Sehr netter Empfang, top Lage, alles sauber . Frühstück in Preis-Leistung gut, auf Wünsche würde eingegangen. Wir werden dort auf jeden Fall wieder nächtigen.

Ausstattung und Rezeption mangelhaft

Die Lage (ist ziemlich nahe am Rathaus Spandau und es liegen 4 Lokale um die Ecke), sowie das man die Zimmerkarte nicht für den Strom stecken lassen muss.

Die Einrichtung: das Bad war zuerst unbeheizt, als ich dann einen Heizkörper am 2. Tag erhielt, ist dieser immer ausgegangen, wenn ich das Licht im Bad ausgeschaltet habe. Der Fernseher hat erst gar nicht funktioniert, später dann mit ständigen Rauschen, verzerrt und teilweise ohne Bild, auch ohne richtige Fernbedienung. Der Service: Der Mann an der Rezeption war oft unfreundlich, hat Andeutungen gemacht, dass die Probleme mit dem Fernsehgerät durch Einstellungen, welche ich vorgenommen haben, soll gekommen wären (dies hätte ihm der Techniker in ihrer Sprache gesagt), obwohl man mit der Fernbedienung nur die Sender vor und zurück wechseln sowie den Ton lauter/ leiser und ausschalten konnte. Es war überhaupt nicht möglich, damit die Einstellungen von dem TV-Gerät zu verändern. Außerdem behandelte er ältere (ausländische) Gäste besser/ respektvoller. Er war nur bis jeweils 21 Uhr da, ist aber manchmal schon früher gegangen (bei meiner Anreise war die Rezeption unbesetzt, obwohl ich 20:50 Uhr dort war). Das Frühstück war auch keine 12€ zusätzlich pro Tag wert: es gab keine große Auswahl (kein Müsli oder warme Milch), die gekochten Eier waren meist um 9 Uhr schon kalt (das Frühstück gab es bis 10 Uhr dort), das Gemüsse, wie Paprika, Tomaten, saure und grüne Gurken, sahen überhaupt nicht frisch aus (schmeckten auch nicht so), sondern als ob sie schon seit mehreren Tagen da liegen. Es gab auch keine Honig und ich bekam nur am letzten Tag Rührei. Die ersten beiden Tage wurde kein Bett gemacht, sondern nur die Handtücher teilweise gewechselt. Das Bad war sehr klein.

it's okay for the price; close to station, some shops and bars are around that area, wifi was great, a supermarket was nearby too

!!!the staff doesn't speak any English, it's the main disadvantage, we couldn't communicate anything at all, either choose a different hotel or learn German!!!!!!!!!!! it's quite far from the center, prepare to spend around 40 minutes by train one way and more than 1 hour to the airport walls are thin and you can hear other people, doors opening

I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

0 comfort for the price paid. The room was super small. Funnily enough they did not even have coffee and shampoo, which are usually provided. This is not a hotel to stay.

Nothing !!!

We expected a hotel located in a quiet area. Couldn't sleep at night due to very horrible noise from the street until late at night. There was no air condition in the room. The room was generally dirty, they left old forgotten food in the fridge, the bathroom was dirty. We wanted breakfast at 8am, we were advised not to come for breakfast until 9am, because it is the "weekend". The staff were unfriendly and we did not feel comfortable as guests. We really do not recommend this hotel if you want to sleep at night, clean room and breakfast as you need.

Perfect place to stay in Spandau, Berlin.

We booked the basic rooms as we really only needed a bed for the night and breakfast. I have stayed in places where the standard rooms were much more basic. Everything about this little hotel was great, from the friendly arrival, the comfortable rooms, to the cheery welcome in the breakfast room, and the breakfast itself. Will definitely stay again!

I really can not think of anything I did not like. For the very reasonable price, it was perfect - just what we needed. Thank you :)

Clean, comfy hotel with friendly staff and good location

Very friendly staff, the room was very clean as well as the bathroom - spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet so I could finally get a good night sleep.

The shower is a little bit small but it wasn't a major issue.
