Great location/room/breakfast.

Great location, especially for Messe München. Close to restaurants and shops. The hotel and the room were clean, quiet, comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with lots of options. Friendly staff.

Für den Besuch einer Veranstaltung auf dem Messegelände sehr geeignet.

Wir waren zum Adele-Konzert angereist. Der Weg dorthin war fußläufig zu erreichen, was der Grund für die Wahl des Hotels war. Das Frühstück war gut, aber für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Die Übernachtungskosten betrugen das 4-fache gegenüber anderen Tagen ohne Adele-Konzert.

I do not recommend anymore this hotel.

I stay in the past here and it was ok, that it was the reason to come back...the hotel is close to our business. With the car you have 15 min to Munich center where you can find more attraction and a lot of restaurants.

Now let's start with our problem's...I book a room for one adult and two kids. I receive a smaller room without extra bad. We go to reception, they replace with another but the heating system doesn't work...I called the reception again, they checked the system and it was faulty... they apologized and changed our room for the third time, but this time with one without windows... very disappointing, I went down to the reception where I had a discussion with the manager who in the end gave us a normal room! For all the inconvenience, which was quite unpleasant, as we traveled over 1000 km that day, they offered us free breakfast even though we had it included in the room price, which was not a small one. The surprise came at the end when I checked out, the receptionist not applying anything the superiors said. I didn't expect a reward but only the excuses that were normal for all the discomfort. We will definitely not come back here and I don't recommend it either.

Kahvaltisi zengindi, personel ilgili ve güleryüzlü idi. Metroya yakindi. Oda gayet yeterli ve temizdi. Yatak çok rahattı. Ben beğendim. Bir daha yine münich e gelirsem kalmak isterim.

Sadece bana göre yastıklar çok yumuşaktı.

Ticks all the boxes but a little pricey!

Friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast (but what's with the tiny plates?) Perfect location if you're attending the messe for a trade show - it's across the road, as is a large shopping centre. Good AC and spacious rooms with good work area.

Overgrown and unkept Gardens and outside areas. Shower overflowed and saturated the entire bathroom. However they mopped it out immediately. Business prices for simple things like a water and or a coffee.

Worst experience of my life and this coming from someone who travels every second week and has been all around the world

The location was the only good thing

Everything, the staff, facilities, no professionalism, no where near to what a 4 star hotel should be. Every half an hour there was someone knocking on the door and trying to get in. The cleaning staff smelled horrible. The carpets were dirty and we are talking about the best available room in the hotel. It’s a mess

Praktisches und gut ausgestattetes Business Hotel

Ein sehr gutes Frühstück, und die Lage direkt zur Messe und zum Konferenzcenter ist praktisch. Das Restaurant hat eine kleine Auswahl, ist aber gut und einigermassen typisch bayerisch. Das WLAN war sehr schnell und stabil, lobenswert für ein Hotel..

Das Zimmer ist für ein Business Hotel gut, allerdings kann man nicht sitzen und arbeiten, das ist kaum möglich.

Die Executive Lounge wurde trotzt mehrfachen Bitten nicht aufgefüllt oder sauber gemacht. Obwohl die Lounge extra kostet in der Zimmer Kategorie. Beim Frühstück im Hotel gab es Brötchen vom Vortag. Mehrfach auf Allergiker Bettwäsche hingewiesen vor Anreise. Leider nicht bekommen. Erst nach einem Allergie Anfall wurde diese getauscht.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ganz okay, Sauberkeit könnte besser sein.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal, gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

Mäßige Sauberkeit des Zimmers, alter Teppich voller Flecken, Schreibtisch und Stuhl mit weißl. Flecken übersät. Wir wurden ständig vor neun Uhr vom Reinigungspersonal geweckt, das war sehr störend. Nicht jeder steht im Urlaub um 07:00 Uhr auf!

Very clean very nice people in reseption Nice reach breakfast good location if you need to be in the Messe for the day.

They did not answer my mail asking about public transportation to the hotel and i had to take taxi The snaks of mini bar had no note that they are not complimentory they were just there on the table near complimantry soda and water that did have a note and a coffe machin.- made every thing confusing... so i ended up not using any of it...

Disappointing

Breakfast buffet was good but not as comprehensive as it had been previously. Staff were friendly and helpful.

First room had been serviced and made ready and reeked of cigarette smoke. Second room had defective vanity mirror and cover hanging off junction box behind it. Restaurant is no longer a restaurant but a buffet and previously had been excellent, now sadly very over priced for mediocre food forcing more people to use the Bavarian bar and restaurant which was heavily over subscribed. Housekeeping needs to be improved, very dirty glasses just turned over complete with beer stains to the inside and replaced as if clean etc etc, generally a lot worse that previous stays. Overall disappointed at how it had dropped in standard across the board from previous visits for what was not a cheap room locally.
