Visit was to experience Old San Juan within the old Spanish style buildings.

We were given the codes and allowed to check in early. Liked the location and the balconies over looking the street. Walking to most locations in Old San Juan. No beach towels or beach chairs were in our room, However, the attendant doing painting on the rooms was helpful and provided the towels and chairs. We did visit the closest beach but did not make it to Condado beach because of rain.

The construction inside at times and the dishes should be washed even if not used by the previous guest.

If you have balcony suite, it can be a little noisy friday and sat nights. Other nights are fine.

Great place but there needs to be better, insulated doors to lessen the street noise.

Great location, clean, and staff was responsive

We picked the place for the great location. However, given that it was on a busy street and right above a bar, it was extremely noisy at night. The balcony doors had no insulation. You could hear people coughing downstairs. The noise made it impossible to sleep.

Short 4 day stay; beaches at Escambron and Pinones.

Right in the heart of Old San Juan. Nearby parking: Las Puntillas. Have breakfast at La Mallorca and supper at Jibarito. Both a few minutes away walking.

Location was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Host was responsive via messages. would definitely stay again.

A little street noise at night, but hey it’s Puerto Rico during spring break! Enjoy the atmosphere!

Outstanding location just a few steps from the Plaza and close to everything. It was nice to find a place with an elevator.

The location was great right in the center, balconies were a great feature.

Great location if you want to be in the middle of all the action.

Location is great! And owner is easy to get ahold of.

The shower was tricky to use and hot water didn’t last more than a couple minutes.

The building is great, great accommodation, has a fridge/microwave/stove good enough for the weekend and everyth

Property is great, near the parkings and has a pharmacy/market right next to the building which is great for last minute errands if staying for the night

The only thing I dislike was the people in the streets were so loud on a normal Saturday night till 3am. I can’t imagine what it can be during a festive weekend, you would have to be awake in a party till 3 for you to be so tired that you could pass out

The apartment and the facilities are excellent, good control and security . The only think is located near a bar for young people and is noisy. Its safe its only noisy you have to adapt for sleep.

Pricey but nice place to stay in old San Juan.

Centrally located. Lovely balconies. Very spacious.Airco in every room.

The sofa bed turned out to be an air matress. The extra costs make it quite expensive.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Old San Juan

Location, sparkling clean apartment, comfortable for 4 people, nice shower, plenty of towels and shampoos.

Street noise into 4am, kitchen has all what you need for cooking, but at minimalistic scale

Property hosts were very responsive and helpful. Location makes it easy to get to tourist attractions.

There is a bar next door and street noise was a little bothersome on a Friday night. Would still stay here again. Positives outweigh any negatives for this property.
