Heerlijke villa om te relaxen

Als ouder stel, dus wat moeilijker ter been. Was het in- en uitstappen van het zwembad een onmogelijke opgave. Jammer dat er in het hotel geen restaurant is. Je kan wel een soort van thuisbezorgd.nl doen. Een aanrader op loopafstand is de Warung Old Brick waar je lekker kan eten en elke avond live muziek.

We stayed five nights and really enjoyed going down to the restaurants on the beach .

Well, maintained property with nice greenery and in a quiet area also had a very well appointed kitchen with a great big fridge freezer .

We stayed in Villa D which was a twin villa, but unfortunately the second bedroom did not have garden or pool view . Like a lot of pools in Bali they do not have a last step and it is quite a job to sometimes get out of the pool .This might be a problem for more senior people.

Overall we had a pleasant stay but unfortunely i dont think i would return to this property

We were in villa j, right next to reception. The pool area was well maintained with a shower/toilet there meaning we didnt have to use the one in the villa. Bath and pool towels provided as well sarongs but 1 of the bath towels had brown marks on it. Top marks to the ladies who came to make us breakfast on 2 mornings. The security was very good. Liked that they provided mozzie repellant.

The place was tired and needed a refurb or at least a deep clean. The bedroom was noisy so didnt get a good nights sleep. When i used the soap and shampoo i felt that it didnt get me clean so used my own. Seems like if you dont tip then you dont get the turndown service that reception happily informed us was a service they provide each night. We got this the first 2 nights but not the last night so we had some insects (turndown service is supposed to include a nightly spray of the villa). I didnt see the lane that you have to go down to get to the villa and from there to the beach mentioned in other reviews. This was our first time to bali so didnt know what to expect re the state of the lane. Rain meant the lane was impassable on foot without wading through the puddles which spanned the entire width of the lane. We made sure to return to the villa before dark as the lanes are unlit and didnt want to encounter any dogs or rats. Not directly the fault of the villa but i feel this is an important point for other travellers to be aware of especially those with young children

Beautiful but not so good value for money

The bliss villa (3 bedroom villa) is a magazine villa, as beautiful and into detail from a design perfective as it can be. The pool was amazing as everything else around it and the entrance to the villa. Staff was very supportive and made our stay as comfortable as possible

The kitchen / dining / living area was not having AC, which considering the humidity and the temperatures made it quite uncomfortable and the use of the same more limited. Same happens with bathrooms, completely outdoors, which is beautiful but not fully practical. Mainly for the living area, an issue that needs to be arranged considering the money that you pay for it. We ended having dinner with other family with whom we were traveling in their 2 bedroom villa because of this…

Superb

Two bedroom villa with plunge pool, immaculate condition & beautiful garden pool area. Breakfast was prepared every morning in our villa. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Quiet location only 10 minute walk into town and beach.

This is an established property that is extremely well run. The team is professional, helpful and happy. The service was what you would expect in a five star hotel.

Lovely Villa with all the trimmings in Sanur (read below)

Service and friendliness was excellent. The breakfast cooked for us daily in our room was on point each time. The villa was lovely and had a smart TV and had plenty of fans and multiple split system air cons.

The two main bedrooms in villa “E” had king sized beds (yay) but both were firm. When you are used to a little cushioning or if you have Bali belly and need to spend plenty of time laying down, it is not comfortable. The lounge was no better as although it looked great, it’s a wooden frame with thin foam cushion that you could feel the hard surface through.

Well appointed and clean villa. Great pool and spa. Staff were excellent. Great breakfast cooked by the staff daily.

Nice facilities but not the best location

Our villa was very spacious, with a large sitting area, tastefully decorated. There was a big dining table outside. Breakfast was freshly made in our kitchen, always on time. We enjoyed the option of having a massage in our room;

It was quite a walk to the beach and the road during the rain was flooded. The swimming pool was very small, more like a bathtub.

We loved the large spacious villa and beautiful tropical gardens. A small number of villas on a cool, green, private compound. We extra specially loved the outdoor bathroom with rain shower.

Nothing, this was the perfect family retreat.

Great accommodation just a bit far away from the beach

The property was beautiful and the grounds were kept in excellent condition. The pool was quite big and so was the spa though we didn't get to use it.

The area the villas were in. We had to get a gojek or taxi every time we wanted to go anywhere and it was even hard for the taxi drivers to find the villas. There were no instructions on how to turn on the spa so we didn't get to use it which was sad.

Staff and villa's beautiful , no complaints, pool exceptional

Only complaint, a little too far to walk to main centre and restaurants. Roads needs lots of repairs. Ok for young people but we found it hard, having a disabled son made it a littledifficult. But Taxi service brilliant and no problem for security staff to call .

Spacious accommodation and beautiful setting.

The accommodation is excellent- we were two adult couples. Beautiful pool and spacious. Breakfast was cooked in our room which was a nice touch. When we were leaving early they left us eggs etc to cook ourselves. We ordered in food which worked fine. Location is about five minute walk to beach so quite handy. Lovely gardens and very peaceful.

The location is a little tricky to find but the staff were friendly and helpful. Communication when we were a day late due to flight delays were ok but not really reassuring that our communication had been received.

Perfect place to stay if you want some sun, pool and relax time!

The villa pool was absolutely beautiful and perfect for two people ! There was room for swimming or just a quick dip. The villa itself was extremely spacious in terms of places to eat, living room and a beautiful bathroom.

Wooden doors which were the exit/entrance to the property would not stay closed so privacy was hard at times.
