decent price, clean and easy access to the beach.

Easy beach access; good views! rooms were good! pool was amazing; my two year old loved it!

My stay was absolutely horrendous.

Absolutely nothing. This property should be shut down and demolished or both.

I absolutely hated everything. Dirty/ stained sheets on the beds. None working elevator. Poor parking.Door to balcony had a broken/ missing latch so it wouldn’t close or lock. WiFi wasn’t available. TV wouldn’t work. Bath was extremely small. Hot water didn’t work.Rooms were very extremely filthy. Pool was very dirty and poorly maintained. Very or beach access.

It was not clean stains on sheets towels wash clothes dirty. Hard to get clean ones went down 3 times to get towels 1st time said they'll bring them never did! Then the woman said idk if it any clean I haven't been down there . All types of people hang in front from prostitute to drug users . It's not safe it's a whole Tic Toc of this nasty ass hotel. I'd NEVER stay here again. This was my only option due to EVERYWHERE was sold out . I wouldn't even let my dog stay here keep riding

It was alright nobody bothered up, their customer service was 10000 out of 10!

You could see the water as soon as you walked out on the balcony.

The bathroom was little and the lighting was low.

the lamps were missing bulbs , the hairdryer didn’t work , the bathtub you could tell had just been painted over and the fridge did not work also

nothing worked in the room except for one light, it stunk, there were fights, parties and sinking and drugs outside, it

some of the staff were nice

The location was great and the bed was super comfy.

I was charged an additional $40 for a property fee that was not mentioned on booking or anywhere at the front desk but couldn't get the key to the room without it so I actually paid twice what I thought I was paying, and the room was definitely NOT worth that price. The room had issues that had not been attended to, such as broken outlets, peeling paint in the bathtub, and overall cleaning was NOT done, not toilet paper or hygiene provided.

The worst experience

Nothing, its the worst hotel [if you can call that hotel] that I have ever been.

Everything, the place have broken doors, broken walls, broken roof, bad paint, mold, damaged bathroom and dirty. I didnt even stay one night, I got to the hotel saw the room and left. its that bad. I ask for my money back and the say no .

We booked this hotel..Ocean Star through Bookings.com...@ $73 per night.. Absolutely Nothing...Horrible

We booked this hotel..Ocean Star through Bookings.com...@ $73 per night.. At check-in the young man stated the Hotel would need an additional $49/night for Entertainment Fee...In addition the young man stated we would have to pay this $49 in Cash because the computer was not set up for this additional Fee.. This was obviously possible Fraud...We had been traveling all day and were tired so we went ahead and paid the fee in cash...In addition, we asked for a receipt...The young man stated we would receive the receipt at Check-Out...We prepared too Leave at 9:15 a.m. I went to the office to receive my receipt, The Office was Locked (Closed)... This hotel is not worthy of being included as a Booking recommendation.. Willis Sutherland

Don't stay here.

Nothing to like. Terrible. False advertising. Rooms were not as pictures stated. They were in terrible condition. Staff was horrible. They closed beach entrance and pool. They tried charging me more for property charges again. Sheets were dirty...floor was dirty..asbestos on the ceiling...appliances were tarnished...we left one day early because we were miserable.

Nothing went well very dirty hotel lots of violence there I was not very happy there had to leave and go to another motel! Never going back! Front desk is terrible half time the time nobody was there!

Cleaner place more towels there was no toilet paper tv didn’t work! Front door wasn’t closing like it should ! Floor is as dirty it just was a terrible experience and not going back ever! It was discussing

Disappointing

Staff was nice. Room was dirty, don't think they actually change the sheets every time. Cigarette butts all over the walkways. Shower tub area was not clean. Cue-tip still on the sink, so not a huge effort the clean the rest of the unit. floors were dirty. Great location, but when you have quest and their not happy with the stay, you usually don't get a second chance for another.

The room was small It was overcrowded. But it was better then sleeping in our car.

They need updates bad. Elevator was tiny. It wasn’t easy getting up the halls in the wheelchair. No handicapped shower

They were charging $49 dollars for hospitality fee. That, it was not mention in the website. Not happy about that. I ask a few more people there, none of them was charged they told me. They make me pay cash.
