About this house rental
This newly painted canal home has been updated with a new kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an island dining area. The open floor plan, recently renovated with new tile floors, new furniture, all new queen beds and updated plumbing, overlooks a heated pool, a dock and the canal that accesses into the Gulf of Mexico.
All three bedrooms have individual in suite baths. The master suite has a separate entry to the deck that overlooks the pool and the canal.The Great Room is newly decorated and has a high definition TV with Comcast On-Demand and an entertainment system with surround sound. Wireless internet is available in the entire house (and pool area!)
The home is 200 yards from one of the widest points of beach on Fort Myers Beach. There are restaurants, bike and boat rentals nearby. We are in an excellent location.

We booked this place last minute for our son’s sixth birthday celebration/family summer beach vacation. This property had everything we needed and the location is close to everything! Clean and great communication with owner. Thank you! Will book for future stays for sure!

The house is close to the beach and away from the noise and traffic downtown. House was very comfortable and laid out well for 3 couples.

Less than a year ago the hurricane hit this area, I was impressed with the condition of the house. This is a wonderful location in an area that will be even better as fort meyers beach comes back from the storm. We enjoyed our visit, and we were a short drive to wherever we wanted to go.

This was a great place to stay. The pool and the lanai are great. The inside looks exactly like the pictures. I wish we would have had a heads up about the storm damage to the bottom half of the house before we arrived. This would not have changed our minds but it was a little surprising when we pulled up. It also would have been nice to have more toiletries and paper towels available, or a heads up that we would need to bring our own. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. Overall a great place to stay!

Our family stayed in this house for 5 days and it was nice and roomy. The pool was wonderful! We actually saw a dolphin swim right under the dock chasing fish. A suggestion would be to have a key lock instead of having to drive to an off site location to obtain the keys. Our flight was very delayed and at 4:00 a.m. it was a bit much to drive by the house to get the keys. We also experienced a lot of bug bites while fishing so we definitely recommend bug spray!!! Overall, we had a great time and made lots of memories.

Enjoyed our stay at the property. Must take stairs to get in and out of house including to the pool. Worked well for us. We mentioned a couple maintenance items to the property manager. They took care of our immediate needs right away.

Quick weekend getaway
This property was such a great location! Super easy walk to the beach & chairs/wagon/cooler was available if we needed it. The place was big enough for 5 adults (or more) to comfortably hangout, pool was clean and we had a great time! Plenty of options for dinner around us as well. The front door was a little quirky but once we figured out the trick we were all set!

Great pool + steps to the beach
We had a great week at fort Myers beach! The house was in great condition, and allowed our family to spread out and have plenty of space. We loved being on the canal and the private pool! The house is only a 5 min walk from a quiet region of the beach. We would stay again!

Wonderful house and pool!
We all loved this spacious house with the generous amount of towels, kitchenware, comfortable beds and furnishings. The warm pool was wonderful with plenty of pool toys for my grandkid.

Perfect location close to beach
Perfect for our group of three couples since each had their own bedroom and bath, but does need some updates with towels and bedding. Location was quiet and close to beach. Pool was wonderful but more loungers would enhance pool time. Would definitely rent again-great place!

great Vacation
Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable. This was close to the beach and walking distance to Catholic Church, Publix, and restaurants.
We had a wonderful four weeks and were sorry to hear that it wasn't available the same time in 2023.
Just an FYI: Avoid driving to North end of the island during the day. We went to play miniature golf on San Carlos Blvd, took two hours to get off the island, about 4.5 miles. It was much easier to drive south to Bonita Springs for shopping and dining.

Fantastic vacation and great location
This is a great house and location. Close to restaurants, shopping and of course the beautiful white sand beaches! We had 3 adult couples and plenty of room. The only thing I would recommend is that the front southeast bedroom desperately needs a new mattress. It might be fine for children, but for an adult it feels like sleeping in a bowl.

Great place for the price! Nice pool and close to the beach!
We had an adult trip and booked the house last minute and really enjoyed our stay. The pool needed service when we got there and they showed up right away to clean/service the next day. The house was clean with brand new appliances. Close walk to the beach and with the Outrigger amenities close by you can stop in for food and drinks. Would be nice to upgrade the check-in process to modern technology as you have to stop by the rental agency office to pickup/drop off the keys which wasn’t far from the home. We arrived late at night and left early in the morning and had to make an extra stop to pickup/drop off keys. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house to others.

Great rental house near the beach!
This vacation rental house worked out fine for our family vacation to Fort Myers. The beach was a short easy walk. There was plenty of room for my 3 teenagers to spread out. The pool was perfect and I think we spend more time in the pool then the beach because of storms in the afternoon. The house came equipped with everything we needed. The assortment of beach chairs, umbrella, pool toys and towels were great!

Nice canal view
We really enjoyed the porch with the view of the canal. We liked that it wasn't close to all shops so it wasn't noisy.We enjoyed the house overall for our stay. Our only complaints were the broken blinds and that the air couldn't go below 74. They are in the process of getting it painted and a pest control guy did stop by during our stay.

Fabulous location!
Great location to beach and activities! Loved the screened in porch, pool area and canal! Great layout and number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Disappointed with overall condition of property. Definitely needs TLC and maintenance. There have been some wonderful updates but needs paint and repairs! Needs pest control! And less restrictions on linens and laundry usage, if you rent make sure you have your own laundry supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and trash bags!

A really nice property, with a few minor improvements it could be a great rental!!
We loved the pool, it is the best we have experienced in 5 years. The house is getting 'rented out', and needs improvement in the following ways: 1) do not use micro-fibre sheets, they are hot and not comfortable 2) the Couch and master bed, and guest bed are all broken, and couch is unusable 3) the TVs are too small, invest in one 42" or bigger for the family room and you have an awesome place here.

Great Stay
We just returned from a trip to Ft Myers and really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was big enough for our family of 5 to have our own space. The beach was a short walk and compared to other parts of Ft. Myers, this area of the beach was much quieter and had plenty of space for us to enjoy- plus you didn't have to talk a far distance to access the beach. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that was available for us to utilized throughout out stay. The pool was a great size and had both shade and sun - we enjoyed many afternoons in that backyard space. We would definitely stay here again - Sheila was responsive and easy to work with as well

Ideal home for 3 adult couples
We had 3 adult couples stay at this beautiful property. Reasonably priced for a 3 bedroom, 3 full en suite bathrooms. The kitchen is huge and made cooking together fun as there was room for multiple people. Additionally the granite bar top on the massive island has a ton of seating to make it a very social place to gather. Pool gets full sun in the afternoon this time of year, and with it heated, we were able to swim morning through evening. Thuroughly enjoyed that the master and living room sliding doors opened all the way onto the screened in porch, the weather was perfect for this. The beach is a short walk directly across the street and was busy, but not overly crowded. Sand, shells and water were all beautiful. Beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and pop up shelter were all available to use to take to the beach as well. There are multiple floats for the pool. Water pressure is great in the showers and the beds were comfortable. The living room furniture is comfortable and there was room for all. Publix is a short drive away, 7eleven w/in walking distance. Large strip with shops/liquor/rental office and many many restaurants also within walking distance. The owner was friendly and very responsive to any questions. We had a great time and would book again.

Great location....could use a bit of TLC
House is in a great location and recent updates like kitchen counter top, tile floor & master bath were great. The rest of the house could use some TLC as it is well used. Fresh coat of paint, light bulbs out in multiple rooms, most appliances had broken buttons or cracks in them and several electric/light face plates broken & worn. Nothing you can't live with, but updates to these things would take the house from ok to great.

Nothing Party's like a Rental
This is a true rental property. What do I mean by that you are asking...the property is new compared to other units in the area; however, the furniture and walls are heavily worn and the beds are completely broke down and uncomfortable. The property is definitely not NEWLY remodeled. Side Note: the backyard / pool area does not get ANY direct sunlight.

We had a great time at the house! The house was exactly how it looks in the pictures and described. The location was perfect. Sheila the owner was great in responding to any little issues we had at the house and the property management resolved it next day. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great Beach Getaway
We had a great stay and the property was just as described. Short walk to the beach and several restaurant options nearby. Pinchers and Outrigger were our favorites. The pool was nice as well and we really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony overlooking the pool and canal.

Fabulous girls trip!!
My four daughters and I had an amazing time at the rental house, we loved the location, the house was comfortable and clean, has a great pool, and close to the ocean. We also loved the kitchen, great for eating meals in!! Would love to come back in the future!!

Great location. Very relaxing
The property description is accurate. We enjoyed being close to the beach and restaurants. Walking distance is good. Grocery area also convenient. We also enjoyed relaxing by pool. Owner is very responsive to all questions and provided good recommendation on a place to rent a pontoon. Property management was also responsive to questions. There were a couple of minor things such as needing light bulbs replaced which property company completed very quickly. We wanted a place where we could enjoy the peace of the island along with space that a home provides and this place allowed us to do that. We plan on coming back.

The house was what we expected. A few minor issues but the property manager was willing to take care of them. She was very responsive to all our needs both prior to the trip and during the trip.

Nice, but the pool wasn't heated as advertised and needed repair. It was nice to sit and read on the balcony and watch and listen to the flying fish in the canal leap across the water.

Fabulous Accommodations!
This was our 4th annual girls trip to Ft. Myers. We really enjoyed the location and amenities this house had to offer. Having a full bathroom to each bedroom was a double plus. We also liked it was a short walk to the beach and the pool was nice too! Thanks, Sheila, your house was fabulous!

We spent most of our time on the water but when at the house we really enjoyed how spacious and clean it was. We will definitely be back next year.
