About this house rental
Amazing Location! With our rental you will be able to relax in paradise and have the vacation you deserve. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home with heated pool and boat dock on an intercoastal canal. If you want the best of all worlds, this home has it. It is nestled near many restaurants and the popular Times Square Plaza/Fort Myers Pier area, but does not sacrifice the quietness and friendly neighborhood of this beach community. It’s located five lots from the Whale Restaurant(currently under construction opening approximately Oct 25), and steps from the Gulf beaches. Conveniently, it has easy on and off access for coming and leaving the island and plenty of space for parking.
The house is painted with bright colors to set the beach vibe and make you’re home away from home in southwest Florida a paradise. The rental is equipped with a full kitchen installed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and a full list of items necessary for having a home cooked meal or family barbeque. Throughout the house, there is a dining table and bar with stools for gatherings, and a living room with pullout leather sleeper sofa; this room sits up high for a great panoramic view over the backyard, pool, and canal. Additionally, each room has a large screen TV, and there is a washer/dryer conveniently located in the guest bathroom. Wireless Internet and cable TV provided. The master bedroom is large and tranquil. Master bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a queen size bed with a private/or shareable bathroom.
Outside, one will find an upper level wrap-around porch for catching a cool breeze. In the backyard, between the house and canal, there is an in-ground heated pool for spending the afternoon soaking and relaxing or watching one’s children play. The canal, offers a wonderful water view, opportunities to fish and go boating right from the backyard. It’s deepwater, so keep a look out for dolphins and manatees in the canal. Our neighbors are friendly, so feel free to say hi, but if you’re in the mood for serenity and peace that is there as well.

The owners have supplied the home with everything that will allow you to leave the extra packed items behind and they want you to have a wonderful time. Amazing property perfect location I ❤️

Enjoyed the house and relaxing in the pool to start/end the day. Very close to the beach and the chairs/cooler/wagon made going back and forth smooth. The girls loved the canal in the back and even saw a manatee swim by the dock. House is close to lots of shops and restaurants which allowed us walk to dinner each night. Enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Perfect Location
This house is incredible! Everything you could possibly need for the beach and then some. The location is fantastic! Everything from food, entertainment and the beach are all within walking distance. The pool was so nice and we loved that it was enclosed which kept it extra clean. Hopefully, we’ll be back soon.

Very welcoming host. Went out of his way to accommodate our family on short notice. Very clean accommodations and great view of canal. House sat on a quite street away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to the beach, restaurants, and Times square. Would definitely book again!

We had 8 people in our rental property and we had adequate room for everyone! Everything was exceptionally clean and organized. We really appreciated the wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers, swim noodles. Both levels of the house were well utilized as we cooked upstairs and ate together as a group and we used the lower level to mix drinks, watch the March Madness basketball games, play cards and just hung out together. The pool was convenient as we could just walk into the pool from the patio door. Tim was available if we needed anything also. Loved the location! Would highly recommend this rental property!

Really enjoyable location
We really enjoyed ourselves - a party of 4 (+2 kiddos). The house was very well cleaned and the owner provided everything we needed. The location is great for accessing the beach (just down and across the street) and all of the Times Square amenities. Between leisurely walks to splash in the ocean, dropping a fishing line off the back dock and just getting out for lunch or dinner, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This place was AWESOME!!! Myself, my husband and two other couples just got back from Ft. Myers and this place made our vacation! The house is in the BEST possible location for anything you would want to do. We were able to walk to the beach, a bunch of bars and restaurants and the Square. Tim, the owner, was great and super easy to communicate with. The house had everything you would need to take to the beach which was super helpful. The pool was perfect and so refreshing after a day at the beach. The house itself was perfect for 6 adults with plenty of space and was super clean upon arrival. Also, there were plenty of towels for the pool or beach which was a nice surprise. Overall, we couldn't of asked for anything else. When we come back to Ft. Myers, this house is where we will stay!!!

I have rented several homes on Ft. Myers Beach over the years and this one is by far the best. Excellent location to all the restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to everything. The property was very clean and well stocked. The pool is fantastic and clean. The neighbors are very friendly. Even though you are practically in the heart of all beach activity, the street is very quiet. I only live about 6 miles from FMB, but if family comes to visit again I would rent this property in a flash.

Our teens loved having their “own” space downstairs. The beach chairs umbrellas and wagon were a huge plus. We enjoyed the pool also.

Walking distance to everything in FMB including Time Square, beach, shops, restaurants, ice cream, bars etc. The house is a perfect set-up with a freshing pool and very cleanly. We will definitely come back again!

Perfect location, beach was basically at end of street, short walk to Times Square where shops and restaurants are. Once there didn’t really need a car! Pool was great to have!

Great house with all the conveniences.
On arrival, after a very stressful day of travel due to weather, I was so impressed with how clean the house was. I’m a bit of a clean freak, and everyone has different ideas of clean- but this place was CLEAN! After a good nights sleep we were able to really check out the place and found everything we needed for either hanging at the house or going to the beach. The owners were easy to communicate with and obviously put a lot of thoughtful touches in this property. We traveled with friends who rented other properties and we were definitely in the best of the bunch.

Location and Cleanliness
As time led up to our stay the owner was super responsive to all of my questions. This was only my second time booking through vrbo, so I was apprehensive. Upon arrival it was FANTASTIC! I am a little bit of clean freak myself, so when we walked in I was blown away at how clean the home was. The decor was set up for Christmas, and they even had an elf on the shelf, my boys got a kick out of that!
The bathrooms were all so nice, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had EVERYTHING you would need for meals, and the location is perfect, steps away from the scene, yet tucked away and quite. We sat outside by the dock many times, it was very quite!
I cannot say enough about this property and the owners. This was our first time away from home on Christmas day since we had kids 15 years ago, boys decision after this strange year, I couldn't have picked a better house to wake up in and celebrate with my family!

A great place to stay - variety of amenities including the covered pool and fishing from the dock. The house sets up well for privacy with the basement effectively being a separate area. And, the location is very walkable to restaurants and the beach. Would definitely recommend.

We had 3 couples and the house worked perfectly for us. Very clean and awesome location. Couldnt have ask for anything better! Owner was the best too! We will be back to stay here again.

Primo location
The owner thought of everything, you don’t have to bring anything but your bathing suits. 1 block to the beach and right on the canal. Pool set at the perfect temperature, not to hot and not to cold 88*. No need to ever leave the pool but if you are a beach goer, it’s across the street from the best resort Lani Kai that has drinks served right at your umbrella. If you want to save a couple $$ the house is outfitted with a cooler, chairs and umbrella. When I said you don’t need to bring anything, this is what I was talking about!
