Das Hotel finde ich sehr sympathisch! Ideal gelegen und gut erreichbar mit U-Bahn oder S-Bahn.

Maybe not worth the money but next to the Kitkat

Room was nice and spacious (when they finally got it right) and they had a cool lobby and a good breakfast.

The food in the restaurant was terrible. I had a salmon, that was frozen inside, and staff seemed really untrained and unmotivated. When I checked in, they tried to give me much smaller room that I had paid for, and I had to change my room two times to get it right.

Very poor experience

Extremely disappointed with this experience We made an error in our booking amidst all the panic of the air traffic control flight issues Hotel refused to help us cancel after we called and explained They proceeded to bill us even though they were aware of our circumstances and innocent mistake Really bad form

I really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. A very good selection of jams, breads, cold cuts and hot station. The eggs, brussels sprouts and mushrooms were delicious. I believe there was also a live pancake station which looked delicious. The bedroom was small but comfortable for one person. Basic amenities were provided which was much appreciated and the WiFi was strong.

The cleaniliness could have been better. I found random corners with dust in the room and stray strands of hair which was disgusting.

We really enjoyed our stay. Do not miss the breakfast!

We liked the hotel very much. It is conveniently located close to the city centre. It is next to the metro station and 10 minutes walk to the S-Bahn. The building has been nicely renovated. We liked the interior design of the hotel hall. Also, there is convenient parking place next to the hotel for €15/day - Am Köllnischen Park (just be aware you have to pay in cash in the kassenautomat with max €20 banknotes)

The lobby was nice.

First room had a smell of cigarette smoke. The room we got for replacement wasn't properly cleaned: -There were stains on the table -One towel was dirty -The door of the bathroom was dirty -The door of the shower nearly felt of when opening or closing it -One bed sheet had stains It's not like the room was a complete mess, but I never visited a hotel that had more flaws than this one.. and this was the most expensive hotel I've ever visited.. When I asked for a compensation because of the many flaws, they just excused themselves and said they hope we will visit them again.. Not even a discount for the next time or a free breakfast.. Very poor..

Superb

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable compared to other hotels I've stayed in in the area. The location was right next to a U-bahn station which can take you directly downtown or to the S-bahn lines. The döner shop across the street is amazing.

Very good hotel, nice breakfast, superb hotel design and english speaking staff much needed.

Great breakfast, superb omlet from show cooking chef and a lot of choices to choose from.

we did not like pizza for dinner. Margarita was not a pizza. It was burnt, unseasoned without basil, tomato amd tomato sauce. a disgrace to human kind.It was not edible. Staff ignored to get feedback.

The aircon was not very powerful in the room. The shower leaked (but was fixed when reported). Proper coffee machine in the room would be nice.

Comfortable, affordable and great location!

The location was brilliant, the U-Bahn stations are so close, one across the road and one a 5 min walk around the corner. It was super comfy and clean it was a big spacious room with a great bathroom!

Good value, quality hotel for the weary city traveller

We made a bit of a mess of your booking but the reception staff were lovely and helpful and even gave us a free drink while it was sorted. And thankfully it was, lovely clean, roomy, room and a good location for the city touring and best sights. Nice bar too but closed quite early.

Shame we didn't have a bath...
