Nice stay in Munich

Customer service was in any case, top notch. I heard at least 4 different languages spoken by the reception. Breakfast was superb too.

Unfortunately the reception is not staffed 24hrs.

Toller Wochenend Aufenthalt

Das Hotelpersonal war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wurde so herzlichst Empfangen. Ruhige Lage trotz 200m Entfernt vom Hauptbahnhof. Ausstattung war einwandfrei. Komme auf jeden Fall wieder! Kann jedem das Hotel nur Empfehlen, wenn man in der nähe vom Hauptbahnhof schlafen möchte.

Für 1,2 Nächte top. Für längeren Aufenthalt würde mir Bar oder gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum fehlen

Das Doppelbett (Ausziehsofa) der Kinder war etwas eng und sehr hart zum liegen. Bett Erwachsene war tuptop.

Sehr geeignet für eine Kurztrip nach München

Sehr zentrale Lage nähe Bahnhof und trotzdem ruhig. Ich bekam ein Gratis-Upgrade. Die Hotelleitung war sehr zuvorkommend und ist auf meine Fragen und Wünsche engegangen.

Hotel coqueto al lado estacion

Hotel reservado de urgencia ante la cancelación total de trenes en munich. Muy cerca de la estación y también se llega caminando a Marienplatz y alrededores. Habitación amplia con hervidor . Cama muy cómoda. Son súper amables, y hablaba español el recepcionista. El lugar donde se desayuna es coqueto aunque esperaba algo más de variedad

No es un hotel al uso, tienen horario limitado recepción, si se llega a otras horas hay que acceder por otra puerta y puede resultar incómodo . Hay q tenerlo en cuenta a la hora de reservar aunque en mi caso no me afectó para nada .Tampoco hay zonas comunes, ni restaurante. La ducha algo pequeña

Immer wieder

Super renovierte Zimmer die gut ausgestattet sind von Hygiene Artikeln bis Klima Anlage. Egal ob zu Fuß oder per U- Bahn zentral und alles schnell zu erreichen. Begrenzte Parkplätze direkt im Innenhof 👌🏻 ansonsten aber auch gleich ein Parkhaus an der Ecke. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und entgegen kommend. Super Frühstück von 🍳 bis Weißwurst und Müsli-Obst alles was das Herz begehrt. Selbst zu Wiesen Zeiten konnte Mann Nachts in Ruhe schlafen. Wir buchen wieder

Great value for the money near Munich train station with exceptional staff!

After a horrible train trip we had to stay in Munich for the night and chose Hotel Alfa. The staff was exceptional. They were absolutely loving and funny and brought us so many positive vibes after the chaos we experienced beforehand. The room was modern and clean with a really comfy bed. I would recommend Hotel Alfa anytime!

Amazing location. Near the station, the cathedral, the market. Near businesses. Super clean and comfortable..All new furniture and comfortable beds. Awesome bathroom. The breakfast was also great, with lots of options.

The hotel is in walking distance from the main station. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, for a solo traveller, very clean and in a good shape. Overall, I believe it's VFM for Munich.
