More staff is needed for the pools

The room was clean, had many pools.

There was no pool attendant at all. Pools were full of kids who were jumping and screaming so much (although there are signs which prohibit this), that you could not even relax in the hot tub. In lazy river they tried to swim and fight each other, again no one was there to stop them. This hotel needs better staff and rules for the pools. Booked this facility only to enjoy their pools and hot tub, but the experience was poor because of this. There were also no pool towels most of the time.

Will definitely be returning in the future.

Location is great. Very family friendly, lots of seating at pool areas and plenty pools for kids to choose from. Loved the bar area could even enjoy the music from my balcony. Hotel staff were very friendly. Room was spacious and very clean.

Water slide was a nice touch. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Location was good. Can get to the beach quickly

The elevators are a cluttered mess. There is very little room to get through with carts, water activity supplies, etc. The indoor pools looked cloudy. The staircase to the water slide is up 2 flights of stairs and the stairwell services a hallway and the parking lot which is a huge safety concern. Couldn't sign into my own Prime account for streaming. You could tell the room used to be a smoking room. There is no ramp for beach carts and no beach mats for walking to the beach. There is no safety gate around the 3ft/4ft pool so it's easily accessible for an excited child. As well as the lazy river outside. I wasn't able to utilize the restaurants or mini mart so no thoughts there

The resort was nice the rooms were nice the area was within walking distance to a lot of things.

They had so many pools that were cleaned daily our room was updated and very clean and towels could be gotten anytime from the laundry area

No Parking for two cars only one car was free

Over all I felt like $93 for one night was not really worth it the location is decent, but the staff was not the nicest.

Parking is across the street, the lady checking us in was kinda rude when she said she needed everyone’s id or we can’t stay here, are checkout was at 11am and around 9am the house keeper was cleaning other rooms and kept looking into are window it made us feel rushed to leave

Pleasant and close to all amentities.

The facility was close to amenities.

The room was finem the pools were crowded due to the rainy and cold windy weather. We requested a non smoking area which it was but we couldn't open our balcony door due to someone above or beside us smoking. No use to pay for a oceanfront room and not have the use. They were noisy as well.

Love this place

Great place to stay for the price. This is our second time here, and it was just as good as the first. We didn’t go to any of the extra store and such there, but it is nice that they are there if you wanted to visit them.

The only down side to our stay is that it’s durning off season so a lot of updates are happening at this time. The second heated pool area was closed due to it getting redone, it was nice to see them getting redone, but jt sucked that it wasn’t usable.

Unexpectedly bad

Price was decent for the time of year. The views are nice.

It wasn’t the cleanest property and the pool was completely overrun by children everywhere. I love children but it’s like everyone brought at least 5 children with them. I wanted to relax in the hot-tub after an almost 12 hour drive today, just passing through but the pool was swamped, even at 9:30 pm. The parking is a nightmare. No where does it say that you need to park across the street in a parking garage from the property in the booking. There was at least 10 cars in the garage taking up 2 spots. Why are they not towed? And our room smells like cat pee unfortunately. Overall I’m disappointed and I wish I booked somewhere else

Convenient location and great oceanfront view

The Location - convenient to so many restaurants and bars and attractions Elevator security was a plus!

The roaches!!! Also the on site cafe and bar were closed the entire time I was there.

The little bar out back is amazing and great prices.

The house keepers pretend they don’t know English and try too take thing that do not belong too them.

Perfect, will stay at SeaCrest again!

Room- I loved the room, it was ocean front in the 8th room. The room was big, had a kitchen stove, dishes,pots, the room is separate from the kitchen/small living room and has a balcony. Pool- I love how it has a small water park you could say for the kiddos, indoor and outdoor pool and lazy river! Beach- Beach front property! Parking- We always found parking at the property its right across the resort.

They could have used another elevator, but all in all is was great.
