nice location, but poorly maintained apartment. dissapointing

aircon was not able to be used (screen was unreadable) only one key card was provided (inconvenient as we are a family of 3 adults and a child) dishwasher stopped working no instructions provided on how to operate anything

Worst stay ever😡

View of balcony and location to everything

The apartment. The beds. The car park the staff at Hilton the price for what we got . It was filthy ,stinky, absaloutly shocking state. So disappointed ☹️

Location. View. Enough bedrooms and toilets for family.

Not enough comfortable lounge space for family, Bed mattresses were so Hard. Did not feel clean at all - bathroom, showers, toilets!! Heaps of old soapy green scum/around showers. The toilet brushes and holders were dirty and ensuite really had a bad smell. We asked for a late check out early the day before as my daughter had an early cheer leading performance. The coastal company never got back to us. Then we had a man let himself in the morning, walking through apartment while myself, son and daughters were asleep in bedrooms, very scary and creepy!!

Best location you can park the car & just walk everywhere, amazing view room was great had everything that we needed.

It was sort of BNB and some instruction about how to dispose your garbage and maintain cleanliness or don’t leave room untidy just made me uncomfortable. One don’t make place untidy by intention but at the same time cleaning onus should not be on the guest. It was not we’ll informed in advance. Might be written somewhere at your site in small letters. That’s what you are not hoping when you are in holiday.

Very nice stay in a central location with good value for money

Liked the location, the spaciousness of the apartment, the balcony, the attachment to the Hilton hotel

The getting of the keys at another location, the pools were too shaded most of the day and the water very cold and it didn't feel safe to walk at night as it is in the heart of the the clubs frequented by young people wanting to drink

it was all patched up ready for painting you don’t book Hilton and expect walls with patching minimal towels cutlery disgusting not one dinner plate all everything was odd nothing matching or a complete set very poor quality chair ripped I left early cause it was dirty

DO NOT STAY HERE - Unsafe, unclean, no support, over priced

Absolutely nothing.

Zero. this apartment was disgusting. the bed had urine and blood stains on it. the duvet had no cover. there were bugs around the property, dirty dirty toilet brushes. holes in the walls. the checkin and checkout process is an absolute nightmare. be prepared to jump through hoops, waste time, get stressed. don’t expect any support from the apartment owner or their rude 3rd party contact Center. pricing for this property does not reflect the favela you will be staying in. do not stay here. discussing the issues with the owner and they took ZERO ownership of the issues and refused to provide a refund.

the stay was really nice, we enjoyed it and especially for the price we paid it was really great. was central to everyth

the area was really nice, and the apartment in general was beautiful.

the hot water took a while to get warm, the dishes were all dirty when we went to use them, so I had to wash everything before use, and more blankets would have been great.
