Schönes renoviertes, freundliches Hotel inmitten der Natur.

Hotel liegt außerhalb der Stadt in wundervoller Lage in der Natur. Ideal für Kinder. Schöne freundliche, helle, geräumige Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick. Badezimmer neu. Gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum mit viel Holz. Hotel ist neu renoviert. Frühstück sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Excelente Hostal

Ambientado con madera muy bonito, la sala de arriba muy linda y buena vista. El desayuno muy personalizado, variado y muy bueno. La atención muy buena, todos muy amables. Habitación muy limpia. Muy linda vista. Usamos en 4 dias solo una vez la tv que tiene muchos canales, pero pequeña. Tiene wifi. Esta un poquito lejos del centro, pero aun asi esta bien ubicada. En proceso de ampliación, asi que se ve un poco desordenado por las ventanas de abajo hacia la parte de atras, podrian de momento colocarlas unos poster de patagonia en las ventanas. (solo una idea). En general muy buen hostal. Lo recomiendo y volveria otra vez.

Perfect verblijf

De vriendelijkheid en enorme hulp dat ik mocht ontvangen van het personeel en eigenaar,ook al spreken ze geen Engelsen ik geen Spaans op te lossen met translater ,ik had veel en grote bagage bij en aangezien de kamers niet gelijkvloers zijn ,hebben zij deze naar boven gedragen , op een avond had ik geen eten en heb ik een groot stuk taart gekregen ,je kan dag en nacht koffie of thee nemen ,ik had een mooi uitzicht ,er is ook een grote lees ,zitruimte ,het was er zeer verzorgd !!

Ver van het centrum en van eetgelegenheden ,wel grote supermarkt over de deur ,een taxi naar het centrum is 3000 chileense pesos ,naar de luchthaven heb ik 12000 ch pesos betaald .

Comfortable, clean hostal with nice staff and a wonderful breakfast

The hostel was extremely clean and beautiful. There is a comfortable sitting room/hangout area above which has an excellent view of the mountains. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. There was no noise at all from any other people staying here. The breakfast was excellent with coffee, brownie cake, and toasted ham and cheese and salami.

If you are walking it is hard to get to. The last 200 meters you have to walk through mud and stuff to get here. However, I believe it is much nicer to walk on the opposite side of the street.

The perfect spot to rest & recharge

Very comfortable, clean & well equipped. Very friendly staff who went above & beyond to help at all times. Great breakfast too - we didn't want to leave! A handy well-stacked shop just across the road was useful. Great communal lounge with 270 Deg views across the sea & mountains.

A little far to walk into town - not a problem if you have a car/bicycle.

Cosy motel

Room and hotel is cosy and bedding was amazing. Simple breakfast, free parking and absolutely amazing and helpful staff. Young male receptionist was extremely helpful and kind helped with all of the questions and made us feel welcomed. Hotels need more people like him.

Absolute Recomendation, if you don‘t mind walking a little

the place itself is amazing for the price I paid. i got a private room and bathroom and free breakfast which was amazing, the staff was very helpful, dedicated and friendly as well

You have to walk a while from the city center and because of a construction site there is no walkway at the last 200 metres

Quiet hotel just out of Puerto Natales

Very nice staff at the hotel who are always keen to help. Nice hot shower (although did try to shower at 5am one morning before trekking and there was no hot water!)

I found the barking dogs a little intimidating when you enter the property at reception and they bark endlessly at you (through a glass window). The location is quite far out of the town and is approx a 40mins walk so may be better suited if you have a car. Breakfast is ok but may be nice to have some fresh coffee.
