The price was not bad but was not what i anticipated will not stay here again.

The balcony was nice and the walk to the beach was very close to the hotel. actually the hotel was right on the beach.

I paid for a queen size bed with the room, we slept on the cot kind of bed that was full size. it honestly looked like they just threw the room together last minute. They also drew the room number on the door with sharpie, the bathtub did not drain we had to hold it to drain. There was an altercation with another guest at the hotel that ended up being a police call.

The view and the bed.

First day no welcome. No going over what amenities were on the property. There were renovations going on. It was going from dawn until late at the night. Being a smoke free you could smell pot from other rooms. A safety blade was outside our room on the ground. There were cockroaches.

Do better please will not recommend. Very disappointed, it was a waste of money.

That it’s on the beach that’s about it.

Pool gave my kids rashes, we came with 8-12 other kids all got the same rash pool not cleaned enough. In my room there was a broken toilet, loud rattling from ac made it hard to sleep at night, broken on the outside where the cover part is where patio is, broken tv, no door separator for the rooms, when showering the tub filled with water, the water was blue like it had chlorine in it, dirty patio, not enough silverware or cups for the amount of ppl in the room. Stained bedding. Always had to wait for new clean towels everyday, for my entire 7 days, always had to ask for new sheets and trash bags.

Rough at the beginning but much better at the end

We had some challenges checking in but management was quick to address and fix the problems we had with our room at first. This hotel is perfect for if you are mainly gonna be out and exploring and just to sleep in

We had to wait 5 hours for a 1 bed and 1 sofa bed room after calling a day advance to see if we could check in earlier. After checking in our shower was messed up and was supposed to be fixed when we got back and wasn’t. Management was able to get us to a better room due to the wait and maintenance failure we had on our check in date.

OceanFront Room easy access to the beach, Pool.

Poor Wifi on all facility , room not clean out date furniture, worst pillows you have to buy your own to sleep confortable, they should make better by making rénovation to this place after summer time, for the price they charging this place should be not disappointing, Fix it

I cant write a short sentence, see my summary, not a place I will ever stay again

I loved that it was right on the ocean, beautiful scenery. The shower was nice.

Well first of all we had a man enter our room once and then a 2nd man and 2nd time, thank god we were there, they walked right in. My sister asked what they wanted, apparently to fix something. There was no notice or anything. Was not impressed very upset. Not acceptable. We were going to leave the hotel and go somewhere else but we had just drove 19 hours to get there and were tired. And then a third time some man knocked and then apologized when he heard us. I also heard they did that to another room. And they need some upgrades, the taps in bathroom were so old, carpet had stains on it and so did the couch, the kitchen needs work the cupboard were all chewed up. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Holiday Sands review

The wonderful ocean front view and close proximity to beach. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. All the amenities... pools, laundry on site.

There were no beach towels available for our use any of the days I checked (I had limited luggage space to bring my own). I had to park across the street most days and my brother has some walking difficulties.

Needs some MAJOR Updating.

I traveled for 5 days with my family of 20. The staff was amazing, and attended our every need. Perfect ocean views, and close beach access.

My bathroom was rough! The tub was peeling apart, the walls were chipped and needed a new coat of paint. My kitchen the toaster wouldn't work, and the walls and floors could use some TLC. As far as the rooms go, you don't even have doors separating you. You have a sliding plastic curtain that doesn't even lock. The beds were absoutely HORRENDOUS. If you want your back to hurt the entire trip, and for the next week after here's the perfect place for you to stay. All of our porch lights were out. Elevators were slow and took forever. Pools were dirty and 2 of them were closed. We won't be staying here again.
