Good value, good breakfast, convenient from subway

-Staff were friendly -Nice breakfast -Big room with television -Shared bathroom was clean and nice shower

-Location is a little further from the centre, but 5 minute walk away from Fürstenried West subway station which is convenient.

Very good

I mean, garden view is a stretch. I was in the basement, which was ok, but there was no garden view whatsoever. The faucet in the common bathroom did not work for my whole stay.

It is very good place to have the life of a Munich morning and good to use the subway to downtown.. Love it the their morning breakfast

Great location near town.

Breakfast was good. Location was great right near a U-bahn and they had parking. All you could want.

Good for overnight stays.

I didn't have breakfast, but the canteen looked nice. Room K3 was underground hence the window didn't provide much light. It was clean and reasonably nice, but the hotel is old and without many amenities. In a room, you'll find a TV, wardrobe, bed, small coffee table, armchair, desk, Internet, a small chiller (3-4 beers), and a free car park. Good for not-demanding travelers who need a place for a night. No SPA, pool, cafeteria, or nearby pubs. U3 Underground station is around 400m away. Also 2-3 convenient stores available.

Underground rooms are depressing (almost no daily light). The toilet outside the room is not convenient. That was the first time I chose such an option. Facilities are clean and kept in proper condition. Also, the ration price/quality is inferior. Almost 100EUR/night is way too much!

Probably the best value for money in Munich

We had a room with a bath and with two beds. The beds were comfy. The room and the hotel location is super quiet and beautiful. The hotel is really clean and is easily accessible by U-Bahn with which you can reach the city center within half an hour.

A clean and well-presented guesthouse in very convenient location.

The hotel was much smarter than I expected from pictures - a nice genuine private guesthouse, and a good sized family suite. In a very clean, safe residential neighbourhood with the last underground stop just at the end of the road, so very convenient. Good safe parking for cars, and they were flexible about us leaving the car for a bit after check-out. Shops and cafe nearby.

The only problem was that the beds (one of them particularly) were so creaky that we had to move the mattress onto the floor so the rest of us could sleep.

Good enough.

Nice private parking. Good breakfast and nice breakfast cafeteria.

Some other guests were really shady characters. :)

Room was nice and spacious, Nice pub down the road the too. Very nice if you fancy something quiet as it's only a 20 minute U-bahn away from the centre.

Facilities are a little lacking, it's a shared toilet but we did get our own shower.

I really liked these few days in hotel and teje city itself.

Very close to metro station. Free parking places for hotel guests. Rooms clean and very nice. Helpful staff.

There is nothing to complain about.
