bath was divine too. The pool, with swim up bar, a few steps from our suite was so convenient. The free shuttle to the main street of Sanur was easy to use. The resident cat at breakfast was nice for me as I miss my pets when I travel. She also had 3 kittens stashed away that I found.

Absolutely beautiful resort the up keep of the gardens. The Suite was excellent. The staff were beautiful & friendly everyone remembered our names.

Having to depart. First time visitors to Alantara will definitely return & recommend to others.

Stunning Pool, Amazing Staff, Brilliant Spa!

The spa is divine. The restaurant was great! And the staff were so friendly and helpful. LOVED the pool bar! Hagus at reception was a dream and he helped us so much! Would definitely stay again!

Our room was very close to the restaurant. which was a little bit noisy. But the restaurant keeps reasonable hours and it didn't keep me up or wake me up early. If concerned I'd just request a room further away.

Magnificent hotel and the suite was just the best

Don’t hesitate to book! We will be back

The service was lovely, everyone would ask where you’re from, have great big smiles and always remembered you. the property is so well maintained and the rooms were gorgeous and clean. The food was delicious! We went to their love music event with all you can eat buffet - get the tacos! best tacos ever!! we were sad to leave!

it’s a little far out from Sanur but the shuttle runs every 2 hours there and back! not many facilities for kids but our 4 year old swam every day, the pool had a lovely shallow area big enough for him to learn to swim before he was off in the deep end.

Great swimming pool area with plenty of beds and shade of needed. Staff all very friendly. Lovely room, very comfortable. Free shuttle into and out of town that runs regularly

Sun bed mats and pool towels were a bit tired and could do with replacing. Bit of a walk into town if you don't fancy using the shuttle or the timings don't work for you.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The pool was great!

The hotel is about a 5 minute drive to the center of Sanur, where a lot of the tourist activities are. There is a shuttle that operates every two hours, but we ended up just walking and calling taxis for more convenience.

Can't recommend

Loved the spacious pool and poolside bar's vibes. Coffee is pretty good. Post-checkout communication via Whatsapp was quick.

The room is filthy ㅡ especially the bed sheets, duvet covers, and pillow covers... Oh, they're yellow(got what I mean?). Breakfast was also disappointing. Their bakery is the worst.
