About this apartment rental

This condominium is affordable and relaxing. The condo is across the street from the beach about one hundred yards away from the gulf. We have deeded beach access with our neighbors across the street that will lead you to the beautiful white sandy beaches which Gulf Shores is famous for! From the front door you can see the beach in the distance and smell the ocean breeze.

The condo sleeps 5-6, the master bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom. The guest room has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, there is also an extra twin roll-away bed under the bottom bunk. The minimum age to rent is 24.

The condo is located one mile from the center of Gulf Shores and minutes from everything Gulf Shores has to offer: water park, golfing, deep-sea fishing marinas, shopping at the Tanger outlet-mall, etc.

The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, full size oven, refrigerator, microwave, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. WiFi internet access is here for your use, at no charge to you. There are flat screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom with DISH cable.
On the property grounds there are 4 charcoal grills surrounding a large shaded gazebo with patio tables and benches, perfect for family gatherings. The large circular pool and gazebo are the focal points of the complex courtyard.
Our condo comes with one reserved parking spot that can fit two mid-size cars front to back. The parking spot would not work for extra large vehicles.

We stayed 4 nights. The condo was very clean. We drove a mini van and had no problem with the parking. We appreciated the elevators and the utility carts. It is a nice little condo that suited our needs as a small family. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach was but a couple minutes walk - just across the street. We had no problem with noise or disturbances while we slept. It was a nice little get away and we will definitely be booking again.

Overall nice condo. Clean and family friendly. Access to the beach is convenient, but the street to cross is VERY busy. Our teenage kids liked to head over to the beach without us to get a head start - crosswalks along the street would be ideal. The pool was a nice touch after a long day on the Gulf.

Was very clean, great location. Was just the right size for our family. Only hold back is parking if you drive a larger vehicle, but we made it work. Instructions from host/hostess was very clearly written. Would definitely stay here again if we ever make down here again.

Room was clean. Beach Access was further than showed online. Parking for the room was very tight. There was no extra toilet tissue or paper towels. I have never had to buy those items on previous stays. I have never had to take out trash upon leaving. Seems like paying for cleaning would cover trash. My family does keep room clean but never had to take out trash.

Condo was good value for the money. Location was excellent. Surprised the property owners don’t check in with you at all during your stay. Property is very noisy, broken elevator and like many others have mentioned, parking spot is rough. If anyone is parked next to you don’t even attempt to get in or out. Why not spring for another tv in the second bedroom? My daughter was disappointed. Also, some beach towels would be a nice touch. I believe if the owners spent some cash to add little additions, it has potential. The location is what sells this place! For sure!

We love this place. This was the 3 time we have booked this property. It is clean and meets all of our needs. We love the location. Easy walk to the beach. Walking distance to great restaurants & nite life, but far enough away that you aren’t bother with the noise or live music. We love the onsite pool as well, the only thing that would make this even better is a hot tub to use in the evening.

We were there for a week of house hunting. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The shower was good and the water gets hot fast so watch out 😵‍💫. The dish washer isn’t bolted in so be careful when using it.

My family of 4 had a great time here. The accommodations were just as described. A/C works great, beds were very comfy, and elevator was much appreciated! It’s an easy and very short walk to the beach. The only issue is that if you drive a large SUV/truck, be prepared for parking your vehicle to be quite difficult. The parking space is almost impossible to back out of if someone is parked next to you. Otherwise-great stay.

Nice property. Despite there being a little pavilion area by the pool the “permanent renter two doors down had nightly parties outside his unit so consequently we had people standing outside our door whooping it up. No thanks

The property was just as described - nice location, with almost everything we needed. Our only surprise was how cleaned out it was from previous renters - most other rental properties have some leftovers, but there wasn't a single extra roll of TP or even a salt shaker. We left some extra paper goods, so I hope they don't go to waste! Like others have noted, the parking was extremely narrow. Just ask our poor rental car, whose bumper got nailed by the neighbor our second day there. All in all, we had a great stay!
