Da localização

Reservei 2 suítes standard com cama de casal. Para nós deram um suíte para pessoa com necessidades especiais, um banheiro sem box, molhava o banheiro todo na hora do banho, sem tomadas elétricas no quarto. Para nossos amigos deram uma suítes com camas de solteiro, sem tomadas elétricas no quarto, chuveiro ruim.

Aangenaam en zorgeloos kort verblijf.

Vlotte check in/ check out. Correct personeel . Goede locatie. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Ruime kamer. Comfortabel bed. Praktische badkamer. Ideaal voor kort verblijf.

Koffie en thee werd gratis aangeboden in de kamer. Water echter te betalen. Geen shuttle van de luchthaven. Geen mogelijkheid early check in.

Ficamos decepcionados com o que vimos ofertado no site do Booking e o que presenciamos “in loco” neste hotel.

Localização

Péssimos estado de conservação e limpeza. Falta de ar frio no ar condicionado do apartamento que fomos instalados nas 3 primeiras noites.

Excelente hotel - Excelente ubicación

El desayuno es excelente, lo mismo que la ubicación. Es limpio y moderno. Como no pudieron darnos la habitación que habíamos reservado por un tema de capacidad del hotel, nos regalaron una cena de cortesía. La comida estaba exquisita. Estamos muy agradecidas

Estadia recomendável e muito agradável.

Cortesia e profissionalismo dos funcionários, principalmente dos recepcionistas Gastón e Kevin, limpeza e a localização do hotel, de frente para o rio e próximo ao centro histórico.

O café da manhã poderia ter uma maior variedade de itens. Os quartos, embora muito confortáveis, estão precisando de uma modernização.

MUY BUENA UBICACIÓN EN MONTEVIDEO VIEJO, FRENTE A LA RAMBLA, CERCA DEL CENTRO Y BAASTANTE CERCA DEL PUERTO. DEMASIADO LEJOS DEL MONTEVIDEO MÁS MODERNO DONDE ESTÁ EL CASINO, BUENOS RESTAURANTS, BARES Y CAFECITOS. BUENAS INSTALACIONES Y CÓMODAS HABITACIONES.

Se hecha de menos un buen restaurant y una buena barra. Es preferentemente un lugar para ir por trabajo.

Melhor opção em Montevideo!

Localização, estrutura do hotel, estrutura do quarto, vista (quarto superior ou acima) e café da manhã são excelentes! Toda a equipe de apoio também são muito atenciosos. Existe estacionamento no local sem custo adicional.

A ducha do quarto que fiquei era dupla mas apenas uma estava funcionando plenamente.

Amo Montevideo, el hotel NH es el que más me gusta. (salvo por los precios...)

Hubiera preferido una cama matrimonial, pero no había disponible en las habitaciones con vista al río, igualmente las camas fueron comodísimas, elegí ese hotel por el estacionamiento y el wi-fi, la ubicación, excelente, el desayuno, supremo. Salvo porque los dos primeros días, no funcionaban ni el aire acondicionado ni el televisor, lo demás fue excelente.

Que tardaron dos días para arreglar el aire acondicionado y cuando lo hicieron, empezó a refrescar, y el televisor, cuando lo arreglaron, ya no lo pudimos usar...

Buena hotel con fallas en algunos de sus servicios.

Desayuno bueno, Parking vigilado, ubicacion centrica.

Puro esgoto. Não recomendo.

Localização perfeita. Instalações muitos boas. Vista maravilhosa.

Ficamos três noites. Um dos quartos tinha um cheiro de esgoto tão forte, mas tão forte que foi impossível ficar confortável. Tampamos os ralos e não resolveu. Pedi providências duas vezes e fomos, literalmente, ignorados. Lamentável!

If I return to Montevideo, for sure I will no come back to this hotel

the good thing is the location

the building is old and the room is with no maintenance. The bathroom need an urgent renewal. Is not a 4 stars hotel. Bad relation between price and services

Good place to stay for a weekend, very quiet and good location in historic centre

Location is good if you are looking for a place near the city centre. The area remains empty after working hours and during the weekends, it feels very safe though Staff is very friendly and helpful and can give you good recommendations The view from my room was great as it looks to the sea They have check out until 12 pm, very much appreciated

Regarding breakfast there is big room for improvement, in my opinion very poor quality and little variety for an NH Hotel, I recommend you to have breakfast elsewhere instead It is a bit far from nice sand beaches

Don’t stay here, maybe chose Hotel Palacio where we better had stayed.

Terrible - don’t trust the name of an international hotel chain or the four star rating - the photos don’t reflect the current state. Everything is run down for years. Filthy air conditioning, carpets, appliances. Dirty toilets at the breakfast restaurant. Only the lobby had a makeover. Breakfast even topped the disappointment, from broken coffee machine to apple-crisp potato tortilla to awful dry watermelon. Note: all family rooms are not facing the waterfront and don’t feature the living room that is shown in the last picture.
