About this house rental

Come enjoy this cosy cottage in peaceful Bay Vista. Built in 2017, newly furnished and equipped with a gourmet kitchen. Located closer to the canal and bay you will be able to enjoy quiet walks at night to check out the stars. Only 2-2.5 miles from downtown and Rehoboth Beach it's conveniently located to avoid the traffic on route 1. Sleeps up to 6 people with a bonus office space, and parking for up to 4 cars. No pets please!
There is no need to rent bedding or pay for beds to be made …Owner supplies quality bed linens, bath towels, cleaning supplies and paper goods. Just bring your Beach Towels!
From Memorial Day through Labor Day we prefer Saturday to Saturday rentals.

We had a very nice stay at this property. Everything you need is included, which was so convenient. The property owner provided detailed information about the property and Rehoboth Beach, and was easy to reach by telephone. It’s located on a quiet street and is just a 5-7 minute drive to the beach. It is nicely decorated and there are thoughtful touches throughout.

We had a great time at this home, it is a short distance to the beach (5 min drive) and close to many places without getting caught up in traffic. The property is very clean and everyone had enough space. Sitting in the outside area was a memorable, we were comfortable the entire time and would love to come back.

Jessica and Scott provided every comfort then plus some! Spotless home, beautiful artwork, and the kitchen was stocked with all the gadgets for any meal prep! What a memory my 4 year old grandson will carry with him!

Our family had a marvelous stay at this property. The house is clean and well kept. Kitchen is beautiful. Very spacious living areas. Included parking at Rehoboth Beach in non-metered areas. Short drive of 5 minutes to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. I had 2 minor issues that Jessica, the property owner, resolved immediately with a phone call. Would certainly come back here again. Good value for your money.

Lovely property located in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes from the beach. Inviting screened in back porch perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen was very well equipped. This is our second year here and once again we had a wonderful stay.

This beautiful property is located in a quiet neighborhood that is just a short drive from great restaurants and Rehoboth beaches. The screened in back porch was a wonderful place to start day with morning coffee and to chill after the beach. Property was extremely clean and the fresh herbs in the flower gardens were an added bonus. I highly recommend this location.

We had a great week at Rehoboth staying here. It was just my wife, 3 year old daughter, and me. The house could easily take another family or two. It was extremely well kept, clean, and comfortable, especially the back porch! Location is perfect. You need to drive to get to the restaurants and beach but it's super close to everything. Just about 5-10 minutes to everything. The neighborhood was very quiet. We will definitely be coming back!!!

Very comfortable home for relaxing and spending time together as a family. The screened in porch was our favorite spot! Everything we needed was provided; the owners have really thought of just about everything—except a full-length mirror. Haha! The ladies do appreciate having one of those available. The beach, boardwalk and fun boutique shopping was just a short drive away from this quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed several neighborhood walks. The only negative aspect of our stay was the laundry detail upon check-out. We felt it was a lot to expect of guests to wash and dry all of the towels before leaving, and have a set of sheets started. We opted to shower the night before leaving in order to wash and dry all but the hand towels that night. We would all have preferred a morning shower, but knew packing up in addition to the laundry would have been too much to do that morning and get off for the lengthy drives ahead of us. We were able to accomplish this request, however, and did really enjoy our stay.

Once again our family of 5 fits perfectly in your comfy and clean home! The beds and linens are so inviting after long days in the sun ! The very well stocked kitchen makes it a quick and easy to prepare breakfast lunch or dinner! We spent every evening on the screened in porch !! Loved everything about this house. The location is in just the right spot away from the busy beach (but not too far away) in a beautiful neighborhood. It was well stocked, gorgeous and immaculate. Any questions I had were quickly answered by the hosts. I highly recommend this rental and hope to be back to enjoy it again myself.

Jessica was wonderful to work with and the home was very clean and well-appointed. We traveled to Rehoboth for a nearby lacrosse tournament with two teen boys. The house is in a quiet neighborhood about 1.5 miles from the beach. It's in a great location to go the the beach and shops and also near big box grocery and retail stores for supplies. All around an excellent stay!

This charming and beautiful house is a perfect vacation getaway. It is located in a quiet residential neighborood but is only minutes away from the beaches and downtown areas. The screened-in porch is perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you would need. There is not a single thing we needed that wasn't supplied. We can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!

Don’t hesitate. Book this rental!!. We have rented many vacation homes and this was by far our favorite. Kitchen is ridiculously well appointed. High quality beds and bedding. Gorgeous home and cute neighborhood. Very close to downtown Rehoboth and the beach. Excellent hostess. I am so glad we picked this rental.
