Perfekte Lage für Arbeit und Familien-Urlaub

Super Lage um Arbeit und Familien-Urlaub, Sightseeing zu verbinden, zu Fuß viel erreichbar und gute Anbindung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel. Sehr sauberes und geräumiges Appartement, für die Kinder wurden nach Anfrage völlig unkompliziert Betten zur Verfügung gestellt.

Leider war die Ankunft nicht sehr angenehm, da der Mann bei der Rezeption (Bar/Kaffee) absolut unfreundlich und dieser ist auch die restlichen Tage unfreundlich geblieben ...

Nice apartment in outstanding location

The location is excellent, and the apartment is well-equipped, providing ample space. The manager is friendly and readily available to assist with any questions or concerns you may have."

Here's Unfortunately, we did not receive any instructions on how to access the apartment before our arrival. Upon reaching the location, we failed to notice the small sign on the door, indicating that we needed to contact the bartender at the adjacent bar. Additionally, the manager is only reachable through a German phone number, which could be improved by providing instructions in advance and creating a WhatsApp Business account. Another minor inconvenience is that if you happen to miss the housekeeping service at 10 am, for instance, and you're still asleep, you won't receive new shower gel and towels. It would be helpful to have these extras left in the room."

Stay in Berlin

The apartment looked just like the pictures. It was very clean and had what we needed. It was a 10-12 minute walk from all public transportation which made it very convenient to seeing the sights in Berlin. Check in was very easy at the bar downstairs.

There were no instructions, specifically how to get hot water. We finally figured out the water heater was tied to a bathroom light!

Very convenient comfortable flat, with great kitchen facilities.

The apartment was very convenient - very close to a tram stop, and lots of restaurants close by. The apartment had a large bathroom with a very good shower, and the apartment was very warm (we stayed in March and it was very cold outside!). The staff in cafe downstairs were wonderful and told us they would make us breakfast if we wanted any.

There was noise in the evenings from a bar which was directly underneath the apartment, but this was not loud and mainly stopped by midnight. The television was set too high on the wall to be comfortable to watch. But these are small points - it’s still a wonderful apartment, and had a very comfortable sofa, and lots of big windows

location was great. the apartment was spacious, although there was four of us, but still not too cramped.

the beds weren’t that comfy and the balcony was just a step out, not much room on it. overall, this is being very picky.

Spacious and bright apartment, nothing negative about the room itself

It was freezing! The heaters were all turned off when I got into the room, and even if I turned them on, the room did not heat up overnight, and I felt very cold. I find this a shortfall, and because of this, I am not giving a high review.

Key pickup at the next door café

Lovely apartment in a nice area of Berlin. The apartment is bright, clean and spacious. We thought it would be a separate bedroom, but it was more of a studio, but it was good sized and comfortable. The location is perfect, on a quiet street but close to everything. Lots of restaruants, bars, cafés close by. Two underground stations and a couple of tram options withiin a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Alexanderplatz, Museum Insel, the Dome and many other sights only a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment.

As others also have commented, we got no information on how/where to pick up the keys and no reply to our message when trying to ask about it. You pick up the keys at the café next door. The café was closed when we left (no previous info on that either) so a bit confusing how/where to leave the keys. Parking is not easy to find, we found a garage at Alexanderplatz about 1 km away, and it was quite expensive.

1) two seperate bedrooms, well equiped kitchen, clean bathroom. 2) good localisation. 2 min away from nearest grocery store. A lot of parking place in front of the apartment. 20 min of walk away from city center. 3) owner is very polite, helpful and its easy to contact her :)

Great location close to Mitte, Hackersher Markt and Alexanderplatz

Location, apartment size is good, distribution is also adecuate.

Few maintenance issues, a strip in the kitchen flooring became loose, and one of the heaters wasn’t working. The flooring was immediately fixed by staff, a the other heaters were working properly , so not a big issue.

Great accommodation to stay for the night but not recommended if you have a car as it can be very expensive.

All the essential kitchenwares are available. Close to public transport.

Finding a car park space is challenging. It costs €3/hour. The staff has given me the direction to a nearby car garage but it was closed for construction.

Very nice apartment but noisy

The apartment was as described, clean, in good state, it was possible to cook, there were enough cooking utensils. The noise isolation with the streets was good, the curtains working well. The WIFI was working perfectly. The reception of the keys was very simple, in the café underneath. Friendly personal. Friendly answer to my request when I called the owner as well.

I was planning to go out and sleep long during this weekend. Unfortunately the constant music of the café underneath, belonging to the same property made this impossible, you just got awake when the music of the café went on. It is a bit of a shame, the apartment is really nice, but for me, it ruined my holiday. The owner agreed with one kind of compensation for it, the ability to check out a bit late on the last day, for which I am thankful. If there is a tip that I could think: make a different category for this apartment, and inform that the low beats of the music of the café underneath is hearable. I would assume that a stay in the other apartments, if they have the same overal quality would have been fantastic.

Superb

Quiet place, close to U-bahn station, walking distance to the center, grocery store, restaurants etc. Large appartment, nice view from the windows;

Parking on the street was rather expensive, underground parking with more reasonable prices about 1km away;

Good location and good apartment

The apartment is spacious and with lots of natural light. Well equipped. Good location, close to public transport. I would return.

The shower curtain could be better. It is a bit difficult to shower without spilling water outside the tube. Apart from that everything good.
