hotel très calme et proche de la gare et du centre ville

les chambres sont très bien insonorisées et bien climatisées, la literie est très bonne; le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux

nous avons eu 3 chambres différentes (contrainte de réservation chambre ou junior suite) : lorsque junior suite avec baignoire la salle de bain était plus vieillotte et le rideau de douche très défraichi;

Confortável no que se refere aos quartos. Correspondeu às nossas necessidades principais.

Os quartos são óptimos, espaçosos, confortáveis e bem preservados. Bom pequeno-almoço. Funcionários informais, mas adequados.

Os espaços comuns do hotel são pouco atractivos - recepção, zona de estar e sala de pequeno-almoço são, na verdade, um só espaço. A localização, embora central, estava prejudicada pelas obras. Não há estacionamento disponível no local, embora haja parques privados não muito longe.

Great location, no safety issues, comfortable& clean, safe in room, good air conditioning in bedrooms. Excellent helpful staff - multi lingual. Lovely breakfast All 5 of us would happily stay here again

Nothing I didn't like like but a bigger room for 3 adults would of been nice. Breakfast little expensive at €18 per person but it was buffet with lots of choices and refil.

部屋が広い。ミニバーがある。電気ケトルがあり、ダルマイヤーのコーヒーが置いてある。朝食が豪華で、食べきれないほど、しかも美味しい😋

寒すぎるので、夜帰館後にレセプションに行って毛布を依頼、部屋に届けるとのことだったが、一向に誰も来ないので、また下に行ってみたら、レセプションは無人。無責任極まりない。

Zimmer zur Straßenseite. Die kompletten Nächte Gegröle und Geschrei auf der Straße. Kaum Schlaf trotz geschlossener Fenster!

Für 2 Nächte vollkommend ausreichend

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal. Bettbezug sowie Badetücher waren sauber. Pluspunkt war auch das kostenlose Wasser bei der Anreise.

Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gegangen. Die Duschecke war verschimmelt, hätte mir eher eine Glaswand in der Dusche als einen Vorhang gewünscht.

die lage ist gut, man kommt überall schnell hin. in der nacht etwas gefährlich!

Pricey for the stay

The bedding was very comfortable but the pillows were not. Rituals and towel warmer in bathroom Convenient to train station Carpeted room

Air Conditioner never cooled below 24C. This was our biggest disappointment for paying almost $550EU for 2 nights. Price for a baby crib is high at almost 16EU per night. With a 4 guest booking, the baby crib should come with the room. Fire escape cat walk would allow someone to enter your room with window open. Great to have for a fire but couldn't leave the big window open all night to help cool. B It's not a good area. Very dirty and street beggars everywhere. Pull out sofa cushions very dirty

Bed bugs in our room! Shocking customer service!

Location

The room was far too hot and the AC did not work. Several days after our stay we were covered in bed bug bites. We had not stayed anywhere else and the hotel refused to offer us any refund whatsoever! Shocking customer service.

I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

The location is very good for transportation and needing anything you might need during travel. Plenty of stores around as well as places to eat. Very close to Oktoberfest. The hotel has a good bar, great staff, and I really enjoyed having the outdoor sitting are where you could enjoy a nice cigar or smoke and drink and relax with friends.

The room had a few hairs in the shower area so it could have been a little cleaner. Everything really was very good at the hotel, so I do not have many complaints at all.

Very nice location. Simpatic staff. Room was wide and there was a balcony.

We needed to use the stairs to access the room. Althought there is elevator in hotel, there was none that we could use to access our room, only reachable by stairs. Dusch in bathtub could be better.

Great hotel, fantastic staff, ideally situated for the old town, let down a little by its surrounding area

Clean modern hotel, very well appointed and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Rooms and hotel lobby all very well presented and good value for money. Karlplatz is a 5 minute walk away and Marienplatz (centre of the old town) is 15 minutes. Ideally located.

Turning left out of the hotel takes you on a route through to Karlplatz and to the railway station entrances and is perfectly OK and safe. Unfortunately turning right out of the hotel leads you immediately into a rather run down area of the city which is part of a non-German area of Munich, containing rather low grade businesses and we witnessed some rather unpleasant behaviour (spitting in the street, drunks shouting and ranting to name but two, groups congregating etc).
