كلمة حق مرافق الفندق فوق الجيدة شاملة النظافة والترحيب والتعاون من طاقم الفندق.

اولاً للاسف الوصف في إعلان الفندق غير مطابق للواقع،، حجزت إطلالة جزئية ليلة واحدة وللأسف لم تكن كذلك ولم تكن مطابقة للصور المعلن عنها فقط تستطيع رؤية جزء من جدران الحرم لتوسعة الملك سلمان،، موقع الفندق سئ جداً للأشخاص القادمين بمركباتهم والوصول للفندق صعب وغير دقيق،، المواقف برسوم 100 ريال لليوم الواحد وضيقة،، البوفيه لم يرتقي للطموح للاسف واعطيه 4/10 ولكن موقع الفندق يعتبر قريب من الحرم نوعا ما ولكن لا ينفع لكبار السن بسبب الطلوع الصعب للوصول للفندق المصيبة الأعظم أعمال الإنشاءات الملاصقة للفندق بمعنى اي نزيل بيحجز إطلالة للحرم الله يعينه على الإزعاج من بعد صلاة الفجر إلى غروب الشمس بالمختصر تجربة ليسة جيدة ولا انصح بها حالياً بما ان الإنشاءات قائمة والطرق المؤدية للفندق سئية ومغلقة

بعد وصول افاد بانه لايوجد حجز لدي علماً اني لدي رقم حجز مؤكد من بوكينق ولكن لا اعرف ماهو سبب

فقط اللي معه كبار سن الوصول للفندق يبي لك شوي ترقى كبري

The room was excellent

Very clean and presentable

Taxis have one route to enter for drop off and mostly the route is closed - the hotel did not provide staff to assist with the luggage from where the vehicle could not go past. I had to get other helpers off the street to help with our luggage to bring up to the hotel reception.

Reception clerks need more training.

Quite room Housekeeping are great. Prayer area is clean. Arabic coffee at Iftar time

1-Reception clerk’s are not a good listener on day 23 March am shift (female & male). I asked for the manager, but no response!!!. 2- Internet connection is bad 3- Food is average.

الفندق جميل بس الموقع سيء جدا متعب والغرفة الغوا البيبان اللي بين الغرف للخصوصيه

الفندق جميل من ناحية التصميم والخدمات ونشكر الاخ عبدالمجيد على القهوه الطيبه الله يعطيه العافيه

مافي خصوصية انصدمنا ان بينا وبين الغرفة اللي بجانبنا باب وصوتهم واضح مافي عازل ابد ولما طلبنا نغير الغرفة قال الموظف كل الغرف فيها باب يفصل بين كل غرفه وغرفه بس مقفل والغرفه العاديه ضيقه جدا لايغركم التصوير ضيقه وطلبنا ننقل جناح فرق صراحه

Wonderful hotel for family and group who are coming for Umrah/Hajj.

The hotel was me and very clean with friendly staff and nice breakfast.

There is no big issues to claim, only normal things, but in general nothing to say bad about the hotel.

خدمه ممتازه ونظافة ورائحة المكان والقرب من الحرم

أعجبتني النظافه وخدمتهم ممتازه وصاحب القهوه عبدالمجيد الله يعطيه العافيه كانت القهوه رائعه تجربه عائليه ممتازه الحمدلله ونعيد التجربه بإذن الله

الغلايه كانت غير نظيفه في احد الأجنحه

الوصول للفندق كان سهل كذلك استقبال الموظفين واخص الاستاذ علي الله يجزاه عننا خير خدوم وراقي كذلك الاخوان اللي بنقل الامتعة البشاشة وحسن التعامل وحرصهم على راحة النزلاء كذلك يوجد نقل للحرم لكن لم نحتاجه بحكم سهوله الوصول الى الحرم المكي

فقط موضوع مواقف السيارات اتوقع الافضل ان لم يكن مجاني للنزلاء يكون بسعر رمزي

Great Hotel value for money

Location is ok for younger people. Not for elderly or mobility issues. After coming and going from the Haram it can get hard even for younger or active people. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

Up hill walk back from the Haram is difficult. Especially after a few hours of completing Umrah. The construction work is still being done which can be unpleasant to see. But overall not a big issue.

Confort et proche du haram

Le personnel était aux petits soins, tout était propre et agréable. On était accueillis tous les jours avec du thé glacé et des dattes. Le petit déjeuner était parfait, très varié. La chambre était propre et très confortable. À 6 minutes à pied de la mosquée.

L’aller à pied est en descente, en revanche le retour est en montée. Ceci est un détail mais qui est à prendre en compte après 20km de marche. Le service de navette est bien présent mais leurs horaires sont incertains compte tenu de la circulation. Ceci est indépendant de l’hôtel évidemment.

If you want to spend your time in makkah. Shaza is the best hotel to stay.

The housekeeping staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and nice. The breakfast was outclassed. I love their services.

Excellent service, hope to come back soon.

The buffet breakfast was outstanding. Location is also quite good, a mere 5 minutes walk to haram. The walk back is a bit steep, though the hotel also offers a regular shuttle service from the hotel to Haram and back. Just make sure you are at the pick up point about 5 minutes before the stated time. Room has excellent air conditioning as well. Taxis are easily available from outside the hotel for going to miqat, train station etc. and the hotel staff are kind enough to negotiate with them on your behalf and get you a decent price.

The main road in front of the hotel is partially closed and is a one way. If you are coming by taxi or on a car, you cannot follow the path showed by google. You will have to make a detour to get to the hotel entrance.

Pek beğenilecek bir yanı yoktu

Otopark var ama yer yok dediler, rezervasyondaki bey oldukça kaba davrandı. Kahve makinesi bozuktu. Banyoda tek bir havlu vardı vs. Kabe-i muazzamaya yakında değil. Bir daha bu otelde kalacağımı düşünmüyorum.

Brilliant Hotel

Very clean hotel Breakfast selection was amazing & lots to choose from. Staff are helpful The wheelchair was accessible at the hotel which made life easier for the mother in law (The hotel is on a bit of a hill so going down is easy but coming back with a wheelchair is a really workout. But for everyone else is a good hotel) Bus service to the Haram Close to the Haram especially to the new extension

Food places/ resutrants are far from this hotel so you have take a bit of time out for it. The hotel is on a bit of a hill so going down is easy but coming back with a wheelchair is a really workout.

Incredible experience during stay in Shaza Mekkah

The view of masjidil haram and zam zam tower is really Clear seen from The room, and The room is really comfortable and clean. The furniture in room is modern with Arabic culture ornaments.

Great Location and Deal. Will prefer over Clock tower hotels on our next visits.

Breakfast was great and tasted better than competitors. Room was clean and had some fruits as well. We had a very late check in ( 8 am next day) and receptionist gave a favor by delaying checkout to 4 pm and it helped relax us after prayers in Medina the night before.

Everything was meeting expectations. The shuttle pick and drop times were strict though. We preferred walking short distance to Kaaba ourselves.
