Ideal si solo necesitas pasar una noche

La ubicación por temas prácticos ya que está al lado de la plaza y estación de autobuses.

Las toallas y que no tomaron en cuenta que éramos tres personas.

Absolutamente nada el trato pésimo ni siquiera me ayudaron a subir mi equipaje, personal de limpieza se metió estando nosotros dentro del cuarto, las camas truenan, el escusado no funciona y el personal de recepción parece que todo el tiempo andan de malas definitivamente no volvería a hospedarme ahí jamás

No me gustó

La ubicación del hotel es buena.

El olor desde que entras no es agradable y realmente deteriorado por falta de mantenimiento, la pintura y limpieza de ventanas.

El hotel muy comodo cuando vas a Tuxtla Gutierrez con ADO/OCC.

El hotel está cerca de la terminal ADO y de la plaza Las Americas donde puedes encontrar muchos comedores y Soriana. ¡Y puedes comprar maletas también!

Para ir al hotel de la terminal de autobuses ADO, necesitas salir a la calle porque no hay paso dentro del edificio. Cuando tienes dos maletas grandes, es difícil. (Pero dos otros hoteles estan mas lejos).

Un hotel que podría ser mejor

La ubicación esta muy bien, tiene una plaza comercial a un lado. El desayuno es muy rico, el huevo si es huevo 😅. El personal es MUY AMABLE. Y a diferencia de otros comentarios que he visto, mi habitación tenía agua caliente, secadora y plancha. El agua caliente no era hirviendo, pero si estaba caliente.

Las instalaciones si están muy descuidadas, paredes de los cuartos sucias, muebles viejos. La habitación si es muy amplia, nada que ver con el Sleep Inn de Tijuana, pero si le falla el mantenimiento y la limpieza de las instalaciones.

El desayuno y la ubicación

Levantar el bufet a la hora que es ya que uno va a descansar y baja 15 mn antes de las 10 sólo tomar algo y ya lo están levantando cuando el horario dice que es a las 10 me toco un huésped molesto porque le iba a. Negar el servicio y el dijo que aún faltaba para las 10. De lo demás ok.

Easy access and helpful staff at check in.

Very dirty old rooms. Bath room seems not be cleaned each time, there was even some poop on the toilet!!! The hotel in general is very old and needs to be renovated. Definitely the worst accommodation we have stayed in during our 3 weeks trip through Mexico!

nothing the place was not what I expected the staff was rude I will not recommend anyone to stay take your money elsewhere

the rooms didn’t have blankets the restroom didn’t have tels the restroom door didn’t close the toilet didn’t work there was no hot water

A great journey

Breakfast was delicious and well served. The room was neat and nice. I asked for an interview Xtra plastic chair to take a shower and it came fast.

It was noisy at night. I couldn't really sleep. The TV ia extremely small and the air conditioning didn't cool the room.

It doesn't look like on pictures at all

Very close to bus station and supermarkets. Good choice only for one night stay for people travelling to another places, eg. San Cristobal de la Casas.

- old and dirty building, - clogged toilet, - problems with water in the morning (very low pressure, so it's almost impossible to take a shower), - very very bad breakfast, - dirty walls, - dirty, rusty and moldy shower, - too pricey comparing to quality

Location near ado bus station. And 24 hours reception.

Maintenance leaves much to be desired. Especially the bathroom. And no reply to my question whether we could check in after 0.00 hours

This is a good, cheap place, highly recommened for ADO travellers

Good cheap place for staying one or two nights, with breakfast included. The hotel is located few minutes on foot from the ADO station, which is a plus. The wi-fi works pretty well.

Bed was comfortable besides the stained linens.

The shower had no hot water tried late at night and in the morning nada the front desk told me to run it for 10 minutes I ran it for 20 nothing also the the rooms walls where covered in stains with drywall patched that were not finished the owner of this hotel needs to spend a buck and fix the hot water and pay for a paint job.
