Angenehmes ruhiges Quartier

Angenehmes Zimmer mit einem Ventilator der die Hitze aushaltbar gemacht hat, ohne zu laut zu sein (angenehme sanfte Dauerlüftung) - der beste Ventilator, den ich je erlebt hatte.... Vorhänge, die relativ gut verdunkelten, gute Matratzen - weder zu weich noch zu hart. Äußerst zuvorkommende und freundliche Mitarbeiter - so herzliche (und nicht nur geschulte) Freundlichkeit findet man nicht häufig. Ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten (so gut wie keine Verkehrsgeräusche). Kostenloser Parkplatz im Hof. Gutes Frühstück zum günstigen Preis (9,90!), schöne Terrasse zum draußensitzen.... Ich begleitete meine Frau zum Krankenhaus und so war die Lage - 5 min zum Krankenhaus vom Dritten Orden ideal. Ich komme gerne wieder! Vielen Dank

Great location close to Nymphenburg, silent neighborhood and easy to find a parking place. The breakfast is great with many choices.

The hotel is a bit far away to the S-bahn station, if you want to go into the city center. You have to pay 4.5 euro for a cup of tea or even hot water at the breakfast time, which we didn't know before we check out the room. Wish to have a more transparent information about price before we make the order.

Cozy hotel with great staff and breakfast

I stayed in a single ocupancy room, it was super cozy and comfortable. Very calm and silent spot. Amazing breakfast!!

Rooms were fine, location isn’t great unless you like quiet.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Buses and tram were close by.

There is no elevator, no air conditioning in rooms, and breakfast isn’t included, you have to pay extra.

My stay was delightful and the staff did everything they could to make it a comfortable stay.

Close to bus routes and other transportation. The property was well maintained and the staff was helpful and friendly

Despite a fan and opening the window/balcony door, the room was a little stuffy. The check-out took a bit longer than expected

The hotel is definitely away from the city center, but if you're looking for something calm and relaxing and with a nice breakfast, then this is the one to choose. The staff is also very friendly, responsive and attentive.

Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent and well worth the additional €15.

Great restaurant and outdoor dining. Quiet road.

Bathroom could do with an update. Air con would be a comfortable feature.

room was very hot and in the early morning I was on ground floor next to where the bins were collected which was loud.
