Very good stay but it would have been superb if the pool was heated

The staff is very helpful and friendly, we got an upgrade from normal room to sea view room, the room was modern & clean and the bed was very very comfortable, the resort is quite, full of beautiful palm trees that gives very relaxing feelings. This was our second visit and of course will not be the last.

The pool was not heated, we were there late October so the weather was very cold specially at afternoon (after 1pm) so I couldn’t use the pool or the aqua. The food and drinks are good but the quality of the taste needs to be better and beach snacks needs to be more various.

Third time at the Swiss Inn and every time the quality is consistently high.

Friendly and efficient staff, good choice of restaurants and food plentiful, good choice and tasty. Rooms cleaned and maintained to a high standard, proximity to beach ideal.

Tranquillité et activité parfaite pour famille

On nous a upgradé avec une chambre rénovée avec vue sur la mer! Cela est très appréciable. La gentillesse du réceptionniste Ahmed Mazhar Très attentif à nos demandes et très efficace, avec le sourire! Der Aufenthalt war nett & angenehm, in Sachen UMWELT und COVID muss mehr getan werden!

Personal war SEHR freundlich & hilfsbereit. Zimmer & Badezimmer waren nett & sauber.

Frühstück und Beach Restaurant! Ich war entsetzt zu sehen, dass im SWISSINN beim Frühstück Kaffee & Tee in Pappbechern, und Kaltgetränke in Plastikbechern serviert wird. Das Frühstück war definitiv NICHT SWISS, sondern Ägyptisch. Viel zu viel Gedränge auf zu kleinem Raum, Abstand wegen Corona überhaupt nicht einzuhalten :-( Am Strand wurde Essen und Trinken auf Plastik und Styropur serviert - welches später im Meer landete. Hotel Personal bemühte sich nicht, es rauszufischen. Das finde ich UNGLAUBLICH!

A most restful, happy, interesting and relaxing holiday, in an exotic location.

The location of our room - one minute from the beach - could not have been better; the room was spacious and kept very clean. The staff, without exception, were friendly, polite and helpful. We were spoilt for choice between the private beach and the two swimming pools, one with slides. And of course the fact of endless blue skies always helped.

It took some of us a while to get used to the food. One restaurant, Pebbles, had a good selection, the other four less so. But British/Western European travellers, especially those with teenaged children, should note that the appearance and taste of the food is a bit different to what you might expect at a European resort. Not that there was any issue with hygiene, it should be added. But there was a lack of burgers, pizzas, fried chicken, chips etc. Not a problem as long as you're anticipating it.

Below than my expectations.

The location, very clean renewable rooms and the beach.

No activity for all the day, the hotel kept silent for all day, animation team was very poor and start by dinner opening time and finish before dinner end, all the food and sweets had very bad quality, no more than two choices, beef liver every day in dinner.

We enjoyed the stay, the food was fine and the snacks were not at the best level

The pools and restaurants

House keeping does not clean the room properly and the reception doesn’t offer varieties to choose the room. I left a note when booking for a ground floor and asked the reception while checking in but the staff didn’t listen to that.

The staff is so helpful especially Mr. Ahmed Mazhar in the reciption , I would like to thank him on his efforts to make my stay wonderful. I liked; The Room The beach Hotel location Staff hospitality.

I think the Animation team must do some extra efforts on the beach during daytime.

The staff was respectful and very helpful especially Mr. Ahmed Mazhar in the front desk was very helpful and all our requests were quickly fulfilled... The room was excellent and very clean.. The beach was very clean and sandy... The food was nice and the waiters in the main restaurant were helpful especially Ossama was very joyful and helpful... We enjoyed our stay... Looking forward to repeat it next time

A great stay and will certainly return !

Everything was perfect here in the main hotel area ! The Food was excellent, all good quality and good choice . There are many places to eat. and no prebooking like other places ! Just turn up :) Fabulous staff all very happy and helpful. Our room was in the cheaper section, over the other side of the road from the main hotel , which was no problem , it had a quiet pool . work was going on in some of the blocks but it caused no issues for us . The whole hotel is immaculate ! The sea is beautiful too .

If you are expecting waiter service around the pool area in the side over the road from the main hotel . You wont get it even when quiet . But that was a minor thing and didn't detract from our enjoyment. Take care when booking on Booking.com .. we booked and hadn't realised that the all inclusive we had booked was a SOFT package .. no alcohol included .. this was not clear , but in the small print ! Check your booking !

Room was lovely, and very clean

Narrow range of food for late arrivals, and service very slow. They also forgot our alarm call, meaning we were late for our transfer to Luxor

overall it is a great place I loved my stay very much all stuff are friendly and helpful they do ther best to make us happy special thanks to Mr Essam Hagras the greatest chef he really do his best for us the food was delicious tasty and fresh and there was a variety of food also the chef of the seafood restaurant and the barbecue restaurant really they do their best, all the waiters and the men in the front desk were very friendly especially mr omar mr emad & mr ahmed i thank them very much . am very satisfied with my trip, hope to repeat it soon ❤️
