About this house rental
Our beach house allows you to have all the amenities of a home at the beach! With 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a outdoor shower, screened in front porch and back yard that allows access to Silver Lake, it’s a great location for fun and relaxation. Located 3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk (about 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride). Enjoy everything Rehoboth Beach has to offer within walking distance to Rehoboth Avenue which offers lots of shopping and amazing food options. Or with a short drive you can enjoy the tax-free outlets, golf, mini-golf and the famous Jungle Jim’s Waterpark!
The Space
Relax in our open concept family room with cable TV/smart TV and wireless internet. Glass patio doors lead to our huge screened in porch, where you can sit back and relax or enjoy a nice family meal. Our eat in kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, coffee maker, coffee mugs, pots, pans. There are 3 large bedrooms with comfortable beds (a king in master bedroom #1, a king in bedroom #2, and 3 doubles in bedroom #3). There are 2 newly renovated full bathrooms.
Our home has a rear deck leading to park property and Silver Lake, and to an unfinished basement with a washer & dryer and a large outdoor shower. The basement also stores plenty of beach chairs/toys/umbrella for your use. And for those who enjoy an outdoor adventure, our home also offers 2 kayaks & life jackets for use in Silver Lake.
We have everything you need for a great beach vacation!!!
Linens and towels are not provided but there is a linen service that will pick up and drop off linens and towels for an addition fee for week long (7 night) vacations only.
We also provide 2 parking passes for non-metered parking. All spaces in our block are non-metered.

Whitney was an excellent host. Had a cleaning problem that owner quickly resolved. Well appropriated and excellent location. House is very musty but got better after airing out a few days.

It's always a challenge to find a place that lets you bring your pooches. We were happy we found this place in a quiet corner of Rehoboth off Silver Lake. The house is a great size with a breezy screened in front porch, deck off one of the bedrooms, and walking distance to everything Rehoboth has to offer. We really appreciated the bikes and beach equipment that added even more fun to our stay. Wendy was very responsive to any questions and a great house.

The house was the perfect size for our family of 4 and dog. It was on a quiet street and spent a lot of time in the large screened in porch. We walked and biked to the beach and local restaurants daily, and at times just drove our car down and parked a little closer using the provided parking pass.
The included amenities were very helpful like the beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, and the bikes. That saved us a lot of room in the car. We even took the canoes out a couple of times. We explored the area with quick trips to Lewes and Dewey beach. It’s an easy quick drive or 20 minute walk to Dewey to let the dog play on that beach in the mornings or evenings. Wi-Fi worked well for us to work remotely a couple of the days and laundry appliances were useful. Host was always quick to respond whenever we had a question. Would recommend to stay.

We stayed at Beach Breeze with our two dogs and it was a wonderful experience! The cottage is fabulous and would comfortably house two small families! It was perfect for our trip. The beach is an easy walk - far enough to tire out the pups but not too far to make the trip twice a day.
Very well appointed, a quiet neighborhood and just cozy. We may have to make this an annual destination!

This is a great home - fully capable kitchen, comfy beds, and a lovely screened in porch. We spent hours relaxing on the porch drinking coffee with a peaceful breeze. We managed to pick a weekend where there was a tropical storm, and we still enjoyed the trip in part because of the pleasant home owners and house. We would definitely stay here again. Awesome neighborhood.

This is our second time staying here. We absolutely love it. Location is great in South Rehoboth very close to Silver Lake. Beds in all 3 bedrooms are very comfortable. Very nice kitchen and spacious living and dining areas with comfortable furniture. Highlight of the place is screened front porch! Spent a lot of time sitting there enjoying everything. My daughter dog Remy especially loved it.
We hope to return again soon.

Everything was just what we wanted for our trip. Close to the beach, the park, the lake, the boardwalk…and the house was completely the perfect size and setup for our family of 5! We all enjoyed the front porch everyday!

Everything turned out great. House was the perfect size for us with 2 couples and 3 kids between us. House is well stocked and communication with the owner was timely and friendly when we had a minor issue with the parking pass (not her fault).
Also very nice neighborhood. Walking distance to a playground and across the footbridge is another one if school isn't in session.
Overall, a wonderful experience. I would totally stay here again.

We have stayed at Whitney's property several times now, and I just love the house. The front porch is a highlight. It is a great place to sit and read or play board games, and you can see down to the ocean even though it is a few blocks down the road. The furniture is all very nice and comfortable. The kitchen has all necessary amenities, and it is within walking distance to everything.

This VRBO is the perfect getaway from busy DC and NVa. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood on Silver Lake and a short distance to downtown Rehoboth and the beach. It is also pet friendly and my dog and I enjoyed nice walks in the nearby park. We plan to return again next year!

This place was exactly as described. Clean, roomy, and welcoming. The front porch was great to hang out on, especially when it rained. They had bikes to ride and kayaks to use in silver lake. They were great perks that we didn't have to rent. It was a few blocks to the beach but still walkable. We went in off-season so the kayaks were great for non-beach days. Would definitely stay again.

We visited in early March when camellias were in full bloom as we did our daily 2 mile loop to the beach up Rehoboth Avenue and back. We did not use our car for 4 days. We went to Thompson Island Preserve, and also did a loop of all the parks in town. House is very nice and quiet, and convenient to everything we needed and wanted to see. Our dog loved it also.

We enjoyed our stay at the beach breeze house. We love this area of Rehoboth, it’s walkable to the beach and downtown. The house had everything we needed, the kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable (fyi they are a little high off the ground, no problem for adults though). The porch was our favorite part of the house. Very spacious with lots of seating. The host was easy to work with.

This is a cute house in a great location near silver lake. We loved walking around the lake and kayaking it too! Beyond its location, Our favorite feature of the house was the huge screened in porch.

I have been visiting Rehoboth for over 14 years. I have stayed at many places. This place was the only opne where I did not immediately have to go out and buy things that were missing. The host has it fully stocked. Host was called to confirm a few things and was always available and ansered all my questions with good solutions, answers, she was extremely plesant to work with. I wanted to talk about how nice the place is and will have to say it is but the one stand out which you will read in other reviews is the great screened in porch. It is a focal point to relax. The house is in a very good location, near enough to wak to beach and restaurants, but out enough to be in a quiet area.

This was our second stay at this cottage -- and we have already booked our next visit! This is a very comfortable and livable cottage with updated kitchen and baths. It has a large front porch that provides a great spot for eating and relaxing along with a comfortable living space that easily accommodates multiple people.
The property is immaculately clean and well appointed with supplies. We had everything we needed throughout our stay.
The owner is a joy to work with -- both efficient and kind.
This cottage has quickly become our "home base" for visits to Rehoboth -- and we really appreciate being able to bring our dog along.

We had an amazing stay! The house is so cute and comfortable and very clean. We loved the location – close enough to walk to the beach and to town, but in a quiet, lovely area of Rehoboth. The front porch was perfect for relaxing. A great end of summer vacation!

We were six adults and one dog. There was plenty of room in the living and dining areas for our group. Plenty of bikes and beach chairs, etc. The porch is excellent. The neighborhood is beautiful. The scenery out the back was fantastic too. We rode bikes to the beach and walked to the restaurants and bars. We had an excellent time! I would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

Family Beach Porch Fun
Had a wonderful week in Rehoboth.. The weather was all over the map, 70's , torrential rain, 98 degrees, and then beautiful. The house is a lake cottage at the beach. You get to enjoy the nice neighborhood, close walk to the beach and town and family. Return to your cottage complete with an amazing porch with games and plenty of seating for all Close to turtles and playground. They provide beach chairs and 2 kayaks for your use. Owner is very responsive.

Nice and Quiet
Great, relaxing place in a very quiet neighborhood, at least it was in March. Anyone looking for peace and quiet I strongly recommend Rehoboth. This house had all we needed and the porch was fantastic! Whitney was quick to answer my questions. Beach and food were minutes away. I am sure it is a perfect location in the summer also.

Great Weekend Getaway!
Beach Breeze is a lovely beach cottage that sits in a great location and proved to be a very enjoyable, comfortable retreat for a long weekend away in the off-season. Plus the owner was great to deal with and we loved not having to work through one of the big rental companies. A huge plus!
This area (between Rodney and Rehoboth Ave) is our favorite location for an off-season visit. It's an easy walk to the main drag, an easy walk to the boardwalk, and an area that has sidewalks and streetlamps, which helps if you have a pet to walk. I suspect trying to find a spot to chill on the beach in the summer is a challenge (this is a very densely packed area), but in the off-season it is great!
As for the house itself, we found the house to be well-equipped with lots of nice little extras - like a small stash of paper towels, a few clean sponges, kitchen supplies, soaps and detergents, etc. Plus, the owner has provided some bikes, a couple of kayaks (for the lake), and what looks to be lots of beach chairs and boogie boards and whatnot (we didn't look too close at those - it was February). I know this may seems small, but these are really nice, thoughtful things. It makes the house feel more friendly - less like a hotel.
The house itself is mostly original, though the kitchen and hall bathroom have been nicely updated), but we found everything we used to be in working order. Plus, the owner's cleaning crew seemed to do a good job cleaning, which is so important. Getting the HVAC system to warm the house evenly seemed to be a bit tricky, presumably due to the cathedral ceilings in the living/dining room area, which meant the bedrooms were a bit toasty at night, but the system seemed to work great and kept the living areas comfortable.
The king-sized beds in the two rear bedrooms were comfortable, though a bit high off the ground. The third bedroom (with the bunk bed) is a bit cramped (and the bunks could be a bit tight for larger adults), but the room suited our needs just fine. The highlights for me were the exceptionally comfortable couches in the living room and the wonderful screened-in porch ... even in February (I love a screened-in porch).
Overall Beach Breeze was a great property; we can't wait to go back soon!

The property was everything we needed and pretty clean. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the cleaning staff was unmasked and not out of the property by the check-in time but the owner is aware of the situation and hopefully it's rectified!

This was our second time staying at this house. The porch is reason enough to visit. The table on the porch is the perfect size for board games. The house is within walking distance to everything. In the fall you have a great view of both the beach in the distance and of all the turning leaves. A great house on a great street!

Best of all Worlds
This property is ideal for beach, town and lake. The location is close to all, with everything needed to make the stay convenient. It is also comfortable, with the facilities needed to accommodate few or many. We especially loved the screen porch, gathering there every day for conversation, meals, coffee, or just enjoy the view. We also loved the availability of the bikes and kayaks. The host is very responsive, answering questions promptly. Simply put, a great place to stay!
