Bright spacious studio apartment in a building directly on a pristine stretch of white sandy beach. Condominium Stella Maris is centrally located at 1 Condado Avenue in the heart of El Condado, across from the pool of the San Juan Stellaris Marriott Resort and Casino.
The fifth floor location allows for spectacular views, but is still low enough for you to be lulled to sleep by the surf at night. A full wall of sliding glass doors on the ocean side opens up to tropical breezes and a panoramic vista. Black out curtains allow you to sleep late in the morning or have a siesta when in the mood.
This cheery studio apartment was recently renovated with travetine floors throughout including the bathroom, a new flat screen TV and high speed internet There is original artwork throughout and you certainly know you're in the Caribbean. This rent by owner condo is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you might need to relax and enjoy your vacation in Puerto Rico.
With the endless possibilities of natural disasters and health emergencies travel insurance is available through VRBO and recommended.

The condo is very convenient, it has everything you need in the condo. We love that they got all the kitchen appliances since my husband is vegan , so I have to cook most of the meal for him during our stay . Eric was very awesome, we had so many questions and he helped us with everything. We got a parking ticket and we had a hard time to find where can we pay for it . Eric helped us to find out the location and how to get there and he didn’t have too but he was really nice for going above and beyond to help us out . If we re going back to PR we will definitely stay there again . Thank you for everything Eric!

My partner and I stayed at Eric's quaint studio apartment for 5 days. The apartment was perfect for our 5-day stay and exceeded our expectations. Check-in was a bit tricky, lockbox key access, multiple keys for elevator and apt., etc.- slight confusion when we arrived, however our host answered my call immediately and walked us through accessing the keys to the unit for seamless entry. The studio was immaculate, fully stocked, beautifully decorated; I loved the blue accents and decor that included cheeky wall frames trimmed with colorful seashells. The oceanfront views are stunning and we enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning from the balcony. King size bed was extremely comfortable. Centrally located, Old San Juan was a $10 Uber ride away; 30m to Laquillo and Pinones Beach; 45m to El Yunque National Rain Forest. Close to restaurants on Ashford Avenue, Walgreens, 24 hour pharmacy, and much more within a 2-block radius. We were excited to see coolers, beach chairs and towels available and put them to good use. Highly recommended and will be back for a quick weekend getaway. Thanks, Eric!

We stayed in this condo for our first week long stay/elopement & honeymoon in PR. It was perfect!! It was clean, close to all stores/restaurants & the view was breathtaking!! The owner was a available and communicated promptly. We ran into him one day and told him we were getting married and he gifted us a bottle of champagne and even suggested some things to go do & see. We will definitely be booking with him again!! It was perfect for our new chapter!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was very responsive to all communication. Beach towels and beach chairs were provided. The bed was super comfortable. Check-in process was easy, and the room was very secure. The location right on the beach was perfect! We were also easily able to Uber to Old San Juan for $6-8 plus tip. The condo was right beside a convenience store that is open 24 hours a day. Overall a great trip!

This place was amazingly situated in San Juan with a real balcony to enjoy the beach front views each day! The apartment had everything you needed to beach and enjoy. This location was walkable to great food and easy to catch uber's to old San Juan. Eric was super responsive to our questions.

***I'll start by saying, I am the type of person, no matter where I stay, will ALWAYS leave a property better than I've found it because I believe in treating every place I stay, like home. With that being said, the check-in process, for me, was little bit tricky learning the keys and how to maneuver the gate and door. However, Eric is VERY responsive and hands on and will walk you through every minute detail.
***There were a couple of small issues, I addressed with him and he was very receptive to the feedback. One issue, on the first day, was handled within the hour. Eric was even kind enough to bring me some fresh produce to start off my stay. How awesome was that?!
***Albeit small, this studio condo is perfect for party of one or a couple looking to spend some quality time, in an intimate setting. Since, I travel back and forth to PR, throughout the year, I am very familiar with the neighborhood and really enjoy the walkability, which made this condo suitable for my needs.
***This was my first time staying "small", but must say I actually enjoyed having a little less space. And the view, "bellisimo"! 😊 This property books quickly, so don't procrastinate, if it's available during your travel window. You can't beat the price nor the location.

This was the best property on Condado beach. As you walk the sandy shore you’ll notice very few balconies facing the ocean, and none closer to the beach with an unobstructed view. The condo was very clean and well decorated with local art. A true immersion into the PR lifestyle. Definitely staying here again!

Everything about this property from start to finish was amazing. Eric is so real quick to respond and gave easy to understand step-by-step instructions for check in. Even when we last minute decided to have a car, he was able to work with us to have a parking spot so that our rental was safe. He had great suggestions of where to go, things to do, and where to eat. The apartment itself is so clean, cute and cozy. Right on the beach. Walking distance to everything you need. We had the best time. the condo was beautiful. the beach front was stunning you could not get a better view than that. walking distance to everything. No need for a car even though we rented one it was a waste of money. We had a great time at the Marriott Casino. the best food was Restaurant Orozco's. Loved the authentic food. we also ate at various restaurants and the food was great there too. we seen Old San Juan from the ground and a helicopter tour from above it was amazing. Eric provided everything we could have needed and more. From beach towels, chairs, coolers. steps to the beach. We will definitely be back. this will be our new vacation spot. This provided everything we needed for our stay in San Juan. We woke up to beautiful views of the ocean every morning. It’s a short walk to a few restaurants, casinos, stores, etc. Eric was very helpful in making us feel welcome and gave helpful recommendations on excursions and restaurants. And the apartment is very well equipped and had everything we needed, including beach towels and kitchen supplies. This was the perfect vacation rental. A well appointed studio, right on top of the beach. The unit was clean and the owner was very responsive. Just steps from the beach and numerous bars and restaurants. Not too far from Old San Juan either. Much more affordable than staying in one of the nearby hotels, so a great deal all in all.

We had an excellent stay at Eric's property. Everything was just as advertised and the beach location really added to a perfect vacation. Great view of the beach from the balcony and the beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels provided really added to the experience and were used quite a bit during our time there. This property is extremely beautiful! You have views that are just amazing, the sunsets, sunrises and simply the waves just crashing into the sand. You hear and see it all! This unit is located in a super convenient location. With Walgreens, CVS many different places to eat, Starbucks, etc, within steps of the location. The beach is literally right out the door! The chairs that Eric provided helped so much! There wasn’t an umbrella but there is a chair/umbrella guy that rents them $10 for the umbrella and I believe $7 for the chairs. That umbrella saved our skin! ☺️ The maintenance man on the property extremely friendly as well as other tenants on site. Eric was extremely helpful with explaining the check-in process, there is a lot of keys which can be a little confusing. But overall super secure building, we even had a tenant ask us for proof of our key fob before he let us is, which we thought was great. You definitely are secure! So many different little things that Eric offered such as coolers, speaker, beach towels, it was just beyond exceptional! We would definitely recommend staying here and we would definitely stay again!!! Fantastic hospitality Eric! 🙂🙂 thank you so much!

It was a beautiful view on the beach. We felt very safe in the condo with all of the locks on gates and elevator. Eric was easy to communicate with and gave clear instructions on how to checkin and checkout. We were right by a CVS and Walgreens for groceries and then a ton of restaurants for meals. The condo had plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. We would stay here again for sure!

This cozy condo was a perfect place to spend two weeks on the beautiful San Juan beach. It had everything you would need to be comfortable, it was in a great location close to a wide range of restaurants and shops, and more importantly, right on the beach. we woke up every morning to the sun on the sea and went to bed listening to the waves. Eric was very responsive and he on site maintenance man was kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place. Thank you, Eric!

The apartment had a lot of amenities. Stocked well. We had some trouble accessing the property but it was probably user error. We were a little disappointed with the beach due all the seagrass. Also I do wish we had known it is one of the most dangerous beaches. The neighborhood was great. Good food drinks nearby.
