朝食込の値段だと聞いていたのに素泊まりであの値段はかなりたかく同じ日付で金額みたけど 1泊1万違うのかなぜか疑問しかなく残念でした

cozy and great location!

Our stay in Shibuya was perfectly situated for exploring Tokyo, with easy access to subways, taxis, and a plethora of shopping and dining options nearby. While the room was cozy and quiet, it might feel a bit cramped if you have a lot of luggage and with kids who like to be together in the same room when resting. However the room has everything you need for the stay (tea kettle, soap, shampoo, extra toiletries, etc). Overall, the hotel provided a convenient and peaceful base in one of Tokyo's most vibrant districts. If you prioritize location and convenience over spacious accommodations, this hotel is an excellent choice for your stay in Tokyo.

The thermostat is set to 20C. We are a family that are used to colder conditions as we are always hot. I wish we had more flexibility to lower the temperature or have access to a fan.

Great location, small rooms.

Great location in Shibuya, right near the train station for outwards travel and literally round the corner from the famous Scramble Square. Plenty of shops near by as well should you need to go get something.

Room size is a bit on the small size, felt a bit cramped at times, also the sound proofing isn't always great, you can hear outside traffic if sirens are going off, but apart from that, it is what we expected.

Location is good, but it’s very old. If you carry 28” luggage has to watch out, not easy to access to underground “lobby”/ recep area. Only have small recep area underground , self check in and check out. Barely have the sense of being attended. Staff hardly show friendly.

La ubicación fue perfecta, el lugar super cómodo, limpio, cerca de una estacion de metro que te lleva al aeropuerto Narita en 25 min, todo muy bien!! Ideal para estar fuera todo el día y regresar a un lugar tranquilo, limpio, cómodo y el desayuno fue super completo, recomiendo ampliamente!

Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero se entiende que sean así porque es Tokio y dificilmente algo de este precio podría ofrecer algo más grande.

Excellent location for a hotel in Shibuya with friendly staff.

The location was amazing, right by Shibuya station, which made this hotel a perfect hub for Tokyo. The staff was very friendly and the room itself was a decent size. Our plane was delayed and the hotel staff were very accommodating with helping us store our luggage while we killed time in the city and the cleaning staff went above and beyond to help us find an item that was left in the room. I would recommend this hotel to friends and anyone who needs a central hotel in Shibuya.

The room's AC isn't very strong and so it was pretty warm in the summer. We stayed here two times while visiting Japan and we found that the 2nd room that we received was not as clean as the first. Dust on the headboard and found some snot in the sink. These details were pretty minor and personally didn't bother me but is a point to improve on.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. We were just 2 to 4 mins from Shibuya station. So it was a dream to go anywhere on the rail. A lot of the attractions in Shibuya and shopping areas like Omate Sando and Harajuku were walkable from the hotel. we were also just across the road from Shibuya sky tower.

The hotel is fairly old. So the air conditioning was not as effective. In summer especially after a whole day out, the room got very stuffy and warm. There was nothing that could be done about it. The hotel gave us a tiny oscillating fan and suggested that we could also open the windows. The fan helped with the situation so do request for it.

AMAZING stay!! The absolute best in terms of location in Tokyo! Big room, great facilities and staff

The location is the best available in Tokyo; next to Miyashita park, Shibuya square and all the train stations that you need. also a walking distance from Harajuku. The room was spacious and nice, and included everything I needed. The staff was very nice and helped me with my luggage and with getting Amazon and Kuroneko packages. I have zero complaints. If you are worried about Shibuya being noisy - don't. I stayed on the ninth floor and didn't hear a thing.

I can't think of anything.

Great location, rooms are small (as expected) but well-kept. Good value for money.

Location is excellent. Rooms are small and no-frills, but that's exactly as expected from a "business/budget" hotel in Japan. I booked a double room as a single person - couples may find the room too small, but again - this is the standard in this class. Staff was welcoming and helpful. One nice perk is the overhead projector you get instead of a typical TV, which comes with the usual apps - Youtube, Netflix, etc.

Comfortable hotel, great and lively location!

Hotel is an easy walk from Shibuya station which has many things for tourists. Eating, drinking, sightseeing. I think if you are coming to Tokyo for a few days the hotel is in a great location. Rooms aren't huge but they are adequate to put you case and move about.
