The staff were extremely attentive, not only in person but also by text, checking if I was happy or needed anything. The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was also lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Staffs are very unprofessional.

The service is really not as I expected where the reception and service staffs are very confused and not professional. When we check in, we were told that we can choose prepaid breakfast for our 3 rooms and the reception told us it's all arranged and also we can pay at checkout. The next morning when we were at restaurant, we found out only one room is arranged and the other room has to pay on shot also at a more expensive rate. This took us another 2-3 rounds of communication with the reception, through text chat, etc. On second day, the reception told us now it's been arranged while the text chat said it didn't and we have to pay in advance (where we were told we can pay at check out.) The the third morning, to make sure, we double checked again, and the text chat said it's not arranged again! We have to talk to reception and try to arrange it again. At the last day, check out, we found out actually one of the room that we think was not arranged was actually arranged on first day when check in and even charged our credit card already, but they ask us to pay again at restaurant and also kept telling us it's not arranged, and plus they have arranged the wrong number of adult ending us paying $135 more which they didn't refund. We just think all the service staffs are very confused about what they are doing and have no communication between each or in system. Very very bad impression .

Excellent service, Comfortable stay and fantastic location

Loved our stay at the Hilton! Breakfast was good! The location was amazing and staff were fantastic.. it was my husband’s birthday and they gave us a bottle of wine complimentary! I’ll definitely come back here!

Room was nice. And good cocktails downstairs

Indoor pool and spa and sauna needed to be policed no one was following the rules kids running in and out of sauna jumping in the indoor pool. Parents not caring. Outdoor pool was mean to heated was cold. Room- bathroom was setup for persons with a disability water would go everywhere while having a shower we where there for our wedding anniversary that all took away the shine on our anniversary.

Pathetic customer service

Location

The quality of customer service was subpar. The staff could have been more hospitable. There was a lack of communication regarding the road closures due to an event, which caused inconvenience during check-in. The kids' bed was overcharged, which was not requested. Despite requests, no unique amenities were provided for my daughter's birthday. The concierge service was unavailable when needed. Checking out was challenging due to the lack of assistance given to my injured husband and baby. This experience was not worth the time and resources and would not be recommended.

It was good sleeping in Sandgate cause u didn’t let me in

Fabulous. If ever I need to, I will come back

The staff were fabulous. So helpful, welcoming and friendly. Treated by all with so much respect.

The only thing I didn't like was that there were groups of young men hanging around the entrance door and let themselves in without a card

The most amazing place we’ve have ever stayed at. We loved it!!!

Very clean and tidy room. Incredible room with the most comfortable bed and the size of the bed was so spacious. Love how big the bathroom was and the showers were amazing. We loved how close it was to everything. We loved every bit of our stay. Definitely recommend this place. Will definitely come back!

Could have been great but was not because of the over charging.

Breakfast was ok.

We got charged a $35 merchant fee without being warned. I could have got cash easily had I been told. Then I was told today that we left a coffee stain and were being charged $57 for extra cleaning. I had 1 coffee in 5 days and that was Monday. We should have been told about the stain if indeed there was one on Tuesday. However there was NO coffee spilt at all. Another way of ripping us out of money.

Great spot location definitely needs a pest inspection

In the stay if my two nights I spotted four different cockroaches which at one point one end up in a pack of my chips

Very pleasant staff! Enjoyed the pool and fresh towels! Buffet was brilliant all around it was a great stay!

The space & the view was 10/10

That there was no regular cleaning and not enough products ie: toothbrush tooth paste etc

Close to everything we needed, heated pool excellent and clean

Close to beach and all that the GoldCoast has to offer-perfect location

The city view apartment was very small, view was poor, no sun, and facing condom kingdom we have stayed before and had an amazing apartment with amazing views. Wasn’t a great view for a family

Great location, very friendly staff and clean!

Great location for central surfers and just back from the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants around as well as a short trip to the grocery store. Staff were fabulous (if more people were as friendly and helpful as Mitch the world would be a better place!)

The gym is literally a dungeon with no windows but has enough equipment to get a small workout in

Quite shocking!

The location was great, you are in the middle of all activities! The view from the top of the floor is magnificent! Pool is very nice and well maintained! Apart from these three there is nothing else to add.

The rest! Starting from outside of the building, inside and finishing by their management! Never experienced in any other country such an appalling hospitality! This Hotel is so worn out that needs to be renovated asap! Signage "Hilton" doesn't illuminate letter "N" at the entrance, what a shame! Rooms have cracks and scuffs on the walls, carpets are torn in different places with some yellow stains on it. The furniture is shabby. Breakfast is pretty average for 5*star hotel. Management is not reliable they may easily cancel their own confirmation, they just simply don't care about guests, it's obvious! It's not 5*star service especially from a leading global company like Hilton! I would give it 3* not even 4*! For the price you pay there are much nicer and newer hotels around. So please dear guests make the right choice! This one is not worth the money!

Not the greatest for the price.

The pools although one was closed off for the kids and babies.

I left money on the kitchen table and the cleaner did not hand it in obviously stole it $500 cash The elevators are terrible sometimes don't work or takes you to every level before your level. Balcony was tiny expected bigger for $900 anight!!

There was nothing wrong with the hotel but apart from the lovely beach I don’t like Surfers Paradise , it’s sleazy and cheap looking. I won’t be visiting it again.

Buffet breakfast was fantastic

Checkout was terrible, tv in room had to be fixed on 3 seperate days and still didn't work, room wasn't even cleaned on one day and apart from giving linen to make our own bed and fresh towels staff didn't help on that occasion, very loud noise causing disturbed sleep from road below.

I only liked the cleaning.

1. Advertising vs. Reality: The room didn't match the promotional photos, leading to disappointment. 2. Parking Fees: Charging guests for parking was surprising and not previously disclosed. 3. Room Setup for Three Guests: The room was prepared for two despite booking for three, requiring additional arrangements for bedding and amenities. 4. Unexplained Charge: I noticed an unexplained $10 charge on my account, which needs clarification.

Phone didn’t work, tv wasn’t working properly, one kitchen cabinet door would stay closed and was annoying had to keep closing it only to reopen. App for room service didn’t confirm order so dessert never arrived. Waited an hour only to ring and say it didn’t go through.

A beautiful relaxing short stay holiday, loved it

it was the perfect location, right in the heart of the gold coast , the hotel pool area was beautiful, and relaxing , we loved our stay

that there wasn't a smoking area in the motel, we had to keep going outside the hotel , when your 10 floors up ,its a bit of a mission
