This 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is ideally located with views of Town Center and the Seaside Amphitheater. Offering expansive views of the Gulf, there are two private areas and a lovely courtyard to enjoy the outdoors. You and your guests will enjoy the close proximity of smart boutiques and quaint restaurants. This and its location in the center of Seaside and steps to the beach make it a coveted destination.
Nestled in the center of Seaside, this unit is conveniently located in the 25 Central Square Building (third and fourth floors). This offers guest sweeping views of the Gulf from the private balcony and three common areas. Designed by leading architects, Rodolfo Machado and Jorge Silvetti, 25 Central Square is a mixed-use residential/commercial building. Upon completion, it was awarded the Massachusetts Design Award (1991) and the Progressive Architecture Citation (1993).
Reflecting a calming, relaxed beach feel, when you enter you’ll be impressed with the palm trees and gulf views. The condo has ample storage and is arranged to maximize function. Hardwood floors, Carrara marble, and natural stone give the space a comfortable style. In the foyer, hooks and cubbies make storing personal items easy. A full-size washer/dryer and powder room are also located on the first level.
The fully appointed, custom kitchen is located on the first level right off of the living areas. It’s It is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with stools. A corner built-in banquette provides an additional dining area. The whole space is open to the living room and has ample seating and a built-in entertainment center including an LCD, wall-mounted TV/DVD. Additional entertainment options include free WI-FI, books, and board games for lazy afternoons or evenings. From the private veranda, you can get enjoy some of the theatrical and musical performances regularly given at the amphitheater. Soaking up the Gulf views is another favorite activity from the veranda.
The primary suite is located upstairs. It is appointed with a king-sized bed and en-suite bath. With a custom vanity and walk-in shower, you’ll truly feel pampered. The room has a lot of storage, as well as a reading nook and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV/DVD. An additional bedroom has a comfortable full bed. This room has a wall-mounted TV/DVD. It also has an en-suite bath with a tub/shower. A private patio overlooks the courtyard and western Seaside where you can simply relax and enjoy.
Please note that this unit does not have assigned parking. Spaces are available behind the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Private beach access is at Coleman Pavilion just a short walk from Glorious Mornings and this unit is easily accessed via an elevator. There is an elevator to the third-floor entry.

The condo is perfect for a family of four. The location is fantastic with easy accessibility to the beach, pools, shopping, and restaurants. The only downside is the noise at night. Perhaps it was a circumstance specific to the week we rented the unit (late July to early August), but every night sounded like a fraternity party in the circle until past midnight. If you don't mind late night noise, the unit is fantastic. (I would not recommend this unit for anyone with small children or other family members who go to bed early.)

We loved our Seaside vacation. We parked the car and stayed the whole week. Everything you need is steps away, beach, pools, restaurants. Very relaxing vacation. Well stocked condo. Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds. Although you are above all the activity at central square the condo is very quiet. We will be back! Highly recommend.

This experience was everything we hoped it would be from the reservation to the beautiful welcome gift and rental to the experience of staying in the heart of Seaside! We had just a quick walk to the beach or bike rides to the adult pool, not to mention all of the great restaurants, shops and Modicas Market. The rental itself was gorgeous and comfortable and my teenage son loved having his own room and bathroom. Cant wait to stay here again!

Great location. Great condo. Great management company. We had our wedding in seaside and you really can’t beat this location. There was a small issue with some construction in the condo and the team at the homeowners collection acknowledged it and took care of us. Half of your experience when staying at a property is with the management company and the other half the property itself... I can honestly say the Homeowners Collection AND this condo in particular knocked it out of the park!!! We've stayed with other properties locally and completely avoid certain property management companies when booking but we will definitely be back to a property under the Homeowners Collection. This condo was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, incredible communication, and amazing location! Parking can be a bummer as you don't have an assigned spot but if you're just staying in the area you can easily walk or bike to most anything.

Good location, nice view, "in" the action, well decorated...but...maintenance problem prohibited us from using one of the bathrooms, had service men in our condo every day of our stay, elevator was down both when we arrived and when we left, parking is non-existent, and kitchen was missing several things we needed to prepare meals. Staff were helpful and did what they could, might have just been unlucky.

Location and Seaside itself did not disappoint. We have stayed with your organization several times and were excited to experience all of the great features that keep us coming back for more (welcome bags, bike rentals, location, etc.) This time was a little different. We had to chase down our arrival information to check into the property. Once we had our access codes, we arrived to find a dirty unit. There was black hair in the bathroom drawers, the floor needed to be swept, and soap residue and scum in the soap dishes (as if previous bars were simply removed and the goo from the previous bars was not removed.) The toilets didn't seem that clean either. We spent some time cleaning the unit, which forced us to go get paper towels from Modica market as there were none in the unit. We checked out a little late as we were trying to leave a clean unit for the oncoming guests, and got promptly reminded via a text at 10:30 that checkout was at 10 am. I highly suspect it was actually the cleaning company that called us into management - complaining that we had not left yet (adding insult to injury). We will stay with you all again. But hopefully, you can clean up the place before we arrive. Thanks.

We spent a rainy week at Lido Deck and it couldn't have been more perfect given the circumstances. The space is well laid out and perfectly decorated. The King bed was so comfortable.
