Only good is ocean view

Ocean access

Rowdy crowd, people fighting, rooms need to be remodeled. I was glad we only stayed 2 nights. I won't go back. Girls in the office were great.

It was nice to have the hotel close to the beach and fun attractions. It was very fun and convenient. The room itself was alright and did the job.

Although the room was fairly cleaned, we feel that there could be some improvements.

Disappointing

The room was big and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Walking distance to the ocean..

The elevator felt like a death trap and beyond disgusting.. the room was outdated, and there was mold..

Pleasant

That it was right on the beach.

There was no housekeeping due to "covid," so no one came to bring clean towels. Being right on the beach, so sand was everywhere. It would have been nice to have the floor swept. The elevator was scary looked like it hadn't been cleaned in Ages.

My stay was good because of few steps to the ocean.

I which the breakfast was full breakfast. The fridge in room froze all my food. The fridge looks like the one you will find in third world countries.

The elevator looks scary but it works. The carpet in the hallway needs a new one.

Had good potential, could use an upgrade in some areas

Room size and ocean view

There were plastic coverings on all of the lights that had a warning to be removed before use but we’re still on. Serious fire hazard. I removed the ones from the light we used but goodness I hope others in other rooms did.

its good for budget stay, dont expect it to be a happening place.

Very good

I loved the ocean front balcony and very short walk to beach. Staff was polite...front desk, cleaning, maintenance (upgrading door locks) and can not forget the pool guy.

I disliked the sand on the floor of the room...it seemed to be everywhere. It would have been nice to have something in the room to clean up sand that was my fault.

I definitely wouldn’t stay here again!

the housekeepers were friendly but the front desk personnel was a nightmare!

the fact that two rooms were rented and a needle syringe was left in the refrigerator by housekeepers which was a mistake on their part but the housekeeping inspectors should have caught it.

Never stayed there, as soon as we walked in the reception area was dirty. The front door was looks like broken, the parking availability was very poor and not enough for the hotel capacity. We didn’t see anyone at the front desk area. After couple of minutes we says hello, some one front the back yelled back to us-“come back half an hour, I’m on lunch break”. We left without check into the hotel. I can imagine it will be trouble with the room cleanliness and the breakfast hygiene (which supposed to come with the hotel room rate). We had to find an other hotel for more money. I would like to have receive a refund for this circumstances and bad experience from the first moment we arrived! The pictures of the booking.com do not reflect what we saw and experienced at the arrival. I really appreciate you help for this matter and refund my money! thanks
