The best breakfast but very lout at night

The hotel looks amazing, personel made check in even before 15:00. The best breakfast I have ever had. Also was fine to have really hot water in Norway, but temperature in the room was slightly cold,”: Only one downside which change impression about our stay is veryyyyyy loud music till 1 or 2 a.m. was impossible to sleep and we hear dancing movements “on our heads”.

Only saving factor was location next to train station.

Great location across from train station Very good breakfast

No blackout curtains on windows. Heat was terrible and hardly worked. Outlet next to bed was hidden by the baseboards Only one reading lamp next to one side of bed. Had room in Villa next door to actual hotel which I would never recommend. Did not have elevator. Stairs to second floor narrow and terribly hard to walk up due to different tread heights and widths. OK, but wouldn't stay again.

Good breakfast with plenty of variety. Great location, right next to train station.

Smallest bathroom I've ever encountered. Ridiculously so. To use the toilet you have to sidle in behind an oversized wash basin. While sitting on toilet, can't lean forward without bashing head on basin. Bed had a mattress topper kind of thing on it. Halfway through the night I woke to find it hanging off one side so had to get out and put the bed back together.

A great way to see Bergen.

Great room with and amazing breakfast in a stunning room.

Parking our car was more difficult that ideal. I had to drive to a nearby car park in a mall and then walk back to the hotel.

good stay for a night on a central location directly next to the train station

Hotel staff was friendly. We arrived late, check in was fast, everything was prepared. Room was small but full ok for a one night stay. We could store baggage next day in the partner hotel, as this hotel was closing over Christmas.

The hotel is in a quiet area next to the train station and a big car park, very easy to reach. Great staff, big room, good beds, plenty food at breakfast. Would stay again!

The breakfast was amazing :)

1. The "reseptionist A" didn`t know where the name and the surname is in a Latvian passort and that lead to a missunderstanding and I was given another persons room and I was charged wrongly/more. Luckily we managed to fix this situation with "reseptionist B". 2. One can`t hear the noise from the street although it is possible to hear the neighbours in the room right next.

Pleasant stay in a classic hotel well located in Bergen

Classic style hotel in an excellent location. Next to the train station and easy access to town centre and Bryggen. Breakfast in an attractive room was varied and I thought good quality. Room was not large but had everything needed.
