Mit Auto jederzeit wieder !

Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer im EG mit einem super Bad und Terrasse. Alles war behinderten gerecht. Ob das nur dieses Zimmer war, oder ob alle so ausgestattet sind, entzieht sich unserer Kenntnis. Die Lage ist super ! Direkt am Wasser, still, idyllisch, tolles Frühstück.

So gut uns die Lage gefiel, so schwierig ist sie , wenn man ohne Auto reist: 1 Buslinie aus der Stadt, die vor 20:00 h abends dort ankommt … ohne Taxi o.ä. geht da ab Endstation SBahn abends nichts mehr.

Gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war super und reichhaltig. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und direkt am See. Das Hotel sollte man weiter empfehlen.

Die Außenanlage sollte vielleicht mal überdacht werden.

Das erste und das letzte mal.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker.

Es gab keinerlei Vorabinformationen das man auf dem Balkon auch nicht Rauchen durfte. Da ich im Sommer vorigen Jahres schon gebucht hatte, wäre es sinnvoll gewesen von Booking com eine Information zu senden., bzw. vom Hotel. Wir hätten dann umgehend storniert. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch überteuert und nicht zu genießen. Es wurde in Gläsern serviert wo das Essen heiß gemacht wurde und sehr verbrannt war Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Ich habe mich rundherum wohl gefühlt.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist einfach nur schön, auch wenn man auf den Wald schaut. Das Frühstück ist üppig und die Atmosphäre gemütlich. Der Preis ist absolut angemessen und ich freue mich auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

The restaurant is closed on Monday’s, yet surprised that you can’t even get a cup of coffee or thee as well…

Staff very nice and welcoming

My beddrom was full of mosquitoes. We leave on the door to clean the room and at the end of the day, the room was exactly the same. Also, we needed to do our own bed when we arrive, that's not normal.

Speaking of activities, the hotel's location in the heart of the forest was an absolute delight. I love jogging, and the opportunity to do so amidst such natural beauty was an exceptional experience. Berlin's Hidden Gem

Beautiful large room with balcony overlooking a quiet garden and fabulous lakeview. Situated on a quiet cove on a large lake surrounded by huge trees filled with chirping birds.

Complimentary morning coffee instead of being charged high prices for cappuccinos from the automatic machine would have been very nice.

Superb

The room had a lake view. The nature around the hotel is magnificent. Waking up to the birds singing and a nice walk is what recharges me. If you are lucky, you can rent a bike directly at the hotel.

The (only) bus 218 doesn't run between 19:15 and 9 and the way from the S station to the hotel is really dark. I counted about 10 lamps (during the 35-minute walk). I also was't lucky and out of 3 available bikes, two were booked and 1 had a flat tire.

Hotel with no facilitis except TV and very slow wifi no restaurant for 2 days and after 10pm

very bad very slow wifi you can almost only watch Youtube videoes anything else is difficult and slow, no tea/coffee making tool, no kettle, no refregirator in the room, restaurant is closed 2 days Sunday and Monday all other days until 10 pm only , while the location is nice in landmark and view (river and green hills) but being so far from city (in west end Berlin) most shops don't make delivery to there , I found only one turkish shop delivers there, no room service, no tour guide or any pamphlet to tell you the intersting places / areas to visit and how to get there, room terrace has no light.

In a super position overlooking River Havel. Good walks from the door. Ample parking. Balcony had view of river and forestry. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Well stocked breakfast bar

Terrible check in. The young man at the reception could not care less, could hardly speak or look at the guests. It was not personal though, we noticed it too by the couple before us.

Nice location in woods on a lake shore. Good breakfasts and dinners in the hotel restaurant. There is a public transport to the city (didn't use). Free parking. Easy connection to the shopping areas and city centre.

Excellent location. Good coffee. Nice and helpful staff; even if some of them don't speak English, they tried their best.

All signs and notes are in German. Is understandable as over 90% of the clients are German but, as long as the hotel is on Booking.com and open to foreigners, some English signs will be really helpful. To know to hang the sign on the door if you need fresh towels, for example... Also the menu on the restaurant is only in German.
