Ok if you don’t care what type of room you get. Wouldn’t recommend.

I specifically booked this property and room type because I needed a room with 2 separate beds. However, 24hrs prior to my stay, they canceled my booking and changed it to one double bed. When I told them i needed 2 beds as per the room I had booked, they actually lied and told me I had never booked a twin room and they don’t have any more rooms with 2 beds (I have the email confirmation of what I booked). They then told me they had “upgraded” me to a room with a “better view”. Not the room I wanted. Only one bed, a bathroom with no ventilation as that was broken and blown bulbs on the bedside tables.

Great location, friendly staff and good food options.

Room was very clean and the bed was big enough for us. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy and cocktails were tasty. Bar staff were exceptional.

The bed was a little sunken in the middle. Probably time to replace it. Death bath (shower in a bath tub) was not very good.

Right in the heart of Surfers

Great location

We were given an accessible room even though we didn't request one, and it made the bathroom situation very messy (no way to contain the shower water- our 8 year old had fun with the hand-held shower head and the open shower!) 😀 A second chair at the little breakfast table would have been ideal too (hard to eat sitting on a bed!)

Excellent and Enjoyable

Great location, outside the hotel is the Surfer Paradise GLink station, you can get to everywhere. Location is within walking distance to the beaches, and F&B.

Good location and convenient to travel around . But Really not worth the price for almost 500 per night.

The Location is prime.

I have been to Melbourne Voco and that one is much better than this one’s facility. The air does not flow when we enter in and bathroom sink table is dirty . I got others hair and dirty stick to my belongings. The hygiene really freak me out .

The stay was awesome, would gladly come back again and tell everyone about this amazing hotel.

The room had an amazing view, thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunset from our room.

Centrally located, quiet room, easy access with relatively cheap secure parking.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful explaining all we needed to know upon checking in. The room was clean, quiet and exactly as requested with twin beds.

I found a spider hanging from the ceiling - but quickly dealt with that. And the spa pool was closed which was a bit of a disappointment.

It was a good stay

I think it was pretty good. Staff were quite nice and accommodating. Didn’t spend much time at the property as it was a work trip so can’t really say if it was that wow or not but it was good.

I think the shower is quite small. I almost fell in it and it’s not very convenient to use the toilets as the flush system didn’t work properly. We requested for a premium upgrade considering we were staying for 3 days but that wasn’t accommodated considering it was our first time. But maybe next time they will. I think cost of upgrade was unreasonable. Anyways, maybe they can work on that.

Comfortable but rooms need upgrading.

Buffet breakfast was good although needed to wait in line to get a table but it moved relatively quickly. Location was good and the pool and games room were good.

The rooms definetly need a facelift. I would rate the rooms at 3.5 stars not the advertised 4. Needs a solid overhaul like recent voco hotels.

It was a good stay.

Location and facilities were good. The air con was great. The room was and bed was fine.

The shower inside the Bath was tight and a little difficult to use. Bathroom very small.

Hotel generally very good, public facilities fantastic and staff great.

Hotel facilities are excellent, restaurants and bars were fantastic, Massive TV showing the live sport, Friendly and efficient staff, Quality of meals were outstanding. The quality of the linen and bed in the room was excellent and very comfortable.

Carpark was full, Was surprised that there was an additional charge for that on top of the room stay, that is unusual for hotels. Had to park in a local public carpark which I would prefer not to have my car parked in that location overnight. The shower doubles as a bath and is difficult to get in and out of, the cold water tap had limited supply, suspect restriction in pipes. In summary the bathrooms are very dated and in need of upgrading. The supplied towels were stained and some were torn in places, Probably and opportunity for the cleaning staff to be more thorough.

Not a small boutique hotel.

Comfortable beds. Thoughtful sending a bottle of wine to our room to celebrate our anniversary, thanks!

Breakfast buffet was extremely busy. Not enough staff to clear tables or to check in with you if everything was ok or if we needed anything. Long lines for the coffee machines due to one being broken. The only staff member was Callum who we found to be excellent and always chatted to us when we saw him. The two chefs who cooked the omelettes were great too.

Location was perfect. Beds were comfortable. There were happy hour drinks and bar snacks on offer Monday to Friday which were excellent value for money

Convenient and reasonably priced.

The location is central and is just 10 min walk from surfer paradise beach front. There are many good eateries nearby. Highly recommend Cocohut (Thai restaurant) and Hurricane which is popular for the ribs. The tram station is just next to the hotel. You can take tram to Pacific shopping center using GO card. You can buy GO card at airport. The bed is comfortable and housekeeping is done everyday. Breakfast variety is limited but good enough for 4 days stay. This is a good hotel.

Nothing much. Except that only 2 towels are given although we have 4 guests. This is easily solved by getting the extra towels from the reception counter.

Wonderful, comfortable, affordable, accomodating and enjoyable

I loved the breakfast buffet, a lovely variety of choices. I loved the option to make a hot chocolate as well, as a none coffee drinker! The staff at the front desk were lovely and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy. The bathrooms were modern and a nice size. The pools were awesome. I loved the option to ask for bathroom essentials to save on wasted products! The location was priceless for beach and activities in Surfers Paradise. Everything ran smoothly during our stay!

Only a couple of improvement but there were loud sounds from bathroom/plumbing at nighttime, which woke us up. The pillows and bed were amazingly comfy, however an option for one firm pillow and one soft would be more suitable to people’s tastes. The wifi was good but it dropped out every 10 minutes or so, although it is a large building which can probably account for that. Lastly, the TV was limited to only certain channels. An option to screencast or log into streaming services would be amazing.
