Staff were lovely

Thin sheets. Cold in bed no.spare blanket. Hot shower tap in odd awkward position. It's pointing at your arm as you turn on so get either cold or burning hot blast up arm

Adequate room, but not great.

Location was nice. Not far from downtown and relatively quiet area.

No hot water. I was told to let water run for 15 minutes which is such a waste. Bad echo in the hotel when guests are noisy after hours. Some rooms only had windows that were accessible from walkway, so I didn't feel secure leaving the window open to cool off the room when I wasn't in it.

Very comfortable stay - just what I needed to rest and recharge

Comfy bed - refillable water - clean room and bathroom - warm water for shower - WiFi is ok Perfect place to recharge batteries and get a good sleep Location is also only 5 ish minutes walk from the centre which is great

my first booking online because of Mexican immigration. Nice location and quiet. 5th time in San Cristobal. Nice place to rest up for more traveling. word

The staff do not speak English, but why should they? They still were attentive to me when I needed something.

Location and size of the rooms.

Wish people would do their dishes as soon as they finish eating.

Good location

The room was really tiny and the bed was almost at the floor. The only window the room had was facing the hallway and ever time someone walked there a bright light woud go on and light up our entire room. There was also a beeping alarm going off every 30 seconds that they said they could not turn off. All and all, it suffices if you are just passing through for one night but I would recommend going to another hotel.

The Dulce Luna was exactly where I needed to be in San Cris

The location is exactly where I like to stay in San Cris.

As a critique, it’s a nice clean place with comfortable beds and a very busy cleaning staff. They always seem to be around. I plan on coming back. So I can’t complain about the Luna Dulce.

Good value for money.

Pretty much, everything was fine. The staff was kind, allowed us to occupy the room earlier! The place is close to transport (ADO) and restaurants. Good value for money.

The wifi was very weak in the room.

great location, parking on the street, nice staff, reasonably quiet.

we couldn’t get any hot water but it may have been us being silly!

Good staff.quick checkin Everything you need.complimentary water everyday.cleaning everyday. Comfortable bed lots of worm blankets.

All was satisfactory. No complaints. Would go there again
