About Time was a great cottage. It is a small one bedroom with 2 stories so be prepared to go up and down stairs a lot. If that is a problem then this is not the cottage for you. We really enjoyed it. The cottage was clean and housekeeping was great with bringing more towels. There were some ants in the bedroom on bottom floor but not that it was a nuisance. The view was wonderful and it is right next to the beach access.

My husband and I took a 10 year anniversary trip here by ourselves. We loved the location and design of the About Time cottage and we love Seaside! This cottage was in mediocre condition, and we were slightly disappointed. The bathroom cabinet had some kind of black dusty substance stained on it, the towel rack was broken, and the place just needed some general maintenance. There is no washer/dryer which we knew ahead of time, but there was a space in the “closet” where they used to be. It was crowded with a shelf, cleaning supplies, etc making the space completely unusable. There was not a place to hang full length clothes because of this. To top off our stay, the place was infested with ants. Not just a few here and there, they were everywhere. We were given some Raid spray to help, but it did nothing to solve the issue. It was explained that there had been an abnormal amount of rain which makes pest issues worse. I get that, but this was not just a small issue. It needed several treatments back to back in order to get rid of them. We were given a discount because of our experience which we very much appreciate. We were just hoping for a better overall experience.

Seaside is always good to us- even if it rains. This is one of our favorite honeymoon cottages we have stayed at. The swing on the porch with view of the beach was one of our favorite spots to be. It is steps from the beach entrance. There wasn’t a washer and dryer so heads up on that.

I really don’t want to tell anyone about our favorite place on our favorite beach. We feel as if “About Time” is our very own cottage. We will return again and again! My favorite place at sunset is on the porch swing. The space is perfect for two. The small kitchen is as well appointed as mine. We love it!

Second stay here. Loved first stay. Great location and love pullout bed and half bath upstairs. Downstairs air conditioner not working so a window unit was installed. Downwards was humid. Ants in kitchen. Loved this unit last stay but some issues to be resolved. No outdoor shower or hose the rinse off after beach. Great location but a bit some issues to be resolved.

I feel like the property could be better taken care of especially for the price. The full bath had mold around the shower door, the couch in the living room was covered in stains and sugar ants in the kitchen. There was a temporary window AC unit taped into a bedroom window as well. I’m not sure I would stay here again even with the home’s great views and location based on its overall condition.

This was our first stay in Seaside and this property was perfect. We wanted to rest and relax and the porch checked all the boxes; it was wonderful, with a straight view of the beach. We will be back.

We absolutely loved staying in About Time with Homeowner's Collection! This was our third time to Seaside and probably our favorite cottage! It felt like a home away from home and Homeowner's Collection helped make that possible! The cottage was beautiful and made for an easy comfortable stay. The bedding was soft and beautiful which isn't always easy to come by! We appreciate the attention Homeowner's Collection provides their guests!

Very cute little house, right next to the boardwalk (which was beautiful itself) .. There were photographers there every night taking family photos.. The beach here is stunning, clear water and white soft sands.. Staff on the beach was friendly. The lower porch is very secluded and there is a lot of nice landscaping with thick canopies. We enjoyed our time inside, although it took us forever to find the source of a faint beeping noise that never stopped. (A motion activated trash can). It wasn’t emaculate there, a few stains here and there and dust, but nothing to cry about. And the bed was so comfy. You’re also welcomed with a bottle of wine and a lovely beach bag for your stay. I’d come back here for sure and would recommend this little gem.You’re also in walking distance of a lot of shops and a variety of food. It seems a lot of families ride their bikes to get around, and we were offered two free bikes as well for our time here.

Homeowner’s Collection was great to work with; professional, smooth communication, and the unit was ready early. Although HC did a great job cleaning the unit as best as possible, the owners need to renovate and replace worn out/broken amenities. Granted, sand is like sandpaper on floors and carpeting and can’t be avoided, but there were large, multiple stains on couches, gross brown stain on porch swing (the other side was torn and ripped), two bedroom dressers that had rusted drawers so we had to line them with plastic grocery bags so we didn’t ruin our clothes. The dryer knob was broken so we couldn’t control the heat. Advertised as a beautiful Seaside rental, but the condition didn’t live up to what was expected based upon the description and marketing pictures. Bathroom(s) and mini kitchen were in great shape. The first time in approximately 15 visits to Seaside over the years where we ran into a unit in such poorly maintained condition. There are too many weekly rentals along the 19 mile stretch of 30A to choose a unit that is poorly maintained by owners.

We absolutely loved our stay in Seaside. "At Last" did not disappoint us! It was the perfect place for us to unwind and recharge for 6 glorious days. The bikes that came with the rental were an added bonus. We enjoyed walking to the restaurants in the area. We used the Coastal Carts for the restaurants that were longer than a walk. The house is the perfect location as it is just next to the walk way to the beach, and just across from the square. We will be back!

Seaside never disappoints. We've been staying there for the last 20+ years and have probably stayed in every "Honeymoon" cottage among others. Previously used CRA. Only negative was that my wife called about an ironing board the first day we got there. She was told that it would be taken care of, but never heard anything else.

It was good. The place is in a great location in proximity to the beach and the town. The deck is great to sit on and look out over the ocean. The unit is adequate and cozy. The bed is little small. The fridge is a little small and struggled to keep things cool. The utensils in the kitchen need restockng there was only 1 small spoon to stir with for coffee. A few roaches and other bugs noticed during the week.

This was our third time staying at this cottage. It is our favorite because of the location, updated interior, and deck day bed rather than a hammock. The day bed does need to be re-hung, as it drug on the deck even when no one was on it!

This is our fourth year booking through Homeowner's Collection and we have really loved one cottage in particular all this time. This time we opted to spend a little more to stay right on the beach, and this blew us away. The view of the sunrise and sunset is amazing. We shared coffee, dinner, and long talks on the balcony. We had not been to Seaside for around six years so were wondering if we would still like it—after a connecting flight and an hour from the airport. We loved it. All of the honeymoon cottages are a little different and At Last! did not disappoint. Being Gulf Front is the number one attraction. The weather was colder than expected so having a view of the water from a warm inside was key. The furnishings are very attractive and comfortable. The kitchen is on the mini side—so don't plan on making elaborate is fine for simple breakfast and lunch. My wish would be that the management provide a few small staples—salt, pepper, sugar, Sweet and Low (or sim) and unlimited dishwashing tabs (two is not enough). We highly recommend.

Location was perfect!! We loved being in walking distance to everything in town and also right on the beach. This cottage is right next to the walkway for beach and very convenient. There is only a small window unit upstairs and it stayed VERY VERY warm our entire trip. For the price we paid, we felt like this should not have been an issue!

cottage is in great location and we have stayed in the honeymoon cottages previously. This unit needs some maintenance to bring it back to feeling " refreshed". lower porch is unusable due to mold, rust; upstairs porch needs some TLC , swing is dangerous as ropes are almost gone, rusted light fixtures and paint needed. interior is in pretty good shape except for floors. Compared to other cottages in Seaside would rate this one a 3.5 vs. 4.5-5 for others we have stayed in.
