Coastal cuteness. That's what you'll find at this second-floor, walk-up Gulf Shores condo that is ideal for a couples' retreat or any group of up to six people.

Children will especially love climbing the spiral staircase to the loft, which is outfitted with one double bed and one queen-sized bed and lots of windows to let light from the sun or moon and stars shine in! The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed.

The kitchen has granite countertops and a tile backsplash and is right-sized for any crew that might choose this condo for a vacation.

Your street-facing condo is furnished in a contemporary style in calming shades of blue, green and white. A dining table is perfect for enjoying a meal or maybe even spending time playing a board game and catching up with the family! There is tile flooring in the living area and bedroom downstairs and carpeting in the loft area for added coziness.

There is a coin-operated laundry on site at this complex, and the balcony is shared with guests in other properties.

Outdoors, tucked inside the tropical landscaping is a pool area set up with lounge chairs and tables. The complex fronts the beach and is accessible from your condo.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location of this unit is great. The Hangout and many eateries, liquor stores, and beach shops are walkable. It’s nice not having to cross the main road to get onto the beach. Complex pool was nice and used by many guests.

The unit was exactly as described, beautiful and clean. However, we had the bad luck of ending up next to a condo of partiers. The walls are thin and we could hear everything. The first night I called Vacasa who manages the property because in the description it says they strictly enforce parties and quiet time. They told me to call the cops…. There was no security guard at night and no one enforcing rules after 9. We enjoyed the condo, but would have enjoyed it more if we had been able to sleep at night.

Linens were clean and on the surface everything looked clean. A couple of pieces of trash found behind some furniture. Bathroom fan was super loud, like a jet getting ready for take off. Zero spices in the house. Bring your own salt and pepper should be added to the listing. Cooking wasn’t horrible, but there wasn’t an oven mitt. Overall it was a good stay. beach was close.

The location.... Amazing. The beach.... Amazing. The weather.... Amazing. The condo itself.... Underwhelming. Very dated, which normally I do not even consider mentioning in a review. However, when dates means old, used past its prime, need of replacement, that's different. The mattresses are broken down, stained and beyond uncomfortable. There were not enough comforters/sheets. The pots and pans, silverware, utensils, glasses, everything were old, scratched up, and stained. No TV in the master. Do not expect high end amenities. I mean, we survived. It's a week at the beach. We spent most of our time at the pool, beaches and bars which are all very lovely.

Old worn furniture, queen bed was broken. As in the mattress was broken on one side. Not clean, wiped everything down on counters and stove top and my Lysol wipe was brown. Did not smell of any cleaning supplies when I walked in. 4 flights of stairs up!! Alabama humidity makes this a sweaty week especially in July. Condo complex has some sketchy characters and too much smoking in the pool area! Only thing nice I can say is the air conditioning worked well. My friends stayed on same floor and their air conditioning went out.

We take a girls trip every year and stay in this unit. We love it! It was very clean this year. I wasn't very happy about paying a additional charge for parking when we got there. Someone put a flyer on my car that we need to pay 30 dollars or will be towed. And we could only pay cash..weird..and sketchy. As if we don't already pay enough for the unit.

This condo is a great location for walking to the beach. The unit works well for a small family, with one bedroom down and two beds upstairs. The spiral staircase is not suitable for young children. I would stay here again.
