Großzügiges Appartement im Herzen von Berlin mit klasse Ausstattung und effizienter Kommunikation

Wirklich großes Appartement mit dem meisten, was man so für paar Tage gebrauchen kann. Kommunikation über whatsapp war sehr effizient und hat keine Fragen offen gelassen. Die Zimmer werden zum Abend hin wirklich sehr leise (wenn sich dann keiner mehr im Innenhof befindet)

Hat dem Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch getan, wäre allerdings ganz nice: 1-2 Sheets Backpapier, dass man auch wirklich den Backofen nutzen kann. Ein Kehrblech (Besen war vorhanden), und eine Schere wäre super. Sonst war alles am Start.

Loved location and ease of contact with host. Clean and comfortable apartment, fab location and value for money. Clear instructions re accessibility, recycling + helpful handbook

The photos suggested there was some kind of welcome pack- which wasn’t there. Also it would have been useful to have been given more info on how to get there from the airport. The addition of some complementary tea/coffee would have taken this place from very good to excellent- but all in all I definitely recommend!!

Great facilities and location! Nice, clean apartment.

My friends though the flat was a little bit too hot. Personally as it was 1 degree outside, I was happy to come back to a warm apartment.

Fabulous spacious apartment, in a great location, really enjoyed out stay

Really central location, apartment was really spacious and was to a good standard.

We had problems with the thermostats in the bedrooms so it was quite warm on a night.

Very good apartment at an excellent location. Alexanderplatz is an excellent location for visiting Berlin. Train station, underground and bus next to you. Restaurants and a cheap supermarket. The apartment was spacius, very comfortable for a family of 4. Has all the amenities that you want and it was clean.

Quick automatic check in procedure. Nice, comminucative and quick staff when we requested or asked something. Beautiful, clean, modern apartment. Comfortable beds and sofa bed (although the beds were 80cm).

Every extra hour of the check in is 15€. We missed some kitchen utililties, but they replaced inmediately coffe machine and toaster when we asked for it.

This apartment is big surprise to us 4 girls,very spacious, on the top floor, 3 big balconies, location is fantastic and walking distance to most of sightseeing places .

Great place super close to public transportation.

Great location for site seeing Berlin. Super close to public transportation. Apartment is in a high rise on the 10th floor so it stayed pretty cool even during the summer with the windows open. Perfect for our family of five for the Berlin visit.

The apartment was missing some of the stuff you find in standard Airbnbs styles stays like coffee, salt/pepper, bottle opener etc...

Clean, comfortable appartement in convenient location but lot of street construction around building

Our plane was delayed one day. Hosts responded immediately after being contacted.

Alexanderplatz where the appartement is located is a huge construction site. It was not possible to access the entrance of the building by car because right in front is a huge construction site. We had a lot of luggage and had to carry our suitcases a long distance around this construction site to access the entrance of the building.

Nice size apartment, with everything you need. Located close to Alexanderplatz with all the public transportation on hand. Comfortable for 3-4 people. The sofa bed was very comfortable.

Very noisy street, two tram lines in front, so trams going every 10 min, all day and night. Windows are not soundproof, so you feel like the tram is passing over your head all day and night. There is a dance club next door, very loud music until 5:00 am on Saturday. Beds are not good quality and when I tried to use the washing machine it started to leak from the bottom
