Not going again

Close to place of worship and accessible to shops

No proper house keeping- Multiple reminders later the room was not made the second day of our stay. I had to call in house keeping and force them to do it in my presence upon my return. Rude staff behaviour - Laundry services were taken and asked ro be added to the room bill but was refused by staff. They make the guests follow up back and forth to avail this privilege.

Very close to Masjid Al Haram. In house parking availability. Too much traffic and car accessibility difficulties.

Parking is paid. Breakfast option should be improved.

My stay was short but great, I am going to continue booking at Al Shohada for future stays.

First is the location near to Haram Second is the Car Parking Facility though it is paid parking Third the Lobby which is large and can handle large number of people. Fourth the Breakfast, it was excellent, the variety maintained is good. Fifth the staff, who were very cooperative.

Check-In time, if you can modify it to be 2 pm officially instead of 4 pm that will enhance the business. People want to check in after Dohar, cannot wait till 4 pm.

نظيف جداً وجميع الاحتياجات موجوده ومتعاونين ولطيفين جداً

بعيد عن الحرم مشي 10دقائق وخاصة بعد اداء العمرة

it was a hood experience to stay in al shohada hotel. We stayed for 1 night and it was near masjid al haram.

i like their toilet and shower

their escalator sometimes its off.

Staff, room size, value for money

The facility is getting a little older. I really enjoyed staying there pre-covid. The quality and cleanliness of their facility seem to have gone down. It is also a bit far from the Haram.

Ramadan Umrah stay

Special thanks to reception staff Mr.Khaled who accommodated our request regarding iftar/suhur. Luggage wrapping machine at reception was very affordable compared to the airport. Room service (ordering food) was good and fast

Room assigned was not city view as per the reservation. Pillows were not comfortable. Restaurant staff and supervisor lack hospitality skills

this was my 3rd time in this hotel. Last times it was really excellent, clean, breakfast delicious. but this time it was not good at all. Room carpet was wet in some places, the mattress was hard and breakfast wasn’t good. It didn’t seem like 5 stars hotel anymore

the elevator in the hotel were good and fast. the people working were kind and helpful.

the food in hotel was very expensive ex tea and coffee.

Good if you don't mind a hectic walk

The room was spacious and clean. Fatima at the front desk was very nice. Housekeeping staff also were nice. There was a barber in the hotel which was very convenient after Umrah.

Location is not that near from haram. The hotel is on a hectic street that is not nice to walk. The WiFi was always terrible & extremely slow! Not reliable at all. The maître d' at breakfast was not a nice guy not hospitable nor friendly, not even smiling at your face in the morning. Choices at the breakfast were very limited but food was not bad at all.
