Excellent stay.

Not much to dislike. Parking outside is a bit busy as waiting for taxi on a busy road can be noisy.

Brilliant room service the guy called Zakir looked after us in room service 5 star. Clean and tidy hotel.

Great value for money, nice hotel and near to the kabaah

The carpet hasld long hairs stuck to it from old guests, could have done better to clean it before I arrived.

Absolutely aanrader dit hotel.

Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk. Yahya was een suiker host die alles perfect maakte zoals gewenst. De kamers waren schoon dankzij mijn broeder uit Bangladesh. Ben helaas zijn naam vergeten. Personeel was ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Respect 🫡

Kan niks negatiefs verzinnen. Het hotel beviel op alle fronten.

Overall it was a good experience

It is located near the Mecca Haram, just a 5 to 10-minute walk away. The path includes a slight incline of around 200 to 300 meters, which can be easily managed with a leisurely walk.

Fair hotel, gret staff, clean

Clean room in aproximity to Mesjid. Ali, Nashed nad Marwa were really helpful Great staff.

AC in the room was too loud. It is an older technology and it is not possible to control the sound.

overall is wonderful but could be improved, staffs need to be more trained.

Staff are polite and very helpful. The place is clean enough however it could be even better to be well checked first before delivering the room to the client since I found used tissue paper on the floor.

internet access definitely need to be improved, even lack of phone signal from floor 7th. The hotel is quite close to Haram, but with inclination so would not be confortable for elder people.

Staff were very friendly and cooperative, especially front desk, Very good location, less than 10 minutes walk to Haram, nice room against price, Very supportive offering a free safe place to store luggage till I finished my prayer after check out, They accepted my request for late check out smoothly,

Pathetic and really bad

Their was nothing even a single thing to be liked.the locatuon was near but tough to go coz you have to go a steep and it very exhausting if you are with parents and children.they dnt offer any bus facility.they dnt have breakfast.there is no hotels for taking meals near by.the front desk was very rude and problamatic.only the cleaning staff was helpful and always do his duty.no telefone available in case you need sometging you have to go down and tell the front desk and then they will help you.i booked for 9 days but i checked out after 5 days.i will recommend to you please dnt stay at hibbatullah hotel.coz i was suffered alot and i dnt want anyone to suffer like me coz lot of people for umra.

The hotel is near the haram masjid by around 7-10 min walk The room was tidy and clean Fast checkin and check out

No room service cleaned our room or changed the towels The bathroom drainage was bad making the bathroom always full of water There is no sun light coming from the window

je recommande pour des personnes avec un budget moyen

La proximité au Haram (5min à pied), beaucoup de taxis passent par l’hôtel et plusieurs boutiques à proximité également, le personnel très sympa !

La salle de bain était un peu petite et il manquait des éléments tels qu’un sèche-cheveux par exemple, papier toilette, et il y avait des cheveux (sûrement des personnes qui étaient là avant nous)

The staff were pleasant and helpful. Particularly Taghreed. Location was up and down a steep hill which was not easy on a hot day or for people with knee issues. Taxis charged about 15 /20 sar to take to haram. Taxi easy to get

Saw 1 insect on a bed. Didn't see any more. No milk or creamer provided for tea. No coffee. Hunger Satation app didn't deliver or recognize the location of hotel. Poorly stocked baqala near the hotel and atm very far away from hotel. We ended up dining near Haram.
