Perfektes hochwertiges Quartier für unsere 5 Tage anläßlich EM mit Top Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz.

Vom Parkplatz über Einchecken, Empfang, Einweisung, Frühstück,Personal inclusive Zimmerreinigung, alles perfekt!

Einziger Nachteil, kein Balkon und auch kein Fenster auf die Spree.

Ein aussergewöhnliches Hotel! Wir waren jetzt schon das dritte Mal dort und haben schon für die nächste Fahrt reserviert! Total ruhige Zimmer, tolles Restaurant - mit perfektem Zimmerservice! Der Blick ist kaum zu toppen. Direkter Blick auf die Spree. Herrliche Betten. Geschmackvoll und gemütlich zugleich eingerichtet.

Nice hotel but avoid the rude bar staff

Room was large and comfortable. Convenient to the rail station.

The bar staff was horrible which is why I can’t give a better star rating. The server couldn’t care less about serving you. I asked three times for a lemonade. After giving me water and a Fanta I once again asked for the lemonade and was finally told they didn’t have anymore. The waiter ignored us repeatedly and walked past us. I rarely leave a place without tipping even for poor service but this place didn’t deserve anything.

Don`t stay there, unprofessional management!

The location is good, no street noise. Convenient transport to the city centre, a lot of restaurants with great food nearby, many parks to walk and relax.

We come to celebrate the birthday of my kid. We called the hotel and they told us that we have to book a stay at the suites because they have connected suites available. When we arrived at the reception we were informed, that the place is fully booked, so we can not stay together. For our holiday we were split - me and my daughter (7 year old) in one suite and my son (10 years old) with my husband in the other suite. We were very disappointed, but we got the promise, that they will put us together on the next day. Next morning I ask the lady at the hotel reception what is going on, but she had no idea about the case. After checking the system she told me, that we can move after several days to the hotel, where there will be rooms connected, and that eventually she can contact booking and ask them for money refund, because we already paid for suites, that are much more expensive that the rooms. Until the end of our stay nobody contact us. The lady at the suites reception was kind, but obviously the people at the hotel reception were absolutely unprofessional and they totally spoiled our stay. We had common luggage and we had to run through the corridor every time when someone needed a toothpaste, clothes etc. Overall we had very unpleasant stay due to the hotel management and I do not recommend booking this place.

The hotel does not give a five star vibe at all. Four at best. The only five star thing was the river view and the breakfast. Room, lobbies, premise is old and four-starish at best in terms of luxury

Great hotel to stay in Berlin. Good service & breakfast. Close to U-Bahn.

Great location and services. Full of room facilities. Good breakfast with many choices. Nice staffs. Easy to get around in Berlin by train. Safe and private. Great for couple or business travels.

A little bit minus point for check-out process. This took time for minutes.

the breakfast buffet is excellent, the villa rooms are nice, quiet, big and comfortable. the staff is very kind and willing to help. The location of the hotel is excellent, quiet area next to the river Spree

The breakfast (at the main hotel) was great. The Villa Suites were very nice, clean, and exactly like in the pictures. Right on the water with a nice view. The main hotel had a decent bar with a great selection of different brands of liquor and special shout out to having Napue Gin 👌

Spotlessly clean hotel, friendly and accommodating staff , the location of this hotel is excellent, near the bellavue train station which made this hotel a fantastic location and base for our stay in Berlin

Excellent setting, highly engaged staff, very good facilities, ideal for a longer stay.

Riverside setting and architecture. Effective air conditioning. Size of room and quality of beds. Buffet breakfast with very good range and products of a good to high standard. Staff exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable. Ease of access and parking.

The shower door was not well sealed. The wood furniture in need of replacement,

Private hotel near Bellevue S-Bahnhof

Nice, discrete location near the larger Abion Hotel. The suites are very roomy and beds are comfortable. Breakfast was very good, wide variety of food and drinks provided. Staff are friendly. Location near the S-Bahnhof Bellevue, making this hotel very well connected with very frequent S-bahn connections to West and East-Berlin

The main facilities cannot be found in the building itself, meaning that you have to walk to the main building (outside) to check-in, breakfast et cetra.

Good facilities but not one for a good nights sleep

Very large and clean room. Great facilities and good location. S bahn is a 10min walk away.

If you want a good nights sleep, the room we were given was awful for that. We didn’t get a good night sleep for any of the 3 nights we were there which is why I’ve not rated this hotel to highly. It was on the side of where lots of people are walking, and because there’s no aircon, you have to open windows which means it’s very loud through out the night. The light comes straight into the room in the morning and that wall is completely made of windows, no black out curtains and it’s very warm in summer. The light doesn’t usually bother my husband but it was so bright, this did. If you like to sleep on the floor or on a very firm mattress you might not mind the beds, it wasn’t good for my husbands back. The pillows had very little filling and were as thin as paper when you put your head on them. Breakfast is very expensive for what it is! I’d recommend going elsewhere to get much bette quality and value. It’s a shame because the hotel itself is quite nice.

Great location directly on the river. Good sized suite. Smooth check in and out.

No cleaning took place after the first two days - 2 days the cleaning took place and the last four days nothing. COVID ??
