Perfect long weekend family getaway

Buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day, perfect for families, pool was great and same with the poolside service, also the location is perfect

Fantastic break/location/ beach loved it!

Great location to leave car and enjoy surfers. Satisfactory room for myself and family to sleep and get ready to go out. Would definitely come back

Bathroom bit dated. Couldn’t get film on tv. Not great dramas lol so again will be back

Amazing location, great hotel

They found out in was our honeymoon and the staff were so good to us and surprised us with champagne and some treats and gave us a late check out! The lady was so lovely I wish I got her name. Breakfast was delicious!!

Air conditioning didn’t work very well and shower always leaked

Great location

Breakfast, location and beds were great.

Bathroom was sub standard. Water splashed all over the floor and the fittings were not secured.

Get the breakfast

The view from the 30th floor was exceptional. The buffet breakfast was better. I highly recommend adding that in. It's called the "good breakfast" on the site.

The room was a little old and the sliding door a bit worn, but they didn't detract from the excellent experience.

It was ok, would i rush back? ...... No

Room was ok however wasnt very clean, the balcony area was particularly dirty and pieces of debris and mandarin oranges were all over the place.

Cleaniness of the room, understand that there is renovations going on but no need for rooms to be unclean.

Great short stay if you are flying in for a weekend

Great location and perfect view of the strip!

There were no water jugs. And nothing in the bar.. I had to go fumbling around for a cup which at midnight was unpleasant. No parking.

Amazing!

The whole experience of Novotel was outstanding, My husband and I chose there for our honeymoon and they were so sweet, we even got a congratulations card with chocolate covered strawberries. It's close to everything you need and want and a short walk to the beach, the staff were so polite and the breakfast buffet was great, their omelettes were so tasty and the scones with jam and cream, oh god I'll be thinking about them for weeks. Overall probably our best experience with any hotel we've stayed at.

Trying to stream movies was a pain.

Well appointed, and good value on a busy weekend, compared to most other options

No privacy between rooms or people as no doors on rooms, listing advises a lot more facilities and utilities then when we got there

In the heart of Surfers

Excellent location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Novotel doesn't have their own parking but parking is available under the shopping centre next door which has direct access to the novotel and at a special rate. Buffet breakfast was great! The room was comfortable with much needed aircon

Shower over the bath leaked water in all directions making it hard to keep clean clothes and towel dry. House keeping were rushed off their feet that they didn't replace our dirty towels. Hotel was fully booked making it a lengthy wait at times for the lifts

I will recommend Novotel to my friends and family. Also, I will book this hotel again next time.

It locates near the shopping and dinning place. The room is clean and the bed is very comfy. My room is beach facing which is a very nice view. Hotel has the "Go Green" which help to save energy and save us some money for food.

Not enough hook or hanger for hanging wet clothes. We have 2 adults and 2 kids, going to beach, pool and wetnWild in different day. We needed to hang 4 set of clothes and bather for air dry. We used all the chairs and coffee table in the room for handing the clothes.

Parking was difficult and asked for an ocean view but wasn’t able to be given a room looking that way at all.

Room service came at 6 in the morning and kept knocking. bruh, we were sleeping? Constructions next door woke us up on the first day, again, 6am. Yall dumb? Room service prices way too much, oh fair enough if we are broke

Beautiful place.

Everything except the construction somewhere or above our room and the shower had a tiny half door which resulted in water being splashed outside into the main bathroom meaning we had to get new towels everyday after drying the floor.

The room was not like the one shown in the photos, and we didn't have a spa bath big enough for two people, which is the whole reason we went there. The room was old and dilapidated.
