Nothing, TV did not work. Transferred me to another room, no hot water to shave, no plugs for the sinks. Toilet flushed sometimes. Cracks not filled, grouting has been replaced with mould.
The screaming started just after 3 am on both nights.
The staff acted like what are you talking about.
Everything in the sleazy area, Don't ever allow single women to book this property.
I am staying at the Andeo Suites, and the difference is impossible to explain for such a momentum difference, from proper sheets not that micro fibre rubbish, like you could imagine some street people being forced to live in.

La chambre est suffisamment grande pour une nuit et il y’a quelques équipements pour cuisiner.
Les lieux ne sont pas propres, l’eau sent mauvais, les draps n’étaient pas très propres avec un trou de cigarette sur la housse du matelas, on entend tous les bruits environnants (motos, toux et TV du voisin…) et pour finir le logement est situé dans un endroit pas vraiment safe de Clark, notre taxi nous a parlé de vols et il y avait des barbelés à toutes les maisons. Bref nous avons très mal dormi !

Other hotels in the area on booking.com have recently dropped their pricing and 1-2 are better value like enamora studios which are better quality, a/c, good fridge even a washing machine and pool.

Charged us ₱500 for arriving late at night, after 11pm, had a bitch about it to the owner, great guy apologized as it isn’t noted in the rules and policies on the internet. Apparently manager has to get out of bed to let you in and needs to be compensated, fair enough. Owner was kind enough to give us a free night at another of his apartments which was very good of him. The ₱500 (5 minutes to hand us a key)was a bit sus seeing they now have noted on their page it’s ONLY ₱200 should this occur.

smells cockroach and ad photos are way different from the actual, didn't stay even for 10 minutes and moved out, staff didn't even offer an alternative, paid in full but never used the room.

There was no breakfast or coffee. This is primarily a hotel designed for FILIPINOS. MOST AMERICANS will NOT LIKE THIS PLACE. (I am a TRAVEL WRITER now, but in past days I WORKED IN PRISONS--a CO3.) I NO LONGER WORK IN PRISONS!! Nor do I want to SLEEP IN ONE...THIS PLACE REMINDS ME OF A PRISON!! YOU have TWO GATES here for SECURITY. The FIRST GATE REMINDS ME OF A PRISON w/ a LOUD CLANG when U open and shut it w/ your KEY. IT'S VERY LOUD. (2nd gate is your ROOM DOOR KEY.) The COOKWARE PROVIDED is a PLUS as you can cook your food--save some $$$ in that way.
BUT, for me, the DOWNSIDES of this place OUTWEIGH any good. "BORING and BASIC" would be my words to describe it.

The TWO GIRLS who came to my ROOM as I was finishing my PACKING were very RUDE mentioning that they were going to CHARGE ME another DAY because I was 15 minutes LATE on my CHECK OUT.
ASK YOURSELF...DO I REALLY NEED THIS to save a few dollars?
SPEND A BIT MORE...STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Your Choice...

Nothing was acceptable. No service. Lack of response to needs. I liked nothing. How much more can I say? I would give it zero stars if I could.
Cockroaches all over in the room, on and in the bedding. Asked to have the room sprayed for insects...no one ever came to spray. Woke up every morning with cockroaches in and on the bed with me. The "kitchen" was almost non-existent. Old pots and pans. Kitchen cabinets, sink, counters were infested with cockroaches. The water was extremely stink...smelled like sulfur. I hesitated to take a shower but had no choice. Came out smelling like stink sulfur! Don't even think about drinking the water! Never smelled water like that. This was the dirtiest place I ever stayed at in my 67 years.

I lasted 3 hours here. Absolutely nothing. Room was bad. Windows would not close properly. Door would not lock properly. The area was nasty and it looked nothing like the pictures that were posted online. Staff was horrible as well. Do not stay here!!!!!

I sincerely believe that what I read about the issue of water is very exaggerated, I had very good attention from all the staff, I highlight Niki's good work, and the studio has a value for money and location of 10. I would return and recommend it.

Location was walking distance from malls but far enough to be quiet. Food and convenient stores were available nearby. Parking was ok. Looked safe for walking at night.
Water from faucets and shower has a smell of rust. Looks like it's been a long long time since the water tank was cleaned or pipes were flushed. Smell sticks to ur body the whole day.I didn't take a second shower bought a big bottle of mineral water for brushing and washing.

The bed is very comfortable. It is spacious, and the air conditioner was good.
Netflix is having an error message, cannot use the TV. The caretaker said they will call facility to have it fix, we waited but no one came. After 5 hours they sent a message while my phone died. see if we would like to be transferred to different room. they should have checked if everything is working before we checked in. we planned on watching series on Netflix. our trip was legit ruined. bathroom was legit dirty.

At the last minute before boarding my plane to Clark told me they gave my room away that I reserved and tried to force me into a lesser hotel. I refused and threatened to call Booking.com so they put me in a residential place instead demanding over $10,000 pesos in cash up front plus 200 extra per day because it was supposedly nicer. Very rude to me on the exit telling me to leave at noon when I said my flight was late did not try to accommodate me at all. I had to walk around with my bags all day. Horrible treatment from these people. I do NOT recommend them!

Water and the increase of rate when infact we stay already for 2dat then because of Christmas day they almost triple the rate and lastly they don't give a discount for pwd here in philippines a pwd need to receive a 20% discount by law

It has complete cooking set for family to dine. The CR is clean and has hot and cold shower. It also has refrigerator and smart TV with Netflix and YouTube.

We liked that it's close to SM City Clark and Dau/Genesis bus terminals. The room was enough for us since it's just a quick stay in Pampanga. They also provided bath towels, toilet tissue paper, small soap and a sachet of shampoo. Electric kettle was also a big plus for us since we love drinking coffee anytime of the day. Coffee cups and cutlery were provided. Working mini bar fridge was also there. Wifi connection was superb and netflix was also available.🥰 We were in rm#309.
The only downside was the toilet bowl flushes very very slow. We had to flush it a lot of times until it's all gone. The water was also a bit smelly specially in the shower, but it was okay.
All in all it was a great stay. Still 10/10 since everything we needed was here. We will definitely come back again.👍👍👍

My 2 years old baby got sick on this property the washroom is something but dirty the water is disgusting the plates any kitchens stuffs you cannot trust them they’re just disgusting.. I booked for 2 weeks or more ? But I am noted stayed 2 nights I need to get out of this place coz my baby got sick on this property ..

The room was cheap with great facilities, huge TV, WiFi and Netflix that's already set up so you can watch without your own account. It has kitchen area with sink and facilities
The staff are not the friendliest, don't expect any smiles or conversation not even a how are you. The shower is disgusting and the water that comes out smells like sewage water and the pressure and temp isn't great. The water made my skin smell and I feel it contributed to me becoming ill after. Checkout is bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang no smiles no good morning, just a woman with an attitude saying 150 extra for every hour. The place is set out like a prison and is secure like a prison. The towels are a joke, dirty little green hand towels with rips and stains on!

Location is not far from SM and the bus station.
However, the property is in the alley and can be quite quiet in the night.
- I requested for airport shuttle, but got no confirmation. They just sent auto-message with the location on Google Map.
- When I arrived at the airport and found no one, the airport staff and I kept trying to call the property for very long time and got no response. I had to take Grab by myself in the end.

There was no water at times for shower. Non drinking water. The shower was leaking.
There was cockroaches 🪳 bugs. No safety deposit box. They even ask to leave passport when had to get my rent, said NO. Left my ID.
There no proper locked on door for safety, then 1 door twist lock no main padlock.
Bed was not good, Left half time what I paid for, move to better Hotel in Town.
It's dark location to walk in and out at night time.
No proper security Camera for building floor for tourist.
