Excellent location in the middle of Surfers Paradise.

Location is the best.

The unit a bit wore down and the utilities like toilet tissue and soap were limited.

Location

Wasn’t clean, bed sheet for the sofa bed had several stains and didn’t even cover the complete mattress. Food and rubbish left from previous person. Also the cleaners came at 9:45/9:50 when check out was at 10… why couldn’t they just wait 10 minutes as we felt rushed to get out.

Great place to stay once you get into the room.

The view was amazing. The unit was lovely and clean.

Booking in was a challenge as they do not cater to people that are not computer savvy. Even when you get into the unit you have to scan a QR code to get information about the property. There was no phone call for the day of arrival and the reception staff were not helpful. It took over an hour and numerous phone calls just to try and get support to book in. The lockbox was not in an obvious place. Aircon does not work.

Perfect location

Well appointed, easy access in and out by car to travel further afield each day. Great parking, big wide access. Nice views. Quiet. Great pools. Spacious. Close to everything.

Location is good

Air-conditioning was not working, company we booked through would not take a phone call to discuss, nor would they communicate what was going on, in the end they did refund one night's accommodation but all we wanted was air-conditioning unbearable heat they would not relocate anther to another room. Hallway smelt like a garbage tip. Mould on the ceiling in the bathroom and air-conditioning vent full of dust dirt need a good clean

the view was amazing

there were a few issues such as a leaking shower, broken wheel under bed, condoms in side table and the room smelling like paint the entire stay which made it quite an uncomfortable stay with how much we paid

Great location as there were lots of fun things to do

some of the kitchen appliances weren’t working which was annoying because we weren’t able to make a coffee in the morning and do simple things like that. The room had a weird smell to it that wouldn’t go away. It smelt like as if the air vents haven’t been cleaned in a while and it wasn’t pleasant smelling it all the time.

proximity to centre of town is excellent everything was within walking distance, great pool, great bar at the pool with good food

only the noise in the party nights due to proximity to night clubs but it’s a small price to pay to be so centrally located

Apartment carpet looks dirty then public place, I been to Hilton back 8 years ago this carpet looks like never been change or clean properly, grey blanket supplied smell like never been wash has some red drop too, end of buying me self blankets from Myer, rate it self 5 star apartment but definitely a motel down the Highway could do better.

Make check in simple

Location

The key collection was not clear and took me understand one hour as I waited outside. House keeping rules are so demanding - remove all rubbish, clean apartment as you arrived, clean windows and mirrors, empty dishwasher etc.

The location and the sea view was the best

The carpet is old, smells and dusty.
